- Milcah (1/5): Disappointing experience – zero empathy from staff - I had a very stressful experience at this property. I arrived at nearly midnight, unable to check in due to “lost” access card. I immediately contacted the staff, took them awhile to answer. In the end, I had to find another accommodation in the middle of the night. The next day, the staff messaged me only to ask if I didn’t really check in?! Unbelievable! Not a single apology for the inconvenience or my situation. Also, I’m still waiting for them to refund my deposit

The apartment is nothing like the photo on the booking.com photos! - I made a compliant to both hotel and booking.com, regarding the poor quality of the hotel on 2 Dec, 2025. I am still waiting for their reply!! This is completely unacceptable! The property is so bad, I requested refund on the 2nd day of the day as the quality is completely unacceptable. They keeps denying and push this responsibility back to booking.com! Refund me my money!

- Family Globe trotter (7/5): Bon séjour - Appartement neuf dans un immeuble moderne avec piscine et salle de jeux pour les enfants. Immeuble très sécurisé, proche des métros et commerces. Manque énormément d'équipements... Par exemple mettre une grande poubelle, des baguettes, un peu plus de vaisselle...Uniquement deux fourchettes, deux assiettes... c'est un peu juste. Propreté à revoir, sous les lits par exemple.

We requested to change our room and yet they refused to, that left us no choice to request for a full refund and leave the place and return the keys immediately. They still haven’t provide a proper solution or response after the supposed check out evening, and not even refund the 200myr deposit yet. It made us no choice but to complain to booking’s customer service, yet we missed the best time to complaint this. Hopefully this incident could be settled soon, and get our refunds. Terrible. Seriously.

- Abdul waheed (1/5): Worst ever stay - Worst ever experience, they are scammers the room was stinky with smell and door was locked. The owner was asked who sent person to break the lock, toilet were too smelly and everything was full of stains and broken, the bed room was smelling like toilet, at the end owner kept my 80RM for using towel for cleaning mascara. Stay away from this property my sincere advice Everything was bad for this i can share all the pictures which i even share with owner as well but here only 4 pictures are permitted
- omema (1/5): Absolutely not recommended. - Terrace and lounge at the entrance. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone coming from a different country. Because when i went to this apartment. 1- They charge me 200 MYR deposit money and never returned. I asked for refund and after 2 weeks they tired and made an excuse that the account is not accepted. I gave them my brother's account number who is a Malaysian Resident and instead of transferring my legit funds, they stopped responding. So the total cost shall be what is charged to my account MYR 1060.88 + the key deposit which they didn't return (200 MYR). 2- Shower was leaking and the toilet became a pond for whole 8 days. I asked for a fixture to which they did but no use. They asked me to wait and the plumber will come and fix it whenever he has time. I asked them I am on vacations and will not waste my time waiting for the plumber. They said to leave the flat keys and they will come and fix it in my absence whenever they have time. 3- One of the broken chairs was smartly kept in the corner and when I tried to sit i Fell off. the whole chair came off with screws. My trip was good but this property is not good in terms of services and money. They shall not return your key deposit so beware of deposits and funds. You will not find a real person talking to you. The whole property is managed virtually means they can stop responding to you anytime they wish. like in my case. I am leaving my case now as i am done asking for my refund.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed readily available. The space was generous and comfortable, offering much more than I expected. - Hoo (4/5): Disappointing - The location is great, the space is large, and basic facilities are available. Shampoo had a very nice fragrance. However, the entire house was very dirty. There were traces of the previous guest on the blanket (such as hair and stains). Both mattresses on the double bed and the one on top of the wardrobe were very dirty and stained. One of the mattresses even had the foam exposed. Upon entering, there was an unpleasant smell, similar to that of a sewer. There were many small cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom, constantly appearing one after another — it was impossible to kill them all. The sewer smell in the bathroom was even stronger. I really hope the accommodation can be cleaned properly.
- Saniya (1/5): HORRIBLE STAY!! - Partly clean, good view There is not one in person contact available at their property, in case of emergency you cannot contact anyone unlike other apartments when there is one managing person always available at the properly. Doors are broken, the sitting sofa was cheap and TV was also not working and broken. They collect security deposit of 200 RM which will be fully refunded they said, but there is no response when asked.

- Hazel (1/5): Feeling scammed - Very disappointing. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but felt I had to share our experience. We booked this for 6 people (2 adults and 4 teens). We booked based on the pictures and room info.which clearly said the apartment had 2 bedrooms, bedroom 1 had a double bed and bedroom 2 had a double bed AND 2 single beds. When we arrived there was only 1 double bed and 1 single bed in bedroom 2 so only enough beds and towels for 5. We asked for bed linen and towels for the 6th person to be told no that the apartment was only for 4 people. There was also a really bad smell from both bathrooms which made our kids feel sick. We couldn't stay as the place just wasn't what we had paid for, completely unsuitable and unfair to have 1 of our daughters on the couch (not a sofa bed) with no bed sheets or even a towel to shower.. We put a complaint in to booking.com and were told we would get a refund and then never did. We tried contacting booking.com on several occasions and we were hung up on a few times and eventually offered a €25 voucher for our next booking. We feel like we should get our money back for the nights we didn't stay as the accommodation was falsely advertised and we feel completely scammed and misled. We asked for a call back from a manager from booking.com and we are still waiting for that. It also took us over 2 weeks to get our deposit back, which also isn't good enough as we were down money having had to book another accommodation. As well as what I've mentioned above you will be woken at 6am from the mosque next door and also again late at night by fire crackers. We would have been OK about being woken up if there were enough beds. I still can't understand how booking.com thinks it's acceptable that we paid for 6 people and only were provided beds and towels for 5 and how they won't recognise that the property was falsely advertised. My advise don't book this property as you will be disappointed.

- Feras (6/5): Acceptable property for low cost and short stay but the noise problem makes the stay is uncomfortab - Very close to velocity mall and NSK and My town mall , Swimming pool, sky garden, new year eve at the sky deck was very nice Very noisy area , very traffic area , the view was not nice , a lot of fire works around the area at any time of the day even after midnight .

The property and the website photos totally different what I thoughts and we don’t get the towels for the first night for my family and they should check before the room when people stay in. The bath room have cockroach and I would not stay this for accommodation next time.

Beds are not comfortable, cleaning supplies were not enough , even the condominium is not far from KLCC but the area around is very traffic and you have to pay high fees and take long time to get in KLCC .

- Malizole (4/5): Without a doubt the worst place I have stayed in the past 5 months. - This place is badly maintained. Every night there are cockroaches in the apartment kitchen and bathroom (I have video evidence), the bathroom absolutely stinks from water damage (and who knows what else), and to top it off, the staff simply forgot to return the deposit they initially insisted on. They promise to return it within "7 - 14 working days" from checkout (for no clear reasons), they forgot to do so (unsurprisingly), and I reminded them after almost 1 month. I am currently waiting for it to be sent back through. I believe this place should not be listed on booking.com.
