Y la facilidad del auto- check in El apartamento parece que tiene paredes de papel, ya que se escucha absolutamente todo , cuando sube la gente por las escaleras, los ruidos de la calle, y eso hace complicado dormir. Le falta mas iluminación, es muy oscuro el apartamento. La limpieza mejorable.

• simona (8/5): Comodo in pieno centro - La posizione in pieno centro sopra una piazza molto viva ma con le finestre chiuse non si sente rumore Appartamento funzionale al primo piano Presenti macchina tosta pane e bollitore ma un po’ usurati sarebbero da cambiare Bagno un po’ datato Il letto aveva un unico cuscino , ho chiesto al proprietario se potevo averne 2 separati mi è stato risposto di sì ma non mi è mai stato cambiato
• Duarte Martinez (5/5): - El apartamento tiene mucho encanto y está muy bien ubicado en el centro. La decoración es original y el espacio resulta agradable. Sin embargo, la limpieza podría mejorar bastante. En el baño encontramos pequeños insectos en el suelo y varias salpicaduras visibles en las losas blancas. También sería conveniente revisar la limpieza de algunas paredes, que presentan manchas. Por otro lado, algunos puntos de luz no funcionan, por lo que sería recomendable revisar la iluminación del apartamento. En cuanto al equipamiento, se echan en falta algunos detalles básicos que suelen encontrarse en otros alojamientos: por ejemplo, algún paño de cocina, escurridor para los utensilios, un mantel o pequeños gestos de cortesía como servilletas, azúcar, sal o una botella de agua. En resumen, es un apartamento bonito y con potencial, pero sería recomendable mejorar la limpieza y completar algunos elementos básicos para que la experiencia del huésped esté a la altura del encanto del lugar. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con las toallas. Había cuatro en total, pero solo una era de tamaño de ducha y las otras tres eran pequeñas. Al comentárselo al propietario, nos indicó que pasaría la persona de limpieza para traer otra. Finalmente vino al día siguiente por la mañana, bastante temprano, cuando aún estábamos durmiendo. Llamó de forma insistente a la puerta y la interacción no fue especialmente agradable. Además, la respuesta fue que sí había toallas, aunque en realidad el problema era que no había suficientes del tamaño adecuado. En general, la gestión de este detalle y la forma en que se resolvió podrían haberse manejado de una manera más cordial. Además de lo mencionado anteriormente, la falta de cositas que hacen te quede buen sabor de boca. Por supuesto mejorar la limpieza

• Ásmundur (8/5): Nice apartment in the perfect location but needs better care. - The location is perfect - right in front of a nice square, with restaurants. Also just on top of the city centre. Also, parking really close by. Easy to get in and out and communication was very good. The apartment needs a touch up. The seat on the toilet is broken and light switch almost falling out. And don't store the mop and bucket on the floor. Also, some kind of coffee would be good. Instant Nescafé at least. This is the first of 8 apartments we have stayed at in Spain this year that does not have coffee. So, in short, a little more care is needed.

Letto comodo e confortevole. Check-in e check-out autonomi e rapidi, con istruzioni chiare e puntuali. Mi è piaciuto tutto.

• Leon (9/5): Schöne Wohnung mit genialer Lage - Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial! Fußläufig alle Attraktionen Malagas erreichbar. Unkomplizierter Check-In/Out. Stellenweise könnte es noch sauberer sein und zum Treppenhaus hin ist es leider sehr hellhörig.

The blinds were great as we didn't get woken up by the sun. Would recommend Maybe a small wardrobe or chest of drawers for storing clothes would be nice for longer stays.

• Marixa (9/5): Beautiful apartment with everything you need located super central - Fabulous location, very clean and spacious, super happy with the accommodation. If you happen to stay on a weekend or event night prepare for a lot of loud noise from outside. Usually I enjoy going to sleep with outside noise but it was really loud and woke me up throughout the night
• Yann (6/5): Super appartement, tres bien situé, mais bruyant.. - Super séjour à malaga, l’appartement est idéalement situé, et très fonctionnel. La communication à l’arrivée est très clair, la literie est très bonne. Le seul gros problème c’est le bruit la nuit, l’appartement est dans une rue très bruyante, et le matin les camions qui lavent les rues font énormément de bruit aussi. Il faudrait vraiment penser à changer les fenêtres. Ce serait un confort pour les locataires. Ce qui nous a le plus dérangé, c’est que dans le règlement, le propriétaire insiste énormément pour que nous fassions pas de bruit, mais l’environnement extérieur de la rue est très bruyant…

The location is perfect if you are looking to stay in Old Town. Lots of things to do in the area. Instructions and access to the apartment were clear and accurate. I would certainly stay there again.

• Michael (10/5): Nice apartment - The apartment is nice and sits right on the square. This is nice and convenient, but it is Spain and can be loud til later in the night. I had to call the day of to request getting sent the check in instructions (it is a lock box). But once sent, they were clear.
