• Юлія (7/5): Загалом, помешкання хороше, але над інформацію для клієнтів при заселенні потрібно попрацювати - Розташування. Те що інформація про заселення була надіслана лише листом. У листі була не коректна інформація про Wi fi що забрало дві години нашого часу після заселення. Комунікацію в переписці була неефективна. Прийшлось чекати тех.майстра і дізнатись від нього що інформація які ми отримали не вірна. Це було дивно.

• Sanro (8/5): - Excellent location, good comunication from owner, everything works. The only problem is that for a rental like this, I would have expected a real bed, not a sofa bed with a thin mattress. Also we couldn't connect to the wifi.

• Vasileios (9/5): Cool - Very cozy, warm and nice place. Nice decorations and the property was in a good location. We stayed there for 5 days and there was only one roll of toilette paper. It should be prepared for longer stays with at least 2 rolls and then you can buy if you need more

• Rishika (8/5): Very good - The apartment was great! Very clean and comfortable for 2 people. The location was great with good connectivity. The only complaint I have is that we were took the apartment, the bathroom door was not closing. When I complained to Italianway about the same, they said they are aware and can't do anything since the order was placed a while ago. I would have loved a heads-up that the bathroom door doesn't close beforehand.
