• Maja Elisabeth (5/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt okey - Dank dem freundlichen und geduldigen Support per Whatsup von Luigi schafften wir es in die Wohnung und schlussendlich in unser Zimmer zu gelangen. Das Kafi und Croissant im Kafi um die Ecke zum Frühstück war tiptop, wie auch die Lage nahe des Vatikans. Das Zimmer war gegen die starkbefahrene Strasse - schlafen bei offenem Fenster unmöglich. Haken für die Garderobe viel zu hoch für kleine Personen! (160cm) Wenig Ablagefläche.

• Claudia (8/5): Piccola Fuga a Roma - La struttura è carina vicino al centro o almeno facile da arrivare con i mezzi di trasporto come la metro comoda per raggiungere i vari punti di interesse come musei ecc… e monumenti presenti nel cuore di Roma. La stanza era accogliente non troppo grande ma per due persone va più che bene la vista ovviamente è scarsa o meglio inesistente poiché la struttura si trova in mezzo ad una strada all’interno di un palazzo con altre abitazioni dentro. Infine la televisione funzionava il bagno dotato di una cabina doccia bella grande quindi niente da aggiungere. La colazione al bar era buona però secondo me potrebbe essere meglio nel senso che per la cifra pagata potevano offrire di meglio ma va bene così. Non mi è piaciuta l’organizzazione le porte tecnologiche bisogna inserire un codice due volte per entrare nella stanza insomma uno va per rilassarsi non per stressarsi con tutte queste seccature.

• Laura (9/5): Recomendado 100% - La cama era muy cómoda y el personal muy atento. La ubicación es muy buna, en una zona muy tranquila. El desayuno es en una cafetería, justo al lado Trecaffè, incluye un cafe y un croissant (el de pistacho riquísimo). La habitación estaba limpia y el agua salía muy caliente y con presión. Para mi gusto un 10 relación calidad/precio.

Muy buena experiencia Todo nos gustó. Quizás para algunas personas las atracciones turísticas pueden quedar un poco más lejos, pero para nosotros no fue un inconveniente

Megerkezeskor vart minket beengedett, mindent elmagyarazott lehuzta pos terminalon az ifat es kesz is voltunk. De minden instrukciot atkuldott angolul is. A szoba rendben volt, utcara nezo igy eleg hangos de egy par fuldugo es nem is hallani. A kozos konyha jol felszerelt, minden nap ott reggeliztunk. Az arban volt reggeli, croissant meg kv de en aztal nem indulnék el a napi 10km gyalogturara uh inkabb aludtunk es ettuk amit vettunk elozo nap. Futo klima mukodik tvn csak olasz adas van, a furdo nem egy spa de a viz meleg le is folyik tobb meg nem kell. Kulcsokkal johetsz mehetsz egesz nap a lakas ajtajai pedig kodosak. kb ennyi, ajanlom. Az ágy eszméletlen kemény, a párna is magas a környék pedig nagyon hangos. A zajt füldugóval megoldottam, a többit nem igazán. De hogy kinek mi a jó ágy az persze relatív.

Staat aan drukke straat, die ook in de nacht zeer druk is. s’Nachts om 2:30 uur kwamen mensen naast ons inchecken om te overnachten.

A casa de banho, poderia ser mais atualizada e também o tipo de colchão da cama, era desconfortável.

• Simona (8/5): Je conseille vivement de séjourner dans cet établissement. - Petit dej classique italien dans un très bon bar. Le quartier est parfait si on veut visiter la cité du Vatican, pour le reste c'est un peu plus loin, mais bien desservi. La salle de bain un peu vieillotte mais tout de même propre.

• Luciana (3/5): L’unica cosa positiva è la posizione vicina al Vaticano - Ottima posizione Piumoni e lenzuola macchiate molto possibilmente di sangue che a forza di lavarle le macchie sono diventate di color arancio. Muffa in uno dei tre bagni (camera per 4 persone). Nell’altro bagno lo scarico della doccia non andava e c’era puzza di fogna. Il bidè spruzzava acqua ovunque.

• Marika (7/5): Piacevole. - La posizione, comoda per prendere i mezzi (sia bus che metro). La pulizia della stanza non era state fatta con la dovuta attenzione. Nulla di drammatico, ma ci si aspetta un livello di igiene più elevato. Inoltre, mancavano completamente utensili di base per poter pulire quotidianamente la stanza (abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni): nessuna scopa, nessun panno o detergente, nemmeno salviette o carta assorbente. Questo ha reso difficile mantenere un minimo di ordine durante il soggiorno.

• Patrick (10/5): really enjoyed our stay as a family that got one large apartment to be closer to each other it was fantastic and I would - I liked that the apartment was close to the Vatican with all near by restaurants and convenient stores and the metro station was only walking distance from the property it was clean through out and the owner was really friendly apon arrival with WhatsApp communication if needed to get in touch As a family we had the full apartment for our self’s with nice size kitchen and fridge to hold all refreshments and snacks Dislikes on the property it’s been a little date from when pictured for advertisement We where not offered fresh towels every morning only on third day but I’m sure it would have been arranged if I got in contact with owner there was a washing machine in the cubbered that we used for the towels while staying at property (4 nights 10 guest ) Bad smell coming from shower and sink holes as well as the cubered it is all I could complain about (fixed the smell with bleach from local store ) in the drainage holes but not the cubered with washing machine unfortunately
• Yelena (4/5): Unfortunately, not a good stay - The location was good and it was clean. One night, the fire alarm low battery chirped from 2am until we left at 8am. While the host finally responded to me at 8am, he didn't offer to reimburse us for one night of NO sleep. The breakfast is served around the corner at a cafe. You may only order a small Cappuccino & cornetti - that's it. The bed & pillows were very uncomfortable. Would not recommend this stay, I'm sorry.
• Oshin (8/5): wonderful stay - The location was great, it is near the Metro and the Vatican City. The transport is easy, many local shop around so many options to choose from. Luigi was very accommodating, friendly, helpful and he response really quickly to ensure any issues is resolve straightaway. They offer to clean the room almost everyday, clean sheet, new towels and clean bathroom. I would recommend this place to stay. Maybe just the shower because it takes long for the water to go down. Also, additional hooks on the wall or coat stand to hang coats is good so the wardrobe is kept to be clean and tidy.

• Anneleen (6/5): It was sufficient - The room was very pretty, the bed was comfortable. Very happy with it. Also very safe, several locks. Self check in was easy. Love the airco. The included breakfast is only 1 small drink and 1 croissant so that may not be enough for people who are not tiny italians! It was really good though. Recommend the croissant with pistacchio creme. Also the shower still floods within a minute of use. Read this in reviews from last year and still not fixed. Only 1 set of towels for 3 days and not enough shampoo provided, also no conditioner.

• Odeta (9/5): A very nice stay like at home - The room is well equipped, very bright with balcony, close to metro and a very helpful owner, who let us check in earlier. We fell really comfortable the whole stay and the croissants and coffee as well as personell at a little restaurant were very nice and funny too. Thank you for everything! Some sounds could be silenced a little more: ex. radiator, bathroom doors and toilet flush. But at the third night we were so tired that we couldn’t hear anything and slept really deep and nice :))
• Krisswiss (4/5): Good looking on photos but in reality much worse - Location is good. Cheaper place to stay. Dirty bathroom that needs renewal. Doors to bathroom damaged, not closing easily. Doors to apartment with gaps after closing. Bad acoustic isolation from other apartments (conversations were audible). Old not comfortable bed clothes.
• Kinga (4/5): Great location but very noisy, not clean - Location is great, many good restaurants nearby, the guesthouse is only few minutes from Vatican. The room wasn't clean at all when we arrived. The bathroom and the furnitures should be renovated. The door and the window are not soundproof, the steet is noisy and the neighbours in the guesthouse too even if they don't do anything noisy. For that price, we expected better, the room is not worth the price.

• Garry (4/5): - Location was good but quality of facilities low. Shower flooded within few mins is showering and sink didn’t drain properly so water pooled almost immediately. Toilet leaking! I read that in a couple reviews but thought it would have been fixed since. Room ok but washroom really bad. After a hot day in Rome you want to enjoy a nice shower. There were a few doors we had to enter through and then a set of stairs to haul up luggage. Not family friendly! This was not the place for us so we left after the first night and booked stayed elsewhere. Beyond disappointed. Recommend spending a little more for a better quality experience while in Rome

• Helga (9/5): Superb - We got warm welcome. The accomodation is well located, near to the Octaviano metro station, to many bus stops and to the Vatican. The café for breakfast is in 3 mins by walk. The room has everything that we needed. We could use the kitchen during the whole day so we could buy some food and put to the fridge anytime, so it was really cool. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

• Ana (7/5): OK stay, even though the bed wasn’t good - helpful staff, even though they don’t stay at the property at all times. clean and spacious. breakfast card included which gives you access to the coffee shop next door (can get a free croissant and a coffee) very close to the Vatican but far from all other main attractions (20 - 30 min walk to Fontana di Trevi, Colosseo, etc). the bed isn’t comfortable for 2 people. the shower takes too long to heat up.

• Nina (9/5): Great guest house - Excellent service from Luigi who contacted me prior to the trip. Easy / online check with clear instructions sent to me a day before arrival. Their room was a great size for 4 people, I slept on the sofa bed and it was surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was also quite big, the guest house was very very clean and so were the sheets and towels. The location was superb considering our priority for the visit was Vatican and we were 2 mins walk from Vatican museum. All other attractions were within easy access and walking distance and the only time we used the Metro was to get to / from the airport which was also very convenient (Metro is within 2 in’s walk from the guest house). The breakfast cafe was amazing - the food and coffee were lovely. There are some really lovely restaurants and cafes close by too. Not sure actually - it would have been better to have breakfast within the guest house (mainly due to the weather we had, it was pouring down) however the cafe we went to was lovely.

• Aybüke (10/5): Awesome! - The room was exact same with the photographs. It was clean, fresh, large and beautiful. The whole building was so peaceful. The location was 10 out of 10. The hotel was so close to Vatican and oublic transportations to the Termini, Spagna and all.
