Ioannis (6/5): - Apartment was very nice, near metro station and Malpensa Shuttle. AC was defective, not working. Water Heater was defective, unable to maintain stable water temp and failed once per day (needing reset). Italianway personnel helped on this. No bedsheets to exchange for a 8 nights stay.
