- Myriam (1/5): - The location I was required to pay a mandatory MYR 300 deposit by card, with the promise that it would be refunded within 15 days. The payment was made on 07/04/2026, and today it is 27/05/2026 — I still have not received any refund. The owner refuses to help and keeps blaming my bank, even though I already checked with them and they confirmed the issue is not on their side at all. Be careful, this is not worth getting scammed like this. I would not recommend this place because of the lack of honesty and customer support.
- Kandji (4/5): Chambre sympa mais personnel 0 - Apparemment très grand avec deux chambre individuel, grande cuisine mais pas équipé pour cuisiner. Vu sur les tour Petronas au niveau de l’appartement et également au niveau de la piscine. Petit rooftop sur le toit sympa. La chambre était quand même propre mais on a vu un cafard. L’organisation pour l’entrée en chambre est trop compliqué! Interdiction de passer avec les valise par l’entrée principal il faut passer par derrière. Personnel hyper désagréable. Après un retour de Langkawi à 3h du matin on c’est retrouvé enfermé à l’extérieur car impossible d’entré dans la chambre le code ne fonctionnais pas, l’alarme c’est déclenché après plusieurs tentative, personne pour nous aider.. la chambre c’est finalement ouverte par magie seul mais impossible de la fermer on est donc resté à dormir avec la chambre ouverte toute la nuit ( donc 0 sécurité ) après avoir envoyé un message à la réception ( tout ce fait par message ) personne n’as sur nous dire pourquoi ou même s’excuser pour la désagrément. Ça manque clairement de sécurité n’importe qui aurait pu rentre dans la chambre finalement.

Yatak örtüsü, çarşaf, sehpalar.. hiçbir şey temizlenmemişti. Lavaboda dahi kıllar duruyordu. Hepsini fotoğraflayarak ilgiliye gönderdim. Bir süre sonra temizlikçi gönderdiler ancak olan benim günüme, zamanıma oldu. Bu yaşananlardan dolayı konaklamamı daha kısa tutmak istediğimi belirttim ancak iade konusunda olumsuz davrandılar. Havuz yağmurlu günlerde kapalı ve genelde yağmur var, kullanım alanların kısıtlı. Fiyat performans açısından da son derece olumsuz.

Pas de chiffons pour la vaisselle, seulement quelques couverts et assiettes. Beaucoup de mobilier avec une prise européenne sans adaptateur donc inutilisable (lampes par exemple)

- Nikola (3/5): Fajny apartament i niefajni gospodarze - Bardzo nowoczesny apartament, bardzo czysty z niesamowitym basenem na ostatnim piętrze. Gospodarze. Na kilka dni przed wyjazdem obiekt wymaga całkiem sporej kaucji, którą potem oddaje po 30(!!!) dniach roboczych. Spaliśmy tam jedną noc, już dawno wróciliśmy z wakacji a pieniądze dalej są zamrożone. To jest kpina. Potrzebowaliśmy także przełożyć pobyt o jedną noc, na co obiekt nie wyraził zgody mimo dostępności apartamentu.
