• Adah (7/5): It’s a basic budget small hotel. Rooms are small. Service can be better and cleanliness needs work. - There were game consoles available for night time use in the lobby. Would have loved to use them with my child but we didn’t know until the end of the stay. Located on a very quiet street around the corner of a funeral building. The staff did their jobs with minimal communication despite the fact that I spoke fluent cantonese. You will have to find your own way around the hotel. The room and the bed felt very damped and humid even though aircon was on. The room was small and basic but the view was good on level 17. The windows are not stopping the car noise from that high. Bathroom bench was not clean and there were still splash marks on the mirror on check in.

Room area is as expected small so even a little AC turns cold quite quickly, advised to keep the power card inserted when not in the room. WiFi is very very terrible, very slow. We would expect that in Hongkong the Internet in Hotels should be good, otherwise overall quite good and comfortable stay. Bad WiFi made it a bit difficult

Hyvä sijainti, jos haluaa nähdä muutakin kuin siloteltua ydinkeskustaa. Prince Edward stationin lähellä paljon palveluja ja yhteys Hong Kong islandille. Kelpo hotelli, vaikkakin kuvat varaussivustolla asettivat odotukset turhan korkealle. Varaussivustolla näkynyt hinta tuli todellisuudessa paikanpäällä maksettuna joitakin kymppejä kalliimmaksi.

The breakfast facility were very basic, so much so that for the 3 nights I stayed I never had breakfast. The fire alarm went off one night and there was no one to tell us anything, like what the problem was, if it was safe to go back to our room. I was on the 23rd floor and so the walk down all these flights of stairs to be met by no one outside is a serious breach of Health and Safety. I know its Hong kong, but this was the smallest room I have ever stayed in.

Ci si trova nel bel mezzo di un quartiere di meccanici con una strada sopraelevata troppo a ridosso della struttura alberghiera; confusione, rumore e vista decisamente non gradevole. Per me che non usufruisco di metropolitane visto che mi muovo con una valigia per fare visite ai clienti, quella zona è decisamente da evitare perchè non uno dei taxi che ho utilizzato la conoscono e ogni volta è stato molto difficoltoso dare indicazioni al taxista. Ah, dimenticavo.... No Comment in merito alla colazione!!! Trattasi di una macchina del caffè affianco alla receptions (ti ritrovi a bere il caffè con l'affollamento in reception della gente in attesa di check-in o check-out, decisamente poco gradevole al mattino. Oltre al caffè che ti devi preparare mettendoti in fila per l'utilizzo dell'unica macchinetta del caffè, ti viene dato un pezzo di pane zuccherato all'interno di un sacchetto di carta. Aggiungo che, nell'area colazione (dunque nella stessa stanza della reception, circa 20 metri quadri), non c'è la possibilità di potersi sedere per bere il tanto atteso caffè. Consiglio di eliminare il servizio colazione fino a quando non si attrezzano di un'area idonea e di un servizio che possa chiamarsi "colazione".

Disgusting service. 3. Room, it was very small which is good enough for us with my sister. But no cleaner? We can’t request for room make over everyday? Funny was, on our second day I gave our key to the reception (that’s what I usually does and the hotel housekeeping team visit the room to clean) but what they did is they checked me out on their system!! Like hellooooo?? My stuff were still there! We just went out for Disneyland!! It was very disappointing!! Plus the argument I’ve had with the rude old lady receptionist! 4. Location is very bad actually!!! 5. Overall hotel stay was not pleasant and it’s not worthy. I’d rather spend my more than 2k HKD for 3 night stay in a tiny hostel where everyone is welcoming and willing to help your needs!!!!

• martin (4/5): just a bit too basic - very poor breakfast; also it needed a better sit down area for visitors, if not in the room itself, then maybe reception; location ok but not good as above
• Chi Nga (8/5): - The hotel is clean & cozy.
