- Inge (8/5): - De lokatie was top. Het was bij aankomst niet 100% duidelijk hoe en wat maar dat was na één telefoontje opgelost. Verder voldeed het appartement aan de verwachtingen en was er ruimte genoeg, was alles netjes,... Burengeluid maar na één vraag/opmerking was dat wel in orde. Het geluid 's morgens in het gebouw (zelfs op zondag!) is wel een issue. Men ledigt blijkbaar een glascontainer in de patio.

- Baldomero Alberto (10/5): Excelente experiencia en Milan - Excelente ubicación. Muy bien equipado. Completo. Elementos de uso impecables, cocina y dormitorio. Todo estuvo muy bien. Sugerencia: agregar un toma corriente sobre mesada eran 3 elementos electricos que debia utilizar por turno. En el desayuno es difícil. Hacer las tostados, el café y calentar agua para una infusion porque hay que desenchufar uno de los aparato para usar el otro. Igualmente no es grave, un detalle para tener en cuenta.

- Sabine (10/5): Beste Lage mitten im Zentrum und sehr sauber - Beste Lage in Mailand, alles zu Fuß möglich, gleich neben U-Bahn San Babila. Ich durfte am Abreisetag bis 13.00 im Apartment bleiben, das hat mir sehr geholfen. Auch der Check-in war ganz einfach. Sehr sauber und alles da was man braucht.

Location (Near subway station San Babila (10 minutes from Linate Airport), Next to big shopping street, 10 minutes walk from Duomo. 5 minutes from small supermarket) Appartement is on street side which can be noisy until midnight. (Subway, Traffic, and such)

- April (9/5): An excellent choice for a vacation if shopping and sightseeing is your focus. - We stayed in the one bedroom with air conditioning, called Aida. The bed was comfy! The apartment had plenty of room, a little washing machine, a small but serviceable kitchen, air conditioning, windows that open if the weather is nice, multiple controlled access points for safety, and somehow wasn't loud even being in the middle of such a large city. There were plenty of outlets in sensible places (remember your adapter if you're not from EU), a variety of lighting choices, ways to close off parts so the main area climate control was good, and 49 locks for safety (joke, there were 3 deadbolts and the main lock). Good water pressure, quick hot water, shampoo and body wash provided in the shower, reasonable counter space in the bathroom and a cabinet for storage. There's a very small but useable elevator (2 people and one suitcase small) and easy stairs. Overall a very nice place to stay that is within a block of the city Centre where the Duomo and all the shopping is located. Be sure to do the Fast Checkin when you receive the email. If you do ahead of time, you will get your code at precisely checkin time. There were only two bath towels and two hand towels. A few kitchen towels or some extras in case of a spill would have been appreciated. The shower is very SMALL, as in full adult cannot bend over in the shower and has to be careful turning around. Manageable, just annoying. There is no way to store bags if you arrive early.

We had a minor technical issue in the room during our stay, but after sharing our feedback, the management handled the situation professionally with good communication. I appreciate their effort to improve the guest experience and their responsible approach after our stay.

Entrar no edifício é dificil pois o pin pad do exterior não funciona bem e por vezes foi preciso tentar mais de 10 vezes até a porta abrir (isto à noite torna-se ainda mais incómodo). O apartamento é grande e o sistema de aquecimento não é suficiente mesmo deixando ligado durante o dia, quando chegávamos ao fim da tarde/noite nunca estava confortável.

Heating system cannot be controlled by guests so that was a problem we were so cold because of that we cannot enjoy the staying

Two sleeping places were on the sofa where the folding bed was very inconvenient. The water in the sink in the bathroom didn't flow off properly.

It was an oasis in the middle of a shopping district, which allowed us to come back and rest up during the day if we felt tired. It was also nice that they let us check in early upon request, as there were a storm warning in Northern Italy and we did not want to be stuck outside. The kitchen facility was very well equipped with an oven, stove, fridge and plates etc. Since we were saying for 5 days it made sense for us to have a very comfortable bed and a furnished kitchen, which were the reasons why we initially picked this particular location. Overall I feel that this place is a good value for what it offers. Whilst there were building maintenance taking place at the time, this was notified at the entrance door, and the Italianway customer service were there both via phone or by email to accommodate any needs we had during and after our stay.
