- Ivonne (9/5): I found Duomo smart suites perfect for my 2 days Milan trip ,room and bathroom extremely clean and bathroom was spacious - Bathroom: enough toilet paper, good shower water pressure, bathroom with good illumination, blower was available to use, they provide soap. Room: comfortable bed,new and very clean comforter and sheets. Staff: they promptly answer your request, during the day they answer all my questions. Understand that Milan is a city that you spent your day outside exploring. You go to the Duomo smart suites only to rest. You can not wander on the patio because in the property lives permanent residents too.

- Sylvia (6/5): - Nach Reklamation der lauten Lüftung im Zimmer wurde diese schnell remote deaktiviert. Das Zimmer mit der Jungel-Tapete war extrem dunkel. Es hat nur ein sehr kleines Fenster, was bei der Buchung so nicht ersichtlich war. Der 'Empfang' war recht nüchtern. Die 2. Eingangstüre zum Gebäude war defekt und das Zimmerschloss war extrem locker. Weiters wurde intensiv darauf hingewiesen, dass man sich ruhig verhalten muss, weil rundherum Residents ansässig sind. Diese haben aber spannender Weise am Samstag eine Party gefeiert - lange bis in die Nacht hinein.

Ansonsten war die Unterkunft ganz ok.

We would recommend this to anyone and everyone visiting milan. It was a 10 minute walk from the duomo which has lots of amazing restaurants and views bars. It was also a 20 minute drive to the milano centrale station which is amazing if travelling around example to lake como for the day. We used what’s app to keep in contact with the staff of the hotel and the replies and the help we got were absolutely amazing!! we are a young couple with a lot of questions and the staff were so amazing with us! would highly recommend. thank you again!

In bagno si trovano sapone e sciampo niente altro. Peccato perché la camera o suite è bella, la posizione eccellente. Basterebbe dare le informazioni in modo più trasparente.

Huone siisti ja viihtyisä. - Keskusta lähietäisyydellä: kävelymatka metrolle, katedraaliin sekä kahvilapalvelut, hyvä monipuolinen ruokakauppa samalla kadulla. Majoituspaikan vastaanotto sijaitsi eri paikassa kuin itse majoitus, tämä hieman kummastutti. (Vastaanotto oli kuitenkin samalla kadulla Via Rugabella).
- Adrian (9/5): Great quiet location - Excellent location, close to the Dome and everything else. Carrefour supermarket at the end of the street. Large, airy studio room with small kitchen and large bathroom unit. Fridge and other appliances ( see photos). Quiet inner court. Two access doors with security pin and a concierge. Everything in the flat worked well. TV with wifi connection to phones, tablets and all other media. Great mattresses. Recommended for a visit to Milan. Kitchen extremely basic and by that I really mean very little there to the point where we had to buy stuff to supplement it as we stayed for a week.

Service was incredible, anytime we required a taxi or support the response time was quick via WhatsApp and supportive. Thank you. The first place you go to for check-in isn't the apartments. It is separate due to it being private residential. Confused us at first, but made sense.

- Simona (8/5): Apartamentai puikioje vietoje - Viskas gerai. Apartamentai buvo sudaryti iš dviejų miegamųjų kambarių su dvigulėmis lovomis ir virtuvėlės. Viena lova buvo ypač minkšta, o kita ypač kieta, todėl tinka visokiems poreikiams. Virtuvėje galima pasigaminti kavos, palikti keli buteliukai vandens, Vonioje reikalingi higienos reikmenys. Personalas paslaugus. Viena puiki, kelios minutės pėstute iki Duomo. Vienintelis minusas, kad kambaryje jautėsi nemalonus kvapas (pelėsio), jautėsi drėgmė.

It was also very very quiet and we the cooler and heater worked great Bidet leaked every time I turned it on. We ran out of toilet paper halfway through our stay. I requested it twice and had to go buy my own.

- Sandro (9/5): Super séjour. Résidence proche du centre, tout se fait à pied et en transports publics - Petit déjeuner fabuleux ! L'endroit est très proche du centre de Milan, très bien desservi par les transports publics et le parking, proche de la résidence est ample et facile d'accès. Attention : si vous arrivez en voiture, vous traverserez une zone a traffic limité. Pensez à vous enregistrer sur https://areac.atm-mi.it/ et payer le droit d'accès le jour de votre arrivée. La table de la cuisine qui n'est pas pratique. Un coin bureau si vous devez travailler un peu et un accès aux chaînes TV du câble serait un plus.

- Anikó (8/5): - Az apartman elhelyezkedése nagyon-nagyon kedvező: gyalogtávolságra a Dómtól, közérttel, kávézóval a közelben. Társasház csendes, belső udvarán. A belső hálószobának nincsen sem ablaka, sem szellőzése. 2-3 napra tökéletes, de hosszabb időre nem itt szállnék meg. Az apartmanok a belső udvarról nyílnak, lehet, hogy ez az ablaktalanság csak a mi két hálószobás apartmanunkra vonatkozik.

- Hannah (5/5): Great location just a shame about trying to be conned out of paying for using a bed we’ve already paid for - Great location, clean rooms We booked a triple room (so had 2 beds for 2 people) they tried to charge an extra €30 per night to use the second bed. Despite us having booked a 2 bed room they assumed we wouldn’t use the second bed for some reason. They said they assumed the second bed wasn’t going be used and had to pay for it on top of what we paid due to the cleaners they had to pay. We were only staying2 nights and didn’t need the sheets changing so stated this, we were then told the cleaning staff were unlikely to come as they don’t come everyday. It was really odd & we were told we were not allowed to use the second bed even though that’s why we booked the room. The staff were very rude & not helpful at all. Needless to say we didn’t pay the additional fee as it was ridiculous to be charged for a made up bed when we’d booked the room specifically to use both beds. Very disappointed with this.
