One critique is that the photos show a second larger lounge area which may have been limited to the women's section, since I was never able to access it.

- Nathan (8/5): - Very good one-nighter option. Overall, the facility is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Only minor negatives are that the capsule was a little stuffy with the warm weather, and the toilet I used didn't have any toilet paper. Shower room was nice, though.

- Sophie (10/5): - i loved my stay here! we swung by earlier in the day to drop our luggage off to be stored before check-in and then checked in after we’d spent the day sightseeing. the lockers for storing luggage are spacious enough for a large checked suitcase and smaller carry-on suitcase with room to spare. the bathrooms were great, and the showers were far nicer than i expected for the price i paid for the night. the pod itself was spacious enough with an adjustable light and a usb port for charging. i had no issues getting to sleep, however my boyfriend had issues with this on the men’s floor because of another guest’s snoring! i suppose it depends on your luck. overall excellent experience, i’d highly recommend staying here :)

It is however walkable to Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace! Not a tonne of vegan food options near by. Bit of a quieter area. The pod hotel itself is one of the better ones I've stayed at because the lockers are right outside the room, the room's door has a quiet closure feature so it was great for undisturbed sleep, and the shower and lounge are on the same (but different) level. The only problem with the showers is the doors to each don't all lock very easily without some effort.

You get what you pay for don't expect much in terms of service. The free breakfast was stingy. The capsules you can hear everything, it is like a dorm with just a curtain for your space

I didn’t realize the “doors” to the pods were going to just be roller shades though, and that meant all the sounds in the area were audible. Regardless, the other guests were very quiet and respectful, and I slept well which is really the most important part. I wish the pods had more airflow inside, and felt like the air got pretty stale fast. I purchased a handheld USB-C powered fan and that helped. I really enjoyed the showers, and interestingly enough, they were more spacious than you might expect for a capsule hotel.

- Carolina (8/5): - As American tourists, this was our first time staying at a capsule hotel. It was certainly a memorable experience. Similar to a hostel, everything is communal and gendered (separate male and female floors). The place itself is extremely clean and run in a very orderly fashion. If we were to change anything at all, it would be to have more secure doors in our pod capsules (they were just screens) and to have the pod capsules contain some sort of temperature regulation/fans inside (they did not, only lights). The amenities are very accommodating, we were provided with towels, pajamas, tooth brushes and slippers. Everything besides the tooth brush was expected to be returned in the morning of each day you stay, and you are provided with fresh ones at night. There is shampoo, conditioner and soap provided in all the showers, which was a welcome surprise to see. Note that during the day (10am-2pm), cleaning takes place, so you must vacate the hotel (except for the lobby) during this time. Also, it is advised to bring ear plugs to sleep with, since you will hear every sound your neighbors make (even the subtle rustling of blankets) in the sleeping pod area. I hope this review helps anyone considering staying here!

Wanted to have the experience for one night before going to my accommodation for the rest of my stay, though you could easily stay here for an entire trip. Perfect place to rest and freshen up after a long haul flight, and convenience stores and markets were nearby for snacks and small meals. I never interacted with any staff, as it was a machine checkin, but there were people around if there were any issues.

- Lydia (8/5): Clean and convenient capsule hotel - We stayed at this capsule hotel for 5 nights. The female and male capsules and bathrooms are separated onto different floors which is nice (this might not be ideal for couples). The capsules and bathrooms are kept quite clean and it is highly recommended that you bring earplugs for sleeping because you can hear every movement/noise within the capsules. The beds/pillows are not the most comfortable (it is a capsule hotel after all) so if you have a prolonged stay here just bear that in mind. The location is very convenient as it is very close to Ningyocho station.

The other guests were respectful and quiet but you can still hear snoring and other noises from the pod. If you’re not okay with eating almost the same sandwich and a drink every breakfast, I don’t recommend opting for the breakfast. There’s 3 convenience stores nearby you can get good from. The location is really great. A lot of things are within a walkable distance. I felt very safe here.

- Michelle (8/5): - Very clean and quiet and felt very safe. The checkin process was very easy to do on the kiosk in the lobby. They provide towels, pajamas, toothbrush, and soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms. The hotel seemed quite busy when I stayed there so I needed to wait for a shower as they were always full but only 15-20min wait. Great shower pressure and hot water. The capsules themselves were clean and comfortable but it did get quite warm by the morning and there is no fan inside the individual capsules. It is very easy to hear people in the other capsules but everyone was very considerate of that. They do provide a breakfast meal ticket for a cafe around the corner but it is just a drink and cold sandwich. Checkout process was also very simple. Would stay here again if I was solo traveling.
