- Zhuang (2/5): You will lose the deposit if you book this hotel - The hotel owner is a cheater. They took my deposit at check-in and promised me to refund it at check-out. At the check-out time, I was told they would refund me at a later time afterwards. After I left, I was told no worries and they would transfer me the refund online. When I asked what channel they would use to transfer the fund to me, they stopped responding me. They still hold my deposit without responding to me. Please stay away form this hotel, or you will lose your deposit.

- Ahmad.sulaiman (1/5): Disgusted & total dissapointed - Location. 1 of the bedroom air con is faulty. Made a complaint, then, they sent the technician to rectify and change the whole air con unit. Was told by the host, this aircon unit is faulty in the morning. Why couldn't they repair/change it before we even checked in? Btw, we checked in at 3.20pm. I have to wait for the whole process of changing the aircon till 8pm+. I had no choice but to leave them, as it already spoilt my itinerary & dinner plan. Host promised to refund me 50% of the room charge, have yet to receive. Totally disgusted & disappointed. Really spoil my day. My question, Since host knew that the aircon unit is faulty in the morning, why couldn't they repair or change whatever before we even checked in.? I will never book again at this apartment.

- Sin Cheung (2/5): - I usually don’t leave reviews so this is a first. It was 3am as I arrived at the apartment. The place was musty as if it hadn’t been cleaned. We checked the beds which did not feel fresh and felt sticky as if the bed sheets and never been washed or changed. The towels provided were really old and used, not something I’d be comfortable to wipe myself. The whole place didn’t seem to be really taken care of but what grossed me out and made me leave immediately was the fact that the water boiler was alive. I had arrived late at night and wanted to make some cup noodles. I opened the lid of the water boiler and immediately wretched, wanting to throw up. There was a disgusting layer of dark brown mucus and some insects inside the boiler. After that I immediately booked another room. How basic is it to provide hot useable water, not even an ounce of decency for guests that are paying to stay.

- Izabella (1/5): worst ever!!! - location is nearby the embassy no ammenities such as soap and the property is not really clean at all. the mgmt that handle the facilities can’t even communicate with us in bahasa melayu or even simple english - we have to use the sign language all the time to communicate. The property has no basic ammenities like a homestay should have. This is the first time i do not have even a small soaps or shampoo and detergent given - we have to buy everything ourselves. Moreover, there’s a kitchen but they didn’t provide the utensil even for a simple hearing our meals. what a dissapoinment!!!!

- Shamsheila (5/5): I wouldn't be recommending it to anyone. - Location, the guard's friendliness. 1.) We were not told beforehand that we need to pay a deposit of RM200 before the key is given to us. 2.) Only one miserable key was given to us. There are 2 couples so when we leave at different times, somebody had to send us down with the access card. And we came back at different times, we had to wait for the ones who were holding the key to get us into the apartment. 3.) The water pressure is so slow. It took forever to wash my hair.
- Affan (10/5): A two nite stay in KL - The location with reasonable price. Plus the ease of checking in and out. The guard was helpful enough to tell which to park etc. Not a problem with finding food. All walking distance and accessible by grab/foodpanda. Oh, we love the extra mattresses provided too. We like most things. Only perhaps the tenant would consider putting a microwave. Much easy for family who travels, i feel. Also a bin in the kitchenette area.

- Nur (8/5): Very good - I love the view from the apartment. I like that it feels like home. The bed and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom is great and the wifi is stable. Sometimes lift didn't function well especially at night. Pot is not prepared for cooking. I need a clear instruction on how to use washing machine. TV didn't function well.
