- Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointing and mouldy bathroom - Arrived to find the hotel had no record of my booking. They found me a room, which was tiny and had a shower that had terrible black mould. The pool view was more a view of the car park. They did move me to another room, they managed to find one with no mould (after looking at two other rooms first).

- Shanaz (8/5): - We stayed at the Ramada Plaza for one week. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The staff were all very pleasant, always ready to help. Not so sure about the breakfast though, they could do with adding in a few more dishes for breakfast, eg, baked beans waffles, porridge..there was way too much salad stuff you would think it was lunch time.The tea was too bitter. Other then that it was a good experience and I look forwatd to staying there again. Thankyou

- ANEELA (8/5): - Hotel is in a good location but the breakfast is not good the selection of cheese is smelly. The house keeping is also poor they dont clean the room properly and toilet smells quite a lot we bought our own bathroom freshener to clean the toilet. Please dont use the hotel hamam its not only expensive but does not provide the best service.
- Ilgay (10/5): - Eigentlich gutes Hotel, gut gelegen. Allerdings funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht und auch mehrmalige Hinweise führten nicht zu Verbesserung. Da es Ende Oktober war eigentlich nicht schlimm, aber bei geöffnetem Fenster war der hintere Bereich extrem laut. Trotzdem zu empfehlen.

- Imren (2/5): - This is the worst hotel you can stay at! Their service is horrible. They had no shampoo and no hand soap. Despite requesting them to fill them up they did not. The curtain also fell and i had to ask them 3 times to come up and fix it. It is was way over priced for the services. If you have no choice other than to stay here, make sure you don’t stay on level 1 as below is club and you will not be able to sleep from the music and bass which shakes your entire room!

Vårt rum hade jättedålig säng samt det hörde väldigt mkt ljud från klimatanläggningen där vi inte ens kunde justera temperaturen. Rummen hade balkong men det hörde väldigt mkt oljud trots att fönstren va stängda.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Konforlu bir otel - Otel konfor olarak çok rahat Benim kaldığım oda genişti ancak tek eksik yanı manzara bizim odanın pencereleri bina boşluğuna bakıyordu. Ailemin kaldığı oda ise biraz daha küçüktü ancak manzarası iyiydi dışarı şehirin merkezine bakıyordu Kahvaltısı iyiydi ne eksik ne fazla idealdi. Bir konuya daha değinmek isterim otelin otoparkı bir tık pahalı ve orası hariç başka koyacak yer bulamadığımız için mecbur oraya koyduk Bunun dışında bir eskisi yok tavsiye ederim

We complained about the coffee - they did then fix the machine! Could do with some tourist info - like how to use the very extensive and good value public transport system!
