The place was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is great-quiet but still well connected, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

Inside the room, there are two 4-foot beds; two people can sleep on each bed. In the middle of the room, there is a multi-purpose table and a small sofa for relaxing. We had four 26-inch suitcases—two could be opened at the same time, and if the table was moved, all four could fit. There is a small kitchen corner equipped with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, and complete dining utensils. The bathroom is separated into a shower room and a toilet, which can be used independently. A hair dryer, toiletries, and towels are provided. The hotel changes towels and collects trash daily, but full room cleaning is not provided every day (we stayed for 3 nights). The reception area is small and combined with a café. On the second floor, there is a shared washing machine with free detergent. The staff speak good English, and check-in was quick and easy. Luggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out if space allows (since it is a shared area and not suitable for valuables). We were also able to leave our luggage while traveling out of town and return to stay again. The hotel is located near JR Yamanote Line, Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, and the Nippori–Toneri Liner, making transportation extremely easy, especially on the way back to Narita Airport as the elevator is right behind the hotel. Around the hotel, there are convenience stores, restaurants, and drugstores.. As the trains nearby, some train noise can be heard during the daytime, but it’s not disturbing. At night, there was no noise issue, and we slept well every night.

Hay una estación cerca y en recepción nos advirtieron por el ruido y nos dieron tapones para los oidos, pero no fue molesto para nada, las ventanas estan muy bien aisladas. Tuve una emergencia médica y el personal fue muy comprensivo.

La habitación es cómoda, mucho, y tiene baño bastante grande para lo que acostumbra Tokio. En la planta baja tienen un Coffee shop con varios productos, lo cuál es una ventaja.

Only stayed here one night before flight the next day but could have stayed 3 nights. Nice hot shower and living area. The staff are lovely and great cafe attached for breakfast and coffee.

- Makiko (10/5): オシャレで安心感のあるホテル。またぜひ利用したいです！ - 今回5泊しましたが、本当に快適で感動しました。 お部屋は広さがちょうどよく、清潔でとても居心地が良かったです。シンプルで無駄がなく、それでいておしゃれな空間に安心感があり、5日間を心地よく過ごせました。 キッチンには食器や調理器具も揃っていて、とても使い勝手が良かったです。暮らすように滞在できる環境が整っていて助かりました。 フロントがカフェと一体になっていて雰囲気も素敵で、スタッフの方々も自然体で優しく接してくださりリラックスできました。カフェの存在そのものが、旅を彩ってくれる特別な場所でした。コーヒーやレモネード、バゲットもとても美味しく、毎日の小さな楽しみになりました。 掃除スタッフの方々も含めて皆さんあたたかく、ホテル全体にやさしい空気が流れていて、本当に安心して滞在できました。さらに、コインランドリーの洗剤が無臭だったのもとても助かりました。細やかな部分にまで配慮を感じます。 周辺にはスーパーやコンビニ、郵便局もあり生活にも便利で、西日暮里駅がすぐ近くにあるので移動もとても快適でした。 「おしゃれ」と「安心感」がどちらも満たされるホテルはなかなかないと思います。ぜひまた利用したいです。 大きな不満はありませんが、コインランドリーが他のお客さんに丸一日使用放置されていて使えず困ったことがありました。 また、食器拭き用の布巾やキッチンペーパーがあれば、より快適に過ごせると思いました。（次回は持参したいと思います！）

Dado que he estado en otros en mis vacaciones, aceptable espacio en la habitación. El desayuno, el café no es bueno, no te dan opción de leche pese a ser reserva con desayuno incluido... si es dulce yogourt si es salado bocadillo (mucho pan y siempre igual relleno), creo que si ofreces desayuno debes dar alguna opción más, es mi opinión. Las vistas estuve en 3ª planta (desconozco si las superiores estaban todas cogidas) así que malas, el ruido del metro cercano a veces se oye mucho aunque esto no me impidió dormir perfectamente ni me despertó de noche ademas en recepción te ofrecían tapones.

El desayuno te dan a elegir un bowl de yogur con frutas y cereales o un sándwich. si buscas un hotel donde ponerte ciego en el desayuno no es tu sitio, pero si quieres desayunar lo justo está bien. Había algunos lugares donde no habían limpiado el polvo, como la repisa de encima de la cama.

- Shihping (8/5): - The staff has been really helpful, also they change towels everyday. The bad side about this is the 4 people room is just way too small, we even have to put our luggages outside the balcony in order to have more room to walk around inside the room. The train station is just too close that the noise of it was really loud and disturbing.
- Michal (5/5): Would not recommend this hotel! Disappointing experience. - Very clean and well organised room. Easy access to the train station. This hotel came as a 4 stars hotel. It is not. It felt more like an upgraded airbnb. For me, the MOST important thing is the breakfast, and I paid for one in advance. Unfortunately, although the hotel claim to have one, it only offers ham and cheese sandwich or granola dish. Both are not an option for my dietary requirement. There was no compensation although I could not consume what I paid for. The staff attitude and lack of service, nor good manors was just rubbing salt to the wounds. Very disappointing experience.

- Artur (9/5): Great place, would highly recommend for those to whom staying around the city center is important. - Great location, great staff, tasty breakfast (very useful if heading out early as most places open at around 10am). Amazing to have an elevator access right at the entrance to the walkway. The price is typical for location, which is very close to the center; however, Japan’s public transport system is so efficient, it might be worth it to go for a cheaper place further away.

My 6ft 3 partner managed the small space & we organised our room to make it all work. The breakfast & coffee was great too. That we only stayed one night!

- Justin (8/5): Cool Loft, Convenient for Skyliner - Stayed here on last night in Tokyo, to facilitate ease of riding the Skyliner to Narita. Not as close to Nippori Station as I thought/hoped - it’s much closer to Nishi-Nippori - but smooth 10-min walk there (don’t take Google Maps suggested route, though). The room is comfy. Was attracted to loft layout and it didn’t disappoint. Very efficient property. Front desk lady was SUPER nice; I liked the keyless entry system; there are ample restaurants and convenience stores nearby; the Yamanote line will get you to Ueno or Ikebukuro quickly. I probably wouldn’t make this my main hotel for a whole stay, but I’m glad I booked it for the final night.
- Chynna Joyce (10/5): Great stay - This hotel is a gem and it's close to a train station. The hotel provides all necessities including basic toiletries and extras like razor, hairbrush, etc. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and cozy, although a bit small in size. Breakfast is available but it's in a to-go form. Laundry's available for free but they only have 2 machines so it can be quite busy. They do replace the towels everyday but don't refresh the room unless requested. The hotel is quite affordable too. Overall, great place!
