- Yolanda (8/5): Wonderful stay - Modern spacious tastefully decorated family suite, very comfortable bed, lovely helpful service by Yannis. That particular suite isn't suitable for young children, any mobility issues ang heavy due to steep and very narrow stairs. The hotel will help with luggage which is great just be prepared.

Het was kleiner dan verwacht, en het sanitair was verouderd. De douche was wat muf en de vloer liep onder, en in het keukentje was maar een heel klein straaltje water.

Apartment was nice and clean and had more than what I needed for a nice stay. Owner very nice and accessible through chat app. I’m glad I chose this apartment:) Minor things that wouldn’t keep me from booking or staying again (but nice to know) Shower (different from US, right next to toilet with an insufficient drain/floor would soak), not actually soundproof though it’s on a very quiet street (I was on first floor so could here door opening, other loud guests in common area, etc) Netflix wouldn’t load so I couldn’t use tv (really in Athens it’s not needed but would have been nice), sofa was set up like a bed instead of couch so I couldn’t really use it (solo traveler)

Es un edificio de varios departamentos donde tienen cocina y todas las instalaciones para sentirte como en casa. La verdad que super contentos, espacioso, barrio tranquilo, fácil de acceder con códigos. Volveremos claramente ya que está en el medio del centro a 1 cuadra y media de la peatonal. Nada.

- celine (8/5): Superbe séjour en famille proche de toutes commodités - L'emplacement de l'hôtel a été un critère important pour nous car il est proche du métro et d'une rue piétonne très animée. Nous avons pu visiter tout à pied, l'Acropole et le mont Lycabette. Nous avions une belle vue sur l'Acropole avec une belle terasse privative. L'appartement était dans une rue calme et sécurisée. Yannis nous a très bien conseillé pendant le weekend de Pâques ! On a passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement pour une famille était très bien, par contre il y avait beaucoup de marche car il est au dernier étage avec une superbe terasse privée. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

No hay cubiertos suficientes para las plazas que tiene el alojamiento. La mampara de la ducha necesita una puerta porque así abierta como está, se sale mucha agua aunque te dices con cuidado de no salpicar

- Massimo (9/5): Camera per famiglia ai piedi dell'Acropoli, collegata con tutte le comunicazioni. Top! - La colazione non era inclusa. C'è un piccolo angolo con un bollitore per l'acqua e del thè e una macchina del caffé per eventuale colazione fai da te. La posizione è molto centrale, proprio sul confine con la zona a traffico pedonale, quindi si gira il centro storico a piedi in lungo e in largo senza problemi. A dire il vero ho trovato tutto quello che mi occorreva. Il bidet in bagno non c'era, ma forse non si usa in Grecia. La smart tv dava la possibilità di vedere ciò che volevi. La camera era pulita.

Pas de rideau occultant à la cuisine La douche inonde littéralement la salle de bain car pas de rideau ni de porte pour contenir l'eau Et le plus grave à mon sens : une personne s'est introduite dans notre logement pendant notre séjour, sans que nous soyons informés !!! Je trouve cela inacceptable ! Hormis la localisation, je ne vous recommande ABSOLUMENT PAS de loger ici !

- Andrea (6/5): Bastante pequeño, no apto para grupos - El apartamento es muy bonito, y está muy bien situado porque Syntagma está a 10 minutos andando. Me gustó que el acceso sea por código, haciendo nosotras mismos el check-in. El apartamento está ofertado para 4 personas. Es cierto que hay 4 camas, pero el espacio es muy escaso y cada rincón está aprovechado al maximo. La habitación de las literas no tiene la posibilidad de poner las maletas en ningún sitio, la habitación principal acabó siendo un guardarropa-salon-comedor-dormitorio. No hay colgadores en el baño, asi que acabamos teniendo que poner las toallas en las sillas. Durante nuestro viaje pasamos por 4 apartamentos, y este fue el más incómodo por el escaso espacios de movimiento. No lo recomiendo para grupos. Aceptable para estancias cortas en pareja si váis a ir solo a dormir.

Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή με άμεση πρόσβαση σε Σύνταγμα και Θησείο. 1) Στο μπάνιο υπήρχε μπρίζα η οποία ήταν εκτός της θέσης της και δυνητικά θα μπορούσε να είναι επικίνδυνη (εδικά όταν υπάρχουν μικρά παιδιά) 2) Η λεκάνη φαίνονταν εξ αρχής συνεχώς βρώμικη στο εσωτερικό της (πιθανά γιατί είχε γρατσουνιστεί η επιφάνεια με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορεί να καθαριστεί) 3) Η κουρτίνα στο μπάνιο ήταν εμφανώς βρώμικη. 4) Ο τοίχος στο επικουρικό δωμάτιο με την κουκέτα ήταν βρώμικος σε πολλά σημεία. 5) Σε κάποια λίγα σημεία της γυψοσανίδας στο επικουρικό δωμάτιο είχαν γίνει επιδιορθώσεις και είχαν καλυφθεί με κακοτεχνίες.

- Michele (8/5): - La posizione indubbiamente è eccezionale. Nel cuore della plaka in una stradina dove si sta tranquilli. 500 mt dall'acropoli e 1 km dalla piazza monastiraki. Simpatica anche il fatto che la struttura offre l'acqua in bottiglietta. È stato un viaggio prenotato in 2 minuti senza pensarci tanto. Dico questo perché, forse ci sarà scritto, ma in 3 notti non sono passati mai per pulire, cambiare asciugamani.

No nos brindaron una pava eléctrica y cuando la reclamamos nos respondieron q la iban a traer y no lo hicieron. El desagüe de la ducha no drena y se moja el piso de todo el baño.

- Umberto (8/5): Beautiful position and view at a fair price in central position - The position was very nice and the appartment had a wonderful private two level terrace were you can get sun and have a view of the Acropolis. The price is quite convinient, considering the apartment hosts up to 3 people. We were 3 adults and the space inside was adeguate. The staff was super nice and immediatly responsive to any question or request. Some details of the facility really needed an improvement, among all the windows (super old) that were letting cold in and require a massive use of the heater because of thermical dispersion), the shower (water coming out either super cold or super hot and after 30 seconds flooding the bathroom) or the 4th bed, which luckly we did not need (was extremely cheap, whereas the other beds ere quite good).

Il riscaldamento non riscaldava bene, la stufetta era rotta e il termosifone del soggiorno non ha mai funzionato mentre quello del bagno si. La temperatura all'interno della stanza era tiepida non fredda ma visti i pochissimi gradi fuori non si sentiva caldo. Nonostante tutto l'host, gentilissimo é venuto in stanza per cercare di capire se fosse possibile una soluzione ma dovendo starci solo due notti abbiamo deciso di rimanere.

- Sonia (4/5): Fix your advertisement and be clear about rooftop access!! - Location was great. The rooms and patio are cute. There was a horrible and strong chemical smell coming up from the patio area outside our room. We could not enjoy the patio and had to hold our breath when entering and exiting our room. It really made the whole experience awful as we wanted to enjoy outside and avoided our room during our stay. We could not open the windows for fresh air as the chemical smell would get stronger. Also, the advertisement for the basement room INCLUDES photos from the rooftop balcony that is exclusive to the top floor occupants. This was another massive disappointment - I checked three times before booking our room to make sure that the rooftop was part of the description. We planned to enjoy it every night and could not enjoy the common area due to the smell.

- Eric Rudolf (6/5): Niet interessant voor herhaling - Prima centrale ligging in het oude centrum van Athene. - weinig daglicht in de kamer - lage kracht water uit de kraan van de wasbak - gordijnen zijn lastig te open en te sluiten - krappe douche ruimte - gehorige straat: verkeer rijdt hoorbaar vlak langs het raam. - toegangsdeur is in halletje bij voordeur wat gehorig is. - deels gedateerd interieur ( …voor een luxueus aangeprezen appartement) - elekta installatie mag wel beter… -

- Matt (9/5): Heel fijn verblijf - De locatie van deze appartementen is uitstekend--minder dan 150m van Plaka Square. Het appartement was ruim en schoon. Er kon makkelijk gekookt worden en er was een mooi koffieapparaat. De mogelijkheid om heel laat in te checken met codes was erg behulpzaam voor me gezien ik pas om 01.30 uur aankwam. Er waren geen echte nadelen van dit apppartement.
- cinzia (10/5): Ottimo con bambini - Posizione eccellente per muoversi a piedi ( vicinanze 150 mt negozi, ristoranti, e supermercati) Check in con codice, ottimo per chi arriva in tarda serata come noi. La struttura ha a disposizione gratis una stanza per deposito bagagli. Rispondono velocemente via e- mail. Hanno piu camere/appartamenti nello stesso stabile e questo garantisce soggiorni a piu nuclei familiari. Il nostro appartamento superior aveva una terrazza privata con vista fantastica su acropoli , provvista anche di tavoli all' esterno per pranzara, molto appeezzata in stagione autunnale ( novembre 2025).

- gnako (7/5): Overpriced for 'luxury divine', excelent location but bedbugs - The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and, apparently, clean. There was enough storage space, although a real bedside table wouldn't hurt. There was a Dolce Gusto machine and some capsules in the room, which were welcome. The location was top-notch, the best of the apartment indeed, a quiet location in the Plaka district and just 5-10 minutes to Syntagma Square. We both were bitten by bedbugs during our stay, more attention should be put on the cleaning and disinfection of the linen. A bit more light in the room would also be appreciated. The WC cover was loose, which was uncomfortable. And there was a very unpleasant smell outside when we had our breakfasts in the inner courtyard, like a diesel engine running. The communication with the property was OK but very aseptic, via WhatsApp, and we only received the codes for the doors when we called and asked for them. In general, overpriced to be called "luxury" or "divine".
- Marta (10/5): Fantástico, en pleno barrio de plaka. - Estuvimos alojados aquí, en pleno barrio de Plaka y fue muy guay. La amplitud de las habitaciones, la ubicación, la limpieza y lo fácil que fue todo tanto la llegada como la salida, muy accesible y muy acogedor. En los apartamentos inferiores no se ve el acrópolis y no lo indican. Pero aún así todo fue maravilloso.

- julio (8/5): Buena ubicación. - La habitación para 4 personas muy cómoda. El baño no tiene ganchos para colgar las toallas, incómodo. El extractor de aire muy bullicioso. Reclame y arreglaron el extractor y pusieron un gancho. Pero las dos cosas duraron menos de un día! Sin personal en el lugar y la comunicación con el encargado era variable, a veces contestaba muy rápido y otras se demoraba.
