• dubois (6/5): Basic and overpriced - the hotel is located in a calm street so very quiet and still close to the busy Camden and easy access to the underground. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Sadly the beds were not very comfortable and the interior felt rather cold and uninviting. You also can’t open the windows, which made the room feel quite closed off. Because of that, I didn’t sleep well and felt somewhat isolated during my stay. There also isn’t a proper reception, only a self check-in system, which added to the impersonal atmosphere. Overall, the experience felt quite generic, distant, and lacking warmth. On top of that, I found the price quite high for what was offered. It simply didn’t feel balanced in terms of value for money.

• Susan (10/5): Consistently positive experience - I have stayed here many times and it is always a great experience. Staff are very helpful and kind. I am able to leave my luggage if needed. Beds are very comfortable. There are a few rooms that require you to take a few steps up, which isn’t ideal with luggage - but most rooms are full accessible.

• Giorgini (5/5): Apart the guy we met on Friday, all good. - The location between Friday and Saturday night we didn’t have such a very welcome from the staff . The guy didn’t have good manners and his English was unclear and not very polite. He also showed us the wrong way to Camden Town. The other girl was so cute and so available to help us.

• 96hjt (9/5): - Very modern, smart, clean and quiet. Didn't feel like a typical hotel. The room was smaller than expected but they have got alot into the room considering the size. The bathroom door could slice a limb off with how heavy it is, it's like a fire door! The pillows were too soft for my liking and my preference would be slightly dimmer side lights. Other than those small things, I would highly recommend!

• Genelle (10/5): Perfect stay when visiting London - Cheap and super clean only a small room but perfect for getting your head down when visiting London. The staff were friendly. Walking distance from Camden Town where you can hop on the tube and visit all other areas in London. Nothing not to like.

I literally mediated their call on my phone. When admitted, the room was tiny, air conditioning and shower broken, and fittings falling off. Entire stay was unacceptable overall.

• Naima (6/5): good location, room was like a bunker - good location the shower in our room didn’t work, we had to switch room and they switched us to a smaller room, with almost no space for 2 bags and no storage surface. in front of the window was a wall and in the first room we had a normal window. i don’t know why you would switch someone who already had an inconvenience to a room like that
• Alex S (5/5): Good location and sleep if you can overlook some issues and only if the price is good. - We stayed here on two separate nights recently and got two different rooms, at £120 ish it's okay value as the location was decently convenient from the station, but the immediate area around the hotel isn't the best. We did sleep soundly though, temperature was comfortable and was quiet. The rooms were very small even for London standards, one room didn't have a proper window which wasn't made clear beforehand and I did not appreciate, but our main issue was cleanliness. The room was incredibly dusty, made worse with the air con on, and there was even a black sticky mark on one pillow which we discovered after flipping it over after sleeping, the shower drain was blocked as well which made the whole thing slippy as it filled up with water. There are some general maintenance issues as well like curtain partly hanging off, showerhead loose and toilet roll holder loose also. As mentioned in likes, at £120 due to location and quality of sleep these are not show stoppers, but the second night we had (in the worse room) was £170+ which was far too much for this low standard.

• brian (10/5): Lovely modern hotel in a great location just off the high Street. - What a gem of a find this hotel was. A lovely chapel conversion that looks so impressive on arrival. The staff on reception are warm and friendly, the room spotlessly clean, very modern, great lighting, all the facilities you need for a comfy stay and great ensuite facilities. As for the bed we had 2 nights of perfect sleep on one of the comfiest mattresses we have ever slept on and the pillows were so fluffy. We would highly recommend this hotel. Nothing

• Peter (7/5): Good stay at a convenience level you would expect in London. - Nice location off street (calm), and close to public transport. Modern bath, bed and lighting system. Hardly any personal touch to the place, the staff at reception did not have a role for us, so we just went in and out without any interaction.

• Oliver (3/5): For the price and location I was expecting more, even beside "the surprise" - It's in Camden which I needed it to be, rooms are not small by modern standards and price range. The room was not as clean as expected. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant surprise in the bathroom, where I found some amount of what appeared to be urine residue. After I reported it to the staff, they cleaned the bathroom again and it was acceptable afterward. However, the overall impression was that cleaning was done to a very minimal standard. For example, there were only a few paper towels provided, and once I used them (especially as my allergies were starting), they were never replaced during my stay. Additionally, the bed was quite uncomfortable and felt very worn down. Overall, while the staff did respond when issues were raised, the general level of cleanliness and comfort did not meet expectations.

• Pei Pei (10/5): Great Stay at The Wesley Camden - Great location, and walking distance to Koko Camden, and also good access to various restaurants. The staffs at the reception desk were really helping, and we could hire umbrellas for 48 hours for a couple of quid. Room was spacious and very clean, and it was quiet throughout the night. Felt safe. Had a pleasant, and would recommend this hotel as a go to place if one wants to stay at Camden. none

Même chose au moment de les récupérer, j'ai dû moi-même les chercher et lorsque ma maman a demandé d'aller au WC, de nouveau cette impression de déranger. Il n'était pas impolie mais pas très sympathique non plus. Dommage, c'est vraiment le seul bémol

We found the room to be smaller then expected, but as we was only staying one night it didn’t effect our stay. We also found there wasn’t a lot of storage but that is probably down to the size of the room
