• Steyn (1/5): - Promt response from the operator. 1-Star Review – Geyser Issue Never Resolved I reported a problem with no hot water and brown water coming from the hot tap water. I was told it would be looked at urgently. We woke up again hoping to shower, and there still was no hot water at all. The issue was never resolved, despite my initial complaint. As a guest, I expect basic amenities like hot water to work, and for reported problems to be treated as urgent. The lack of follow-through and poor communication is extremely disappointing. I am very unhappy with the service provided. This has significantly impacted my stay.
• Bradley (1/5): Terrible disgusting service! No clean water no hot water no device - Nothing! The worst place ever they are scammers Firstly there is no hot water. Secondly the water out of the taps are dirty. There is no service we notified them of the issues and they just said they would send someone and never did. This is the worst place ever. I am reporting them and booking.com to the obudsman for compensation as they have scammed me out of my money. They are thieves!!! At no point when u make the booking do they say u will not have clean water or hot water. Don’t go to this place !!!!!!

• Narine (9/5): - The privacy of the place. The room was clean, neat and tidy. The couch in the lounge. Couldn't relax in it.
• Sajida (1/5): Pathetic 41A The Bay Sandton - Nothing The toilet in the apartment was blocked for 24 hrs. We had to find alternate accommodation on short notice. The managing agent refused to refund us for the remainder of our stay!!!

• Siyabonga (1/5): It was a very horrible experience, I didn’t enjoy my stay there at all. - It is near the shops and the mall so it is convenient I had no electricity for 4 days, they kept saying they were trying to fix it but nothing was happening. I had to bath with cold water in the shower for those days when there was no electricity, the food I bought got spoiled in the fridge and the place was very cold as well and there was no blanket to cater for that. I had to go to restaurants when I wanted to charge my devices. It was a very horrible experience.

• Abbie (7/5): Good - Staff is friendly, security is good, location excellent. very clean. It needs a washing machine and proper fridge/freezer. But that is just me. Photographs shows both of these. Mattress and pillows are really very hard and uncomfortable.
