- Ursula (10/5): Top!!! - Tolle Unterkunft! Sehr sauber und stylisch eingerichtet- alles da, was man braucht.

- Martina (10/5): Stupendo - Tutto Nulla
- Candice (10/5): This was a lovely location and we would definitely stay again! - We loved the furnishings and the balcony and the location was superb! We wished there would be WiFi.
- Javier (7/5): - Great location, clean, stylish and well-equipped. If you are a light sleeper like me: this is a ground-floor flat, and the tram runs constantly on the street, which makes the whole flat vibrate.
- Christof (5/5): - Sehr gute Lage, attraktive Einrichtung.

- Caroline (7/5): It wasn’t horrible, but I was disappointed… - - The location was excellent. We were able to get everywhere in Vienna by way of the street car stop two blocks up or the metro stop four blocks up.
- The room was a mini apartment, so very spacious, which was appreciated after being stuck in a tiny room at our hotel in Cologne. - The room/facilities are worn and need repair or replacement. The vinyl flooring was worn/stained (though presumably clean) and was popping up in the hallway, outside the shower. The bedside lamp was broken upon our arrival. The shower door is not properly sealed so water leaks out into the hall. The back patio had broken limbs and leaves all over it. There was a chunk of Sheetrock missing from the hallway wall.
- The layout could be better. The separate shower and toilet facilities were great but the placement in the hallway between the sink area and the kitchen, not so much. You basically have to step out of the shower into the hallway stark naked to get the towel. Fortunately I was traveling with my husband but it’s not a great arrangement if
- I specifically booked the space because there was a small kitchenette. A kettle, Nepresso machine, mini fridge, stovetop, and small sink were included along with dishes and cooking equipment. A toaster and microwave were not included and much missed. I initially thought this was simply a European thing at first, but our next hotel (Budapest), provided a toaster and a microwave in addition to a mini fridge, kettle, etc.
- The property managers are very hands off. They claim to have a 24-hour concierge but it’s actually a chatbot. If you want to talk to a person, you have to call their office (which closes at 3pm), email, or message them though when I tried to message them, I was sent to Facebook Messenger with no recipient or prompt. I’ve stayed at other hotels that are like this and they actually have real people chatting 24-hours a day via text, so I know it’s possible to have a better means of contact. We stayed for four nights so it would have been nice to have housekeeping once. It wasn’t clear how to book this—presumably through their non-existent messaging function.
- Marcus (7/5): Reasonable accommodation in a convenient location close to transport but a bit removed from the interesting parts of Vie - Convenient to tram line, and the U-Bahn is about 300 metres away. Has a kitchenette and a good bed and shower. I really don’t like mould in the shower. It is really easy to get rid of and a sign that cleaning is sub-standard. The floor needed some attention (linoleum bubbling up). The room is a converted street-facing shop.which is a bit odd and can be noisy with pedestrians at night and the tram passing by sounds like a plane taking off!

- Sridhar (10/5): Lively and Lovely - Lovely location and lovely neighbourhood Very comfy and great cozy vibes . The previous reviews are exaggerating small flaws . The kaptain room 901 is the great with a lovely backyard.

- Daphni (8/5): - Sehr bequemes Bett
- Timna (8/5): -
- Santiago (9/5): Superb - Nicely decorated, extremely comfortable bed and good location. There were no tea towels 😅
- Yanitsa (10/5): Great deal - Beautiful apartment. We were in condo 902. Everything was clean. We loved the inner private yard. The place is quiet, next to Metro&tram station, big supermarket, coffee shops and etc. The neighbourhood felt safe.
There was coffee machine with some capsules, iron, hair dryer, fridge, slippers (very useful for going outside in the yard).
We loved it and I would definitely come back if visiting Viena again.
Tip: the lighting is dimmable, you need to hold down the switch to increase/decrease it (by default it’s set to low mode).
- Aoife (10/5): Exceptional -

- Ryan (9/5): Our stay was fantastic, with a stylish room, a cozy duvet and mattress, a semi-kitchenette, a charming terrace, and a ve - I loved our room—it was so stylish! We had a sort of kitchenette, a lovely terrace, and a very comfortable bathroom. The duvet and mattress were incredibly cozy. The pillows were overly soft and felt almost non-existent, even though we had two each. It would have also been nice to have some interaction with the owner to add a personal touch to the experience. That said, it was still an exceptional stay, and I would gladly return.
- Renate (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lyn (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good It smelt as though someone had been smoking in the room. There were no cups small enough for the coffee maker. Needed more pillows as they were too flat
- Werner (2/5): Bad stay - not recommended - Nice location and apartment with some great features, like a drying rack, coffee machine. Supermarket nearby. Super loud AC and horrible to enter (code and key but the code only worked once). But my main issue was the staff. It felt like their 'may I help you' was a 'go away please'. We were about 4 hours early, on bikes, on a super hot day. We called to see if there was any way we could at least leave our luggage and POSSIBLY a slightly early check in, to get out of the heat. 90%+ of times I ask for an early check at another properties I get a 'no probs'. But here, not only did the lady say it was absolutely impossible, but when I called again to get options, pretended she had not previously spoken to me. I later found I could have easily have left stuff as the apartment was vacated and being cleaned. I'd never recommend this to anyone, in case, like me, you need some flexibility. We cycled around (after cycling to Vienna) for hours in the heat, waiting for the 3pm check-in.
- Joanne (9/5): Great little apartment in good location. - Location and the outside space. The kitchen was also very useful The accommodation wasn’t ready when we arrived at 1530 which was 30 mins after check in. It was a little frustrating as we wanted to shower and go out quickly. The member of staff was very helpful and tried to accommodate us. I think a folder with the wifi code and other local information would also be useful. I had printed off most of the information but forgotten wifi details. It would be a useful addition
- Sergio (9/5): Great base from which to explore Vienna - Great room located close to public transport from where you can explore the city. The location is absolutely perfect. Getting the room key was easy. Everything was super clean and well tended to. The room has a kitchenette and was very spacious. Communication with the proprietors was quick. Coffee capsules were included, as was a bottle of wine. The bed is spacious and modern but the mattress was a bit too hard for me. Possibly a difference in preferences between Austrians and Dutch. I was also asked to do a deposit for potential damages to the property. It is sad that these times require this, but doing that separately from the Booking.com app doesn't feel quite right. However, the proprietors returned the deposit promptly.
- Lucy (10/5): Lovely, peaceful central apartment - It was the perfect location for us, close to public transport, food shops, restaurants and only 25 minute walk to the centre of Vienna. For somewhere so well appointed, it was surprisingly and wonderfully peaceful. We could close the door to the flat and the whole world was shut out. The flat was exceptionally clean and the bed really comfortable. Wish we could've stayed longer. The toilet being right next to the bed isn't perfect but it's not worth docking a point. If you are close enough to someone to share a room, you can cope with that!
- John (9/5): I'll recommend to friends - Location. Space, facilities Some ofvthe flooring needed attention
- Josepher (10/5): Excellent, can’t fault it. Tram station nearby. I highly recommend. - Everything The pillow
- Martin (8/5): Perfect for what I needed - Very modern and clean. It did feel a little odd being an old shop right in the street but the design, style and facilities along with the location made it make sense.
- Roland (10/5): Clean, near everything only few mins the metro station then the downtown, it was perfect - -
- Karen (10/5): Too short . Would love to come back - The design. Very clean and neat Nothing
- Tesfay (8/5): Very good -
- Margery (8/5): Nice accommodation, overall - PROS: Location was very convenient to subway and to trams. Coffee maker, tea kettle, refrigerator and 2 burner stove were nice to have. Room size is large, with plenty of storage space. Nice sized shower, separate area with toilet. CONS: No small pot provided, just a large frypan and large pot in kitchen. No instructions on how to use the stove top, electric towel heater or the A/C unit - - instructions should be provided. Only 1 bathrobe for 2 people was provided. I notified management on 1st day, but a secvond robe was never delivered during my 8 day stay. While shampoo was provided in the shower, no soap or conditioner was provided.
- Georgios (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, modern, spacious, clean, stylish, fully equipped. Everything was wonderful
- Philipp (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and a a beautiful appartment, especially having access to your own courtyard terrace is perfect in the summer. The communication with staff was great too, very responsive and friendly. The wifi signal is very strong in the kitchen, but very weak on the terrasse or further into the room. There's bar chairs in the kitchen so working from there works well though.
- Rodolfo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kothmayr (1/5): Bad - The place is new and very ok Its not a Hotel at all it took 1.5 Hours to find rouming around and finally its a very small sighn with a automatic key supply and you have to call the number to get it.
Very difficult and i missed my appointment
