Such a lovely hotel from the check in process to the most comfortable beds to awesome bathSHEETS (it’s the little things that mean a lot to me) this place can’t be beat especially for this room rate!! Quaint property in a walkable location, right across the circle from a 5-story mall. Delicious breakfast included. Highly recommended.

• marilyn (10/5): Country surprise in heart - This was an unexpected pleasure. Made up in an English country decor with a touch of Albania. Room was spacious and well fitted. Balcony looked onto the street and was a good insight into the city. Specialized bike lanes, tree lined streets, outside restaurants, and much more. Service in neighbouring restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was well displayed and offered a good variety with off menu options as well. Well located. Blackout curtains appreciated. Staff warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

In front of the window was like a kind of scaffolding and was covered with green plants, no daylight came in and we always had only artificial lighting in the room, which we found extremely unfortunate.

• Denice (8/5): Don't judge a book by its cover! - This hotel is a study in "Never judge a book by its cover". Outside, it's almost hidden, the facade is rather plain, but inside, WOW! It's an absolutely lovely hotel, with a charming ambiance in the reception area, a wonderful breakfast area, and rooms that are perfect with everything you could need or want. The bed is comfortable, there's every amenity you can think of, and the breakfast was great. The only reason I took away a star is because eventhough the website says every guest receives free valet parking, the man at thefront desk argued with me, said it wasn't available, and when I shoewed him what the website said regarding this, he grudgingly accompanied my husband to a parking lot so he knew where the car was parked. Parking (and driving in general in Albania) is tough, so this should have been a significant perk of the hotel, but the fight to realize it was off-putting. Otherwise, we would happily stay there again!

The location was good, with Skanderbeg Square a pleasant 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel is also connected to a lovely cafe/bar, and there is good shopping close by.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Too short a stay in Tirana! - A really lovely hotel. Cosy with a classy old-fashioned decor. A little bit away from the main attractions, but central enough to walk and the area seemed quite quiet at night which was nice. Friendly staff and a good breakfast too. Parking was a bit tricky - on the street behind the hotel which was very narrow, but in reality, we probably didn't need the car for this trip.

Vær dog opmærksom på, at busstationen ikke længere ligger lige ved siden at hotellet, selv om det stadig fremgår af nogle kort.

• Oskar (6/5): Rude staff, small room but nice atmosphere - The hotel has a great physical atmosphere and the feeling is in line with my expectations, but the attitude of the staff… We arrived very late from the airport and got the message “breakfast is served until 11:30” during check in. We arrived to the breakfast at 11:03, with the message it’s closed. After some discussion we agreed on letting us just taking a plate of what is left on the buffet. The waiter was very confrontational about we being wrong. After 10 minutes, she came out of nowhere and scolded us, obviously she had been criticized by the hotel manager. We responded that he was more than welcome to talk with us, if he had a problem. She told us “he don’t care” and asked as to leave. There was still lot of locals sitting in the area, so I can’t understand what kind of problem our existence out existence gave them. Day after we arrived early and tried the dishes cooked on request. Ordered a French toast, and got a toasted sandwich with cheese in. Didn’t even make a remark about it. What more? Small room, not air cool before your arrival (super hot) and no change of towels.

• Marius (10/5): Absolutely recommendable - Didn't find the entry at first, but once I got there, everything went smooth: Hotel employee joined me in the car and navigated me to the underground parking garage in another building on the other side of the street. Checkin super easy, staff was very friendly. Room was small but clean and quiet, although it could use an update sooner or later. Enjoyed the clean and bright bathroom with an excellent shower cabin. Hotel location next to a roundabout is easily reachable and good for public transportation, with restaurants, different shops, a pharmacy and 24/7 convenience store nearby. 10 minutes of walking or less to the central Skanderbeg square. Slept very good in the comfy bed. The breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible for its variety and lovely presentation, really no hesitation to recommend it. Checkout as well without any complications. Hotel is definitely my new reference when it comes to staying close to the center of Tirana.
• DEVIS (10/5): - Everything was beautiful. The staff went out of the way to help me with parking. Place was clean to perfection and the bed was very comfortable. My girlfriend forgot a pair of sandals and we called 4 days after and they saved them for us. We were very pleased.
