- Kathryn (1/5): Don't stay here - Poor communication began prior to the stay which is is (helpfully) recorded in the Booking.com app chat as I escalate this complaint. Mostly generated replies/not real people responding. From my point of view very annoying as no check in instructions 24 hours before travel but rritation turned to alarm. My trust was low and I wasn't even sure whether when I got there it would be a real place ! So 24 hours before I was due to travel, I had to call him. Didn't get through but he called me back. Big apology promised links to instructions via app. These did not work and neither did the link to their email to tell them so. When I originally booked it said self check in but at that point it suddenly changed to meet and greet. Also the phone number given is a mobile number with an extension after it which was disconcerting ??? I was extremely fed up at this point as never book meet and greet for safety reasons and the hassle of being tied in to a time. But no choice at that point. When I arrived way before 15.00 he wasn't there. I called him at about 15.03, was told there had been an emergency, and that the guy coudn't be there until 30 minutes later. He was quite off hand. Then turns out the guy was him but he was talking about himself in 3rd person. Weird. I noticed here was no self check in box located at the property. I asked him about this and he said something about me having specifically said I did not want self check in on the phone the day before ???? Not true. He said if you don't want to wait for me I can send you instructions and you can walk to a local shop ( 10-15 mins away ) to collect the key. I declined, waited until 15.30 then decided to leave. I called Booking.com immediately and explained all and that I felt unsafe and I asked for my money back. This man saying all my fault and accept no responsibilty for my no show - they were there and waited for me and have Uber proof etc. They've not followed Booking.
- Anonymous (8/5): Delightful and pleasant stay that was marred by noise at the end - The flat was on the ground floor with very good facilities for my personal use. There was a local supermarket and shops nearby as well regular buses to central parts of London Two things:-
1) toilet flush button is loose and when flushed the toilet continued to make noise for long periods as it refilled.
2) the people in the property above made noise in the early hours several times. The worst time was the day of checkout ( Friday 30th May 2025) with crying and screaming occurring.
This experience is the reason I downgraded my rating of the property from a 9 to an 8 score.

- Francisco (8/5): Clean, spacious and conveniently located flat. - The location was very convenient for me for very specific reasons. However, the flat is very well located and just a short walk from the tube. The flat was spacious, clean and the heating worked well. The flat needs to have a clear indication on the door, as I ended up knocking on a neighbour’s door and waking her up!
