• Pathumwadee (9/5): - It is in a perfect location though a bit noisy at night. You can find Asian Food and supermaket easily. The apartment is very clean and big. The bed in the main bedroom and sofa bed are very comfortable.There are some equipment in the kitchen and amenities kit in the restoom. The process to get the key is very complicated. Video instruction is too small to get a clear picture and number.This make me upset. The owner recommended only to look into Video until I have waited for nearly fifteen minutes. Finally I begged him to call for explaination and then I could enter through main door, second door and then my room. Shampoo is not enough for three guest.

• Jeremie (5/5): - The beds were really comfy and the location was great, right in a vibrant area with a lot of atmosphere, directly in the Chinatow of Milan. The communications with the host were particularly unpleasant. They were really rude when we simply asked fo laundry detergent. We didn't mind buying some. It's just that they said that there were gonna be some, and then there weren't. And when asked, they said that as mentioned in the guide, it wasn't provided. It wasn't really clean, there were moisture stains on some of the furniture. Plus the sofas were stained. The dishes were dirty and there was no soap nor sponge to wash them.

• Lucy (10/5): Amazing location and excellent apartment! - Amazing location, well connected to everything and right in the lively China Town! Apartment was just as described, clean and very comfy. 10/10! It could be good to have some basic cooking ingredients to cook with e.g olive oil, salt, pepper as so many helpful cooking appliances are provided but we did not want to buy things like oil for only one or two meals.

• Benjamin (8/5): Would do it again. - The neighborhood is great if you like Chinese food and vibrant evenings. There are lots of shops around for food, drinks, and Chinese clothing and specialties. The apartment was clean and practically located, close to the center and the train station. Overall a great experience. We had a plugged sink, but the team came fast to fix it.

• Djordje (5/5): Passable - Apartment is clean, sheets and everythnig, which is most important. It's shame that lack of organization, sense for guests, and comunication, are ruining reputation. Location is also really nice. It's live area with lot of restaurants in China town. It's 15min walking to Sempione Park, 30min to Duomo. There is just behind the corner two trams driving to centre, and 10min walking is metro stations. Nearby is Carrefour working until 22h First of all, from the moment of booking, comunication was really bad. There was a bunch of emails on italian that I need to translate. Then I had to exchange tons of messages and emails to get answer about check in. Then I got instructions for check in for wrong address. At last, during our stay I also need to spend a lot of time, energy and dozen of emails and messages to explain simple thing. There is a couple of things that are problem here: - bathroom sink is plugged, and therefore dirty - no sugar, salt, sponge for dishes, detergent, bags for trash, oil, coffee nothing. Only one toilet paper. I really don't expect much, but for few euros you can buy this and that means guests a lot - day before our check out, one man ring and wanted to clean the room, thinking that we supposed to leave today. One more sign that there is lack of comunication between whole system - when we came, there was no electricity in kitchen (fridge, hot plate did not work). It takes dozens of mails and messages to explain this. They told me try to see electric panel etc. Then they told me that someone will come at 9:30 next day. Nobody shows up. Again with emails, and then when young man shows up, he just turn on switches with big sign "DO NOT TOUCH". I just laughed and asked him, why just someone didn't tell me to try that, it's simple, and ofcourse, we didn't touch something with signs as that. - check-in process is little bit complicated

• Ying (7/5): Good - The location is very good, and the rooms and communities are also very good. We need to buy shampoo and shower gel.Toilet paper is not enough, so we need to buy it by myself.It's not convenient to get the key.

• Husam (10/5): Excellent location and brand new flat but if you are sensitive to noise the street stays up late and some noice from res - Brand new all appliances and utensils are available and even the bed sheets and quilts were brand new the location is excellent within the China town however is secured by a large entrance door When arrived it was late so we collected the keys from the station and it was too difficult to identify the flat as both the booking.com message and property message did not identify the flat no. ? Floor? And which block? so we had to find the flat by trial and error. The keys tag had no number or address and there were four blocks inside the location
• Zhengyang (9/5): Great place to stay - Almost everything. Some minor points: It must be a misunderstanding, but there was no duvet covers when we arrived. Maybe in Italy people don't cover their bodies when they sleep in hot nights.
