Verified traveler (4/5): - I booked this hotel because I wanted a balcony, come to find out that the balcony door was broken And didn’t open. I wasn’t informed of this defect before I booked which upset me because the only reason I chose this booking was for the balcony feature I wanted to use during the daytime. Also the pickup of the key is in a separate location, where I have to go into a local store and collect the key which wasn’t convenient when you have luggage and it’s raining at the same time. Would be better if they had coded letter boxes or something like this?
