Front staff very helpful - we were given an early check-in - much appreciated after a long flight. Roof top pool is great - a relaxing place to spend some time. About 5 minutes walk to Plaza Singapura shopping centre for restaurants and cafes - useful as the hotel catering is limited. Close to rail station. Reasonably priced by Singapore standards. Mezzanine room is a little small - bed could only be accessed from one side. The study area was on the mezzanine and this was very good if you need a place to work. Minor matter but air-con in upstairs foyer areas set a little too low - we found it too cold.

- Rebekka (10/5): A great spot to stay! - The hotel is well designed with thoughtful touches such as reading lamps by the bed, and key cards that identify your floor in the lift when you swipe them. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and there is a cafe in the lobby if you are looking for a more budget friendly option than hotel breakfast. The pool was excellent with towels provided and is open late enough for a post dinner swim! The hotel is located conveniently to bus and MRT stations and we enjoyed walking to Fort Canning park from the hotel. Nothing

- MIHRICAN (8/5): Nice, clean and comfortable hotel near MRT - Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig in der Nähe der MRT und nur wenige Gehminuten von Einkaufszentren entfernt. Mein Zimmer war recht klein, aber da ich alleine unterwegs war, war das kein Problem. Das Zimmer war sauber, und jeden Tag gab es kostenlose Getränke, Eis und Snacks. Auf dem Dach gibt es einen schönen Pool. Ich habe auch nicht gefrühstückt, aber neben der Rezeption gibt es ein nettes Café mit einer guten Auswahl. Das Zimmer verfügt über keinen Safe und könnte für mehr als eine Person etwas zu klein sein. Der kostenlose Eisservice ist nur von 15 bis 18 Uhr verfügbar, daher konnte ich ihn nicht nutzen.

- Tanya (6/5): 3 nights in Singapore. - We liked that we could walk to Little India and Gardens By The Bay plus the Marina also if had wanted to we could easy have walked up Orchard St. The staff were nice. It was comfortable, the bed not to hard. There is a rooftop pool but only 2 umbrellas. There is also breakfast on the rooftop. I didnt like when I looked out the window it looked onto all the other windows, it was like a very small courtyard at the bottom that you couldn't get to and when you looked out your room you just saw 3 other walls of windows. The windows were never dry. We kept the curtains closed. The room was bigger than the normal, still small though, could fit our 3 suitcases & carry ons.

Pool was nice after a hot day. Rooms consistently cleaned, and stocked with a variety of free treats making the stay a little bit more special. Some neighbouring rooms were a bit loud with door slamming at night - however this is a guest issue not a hotel fault.

- Stephanie (9/5): Fine for a few days - The small rooftop pool was great for refreshing after a long hot day. The beds were comfortable and while we had a small room it had everything we needed. We had a late flight on the day of check out and based on other reviews I had been hoping to have a courtesy room to shower and change but we were offered to use the shower in the pool area on the roof and use the invalid toilet in the parking area on the ground floor. Not convenient at all, especially as it was raining and the shower on the roof needs to be accessed by going outside. Also while I was trying to organize myself and my daughter showering this area another guest also came to shower so it got crowded and awkward. This made the last hour of our trip stressful. I was so glad to leave in the end. I know this isn’t required by the hotel but it was an unpleasant end. Als, breakfast is very small and not very good. The staff are nice but it’s not with the money. However there isn’t much else nearby to go to.

- Michael (9/5): Excellent hotel - will return - Overall excellent hotel, helpful staff and good value for money. Very nice rooftop pool with lounge area. We enjoyed our stay and will return. The buffet breakfast in the rooftop restaurant (charge of S$27 per person) probably should be avoided. The options available didn't appeal to us at all. Better value from ground floor cafe or there are very good restaurants at the nearby shopping centre (only 5 minute walk away).

- lyndahz (9/5): - We loved the amenities and the pool. Especially the free ice cream in the afternoon. Always clean and most staff always helpful. Love that the access card preselects your floor without the need to press the button. Good security We had asked for an extra blanket the first night but was told it was not available. However when asking again the second night we did. Night reception was not helpful. Free ice cream could have more options Would be good if buffet breakfast was an option whilst booking. We saw the buffet breakfast restaurant, would be good as the Cafe in the lobby isn,t always open.

Möbel , Bettwäsche, Fernseher mit Internetanschluss , Kaffeemaschine , Bügeleisen, Wasserfilteranschluss für gefiltertes Trinkwasser, täglich Tee , Kaffee und 5 nichtalkoholische Getränke in der Minibar (täglich neu !), von 15-18 Uhr kostenloses Speiseeis, sehr großer (langer) Pool, täglicher Zimmerservice , MRT Station und Einkaufscenter 5Minuten entfernt (durch schönen Park) super preiswertes Restaurant ( rechts raus 50m ) Kein einziger Mangel

- ArjenWest (9/5): Net hotel en goede uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen - Prima hotel met nette kamers. Wij hebben vanuit dit hotel de stad verkend waarvoor het een fijne uitvalsbasis was met een metro station heel dichtbij.

- Graeme (9/5): Overall a great place to stay for our week in Singapore. - Great location a few minutes walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT. Three train lines run through Dhoby Ghaut so easy to get from/to the airport and everywhere else in Singapore. Plaza Singapura large shopping centre is opposite the MRT, it has many shops and restaurants. We ate there a few times. The hotel was clean and the room adequate in size for Singapore standards.. The bar fridge was stocked with complementary drinks, usually a can of soft drink and two fruit juices, plus milk. It was restocked each day. Also free ice cream between 3pm and 6pm. Nice touch. On one occasion we had to call Hotel Services to request our room to be serviced even though we had selected the service room indicator. Also, we ran out of body soap in the shower as it has not been checked during room service. However these issues were quickly rectified by a quick call. So no big deal.
