• MaxiVB (5/5): Muy oscuro y frío, no es como esperaba. - Lo único lindo es la ducha. Es muy chica pero con buena presión y temperatura. Muy oscuro y muy friío. No ingresa ni una gota de luz durante el día (parece de noche). Y a la noche, la iluminación del departamento es muy poca. Solo un split frío calor, pero no alcanza para todo el lugar.
• Sébastien (9/5): - Établissement correct, situé dans le centre de la ville, le quartier de Palermo est accessible en taxi uber pour pas très cher. L’établissement est facile à trouver dans une rue passante. Les appartements sont assez grands, propres, il y a du savon et des serviettes à disposition. La cuisine est fonctionnelle. L’appartement est très agréable, le propriétaire est disponible sur WhatsApp et répond assez rapidement, l’arrivée des clients est autonome et facile. Nous recommandons pour une durée limitée. Dans certains appartements, il y a des chauffages muraux et d’autres des clim réversibles, qui fonctionne très bien. Les lits sont confortables. En revanche, nous avons réservé un appartement avec un lit double et il s’avérait que c’est deux lits simples collés. La douche est petite et étroite. C’est pas évident si on mesure 1,80 m et qu’on pèse 100 kg.

• Melgar (2/5): Decepcionante - Las fotos de la habitación que se publican en el anuncio no son como es realmente la habitación. Se alquilo el depto por el balcon y luminosidad, pero al llegar nos dieron una habitación muy distinta a las fotos. Sin balcon, con poca luz, sin ventanas hacia el exterior, solo hacia un patio interno. La cama, supuestamente king, eran 2 camas de una plaza unidas. La televisión no contaba con Youtube o algun tipo de app para visualizar, imposibilitando su uso. El precio no correspondia a la calidad del lugar.

Lo único es que tardan un montón en hacer la devolución del depósito! Sali el 30/03 y sigo esperando... por ahi uj consejo es cambiar las luces cálidas por frías para mejor iluminación.

El ingreso está muy mal organizado, y encima tuve que salir a buscar al personal para que me devolverían el depósito. En definitiva, pongan 8000 o 10000 más y vayan a otro lado

Chuveiro e camas boas O atendimento a recepção é todo on line, não havia recepção presencial, o que demorava quando necessitavamos de atendimento. Tinha que ficar procurando as meninas da limpeza para solicitar a troca de toalhas e reposição de papel higiênico, o que nem sempre localizavámos, tendo em vista que não havia recepção presencial. Foram 6 diárias e não houve limpeza nestes dias, tinha que ficar solicitando sacos de lixo para efetuar a limpeza da cozinha e banheiro. Tirando esses incovenientes, foi agradável a estadia.

• Johana (3/5): Si elegís Maison Ramón, sabelo la vas a pasar mal (vean reseñas de Google) - Mala atención. Quise ver la posibilidad de hacer un checking antes, nunca respondieron. Para el ingreso todo fue a medias. Si no pagaba el depósito de garantía no podía entrar (excedía el monto de la noche que me alojé). Nadie recepcionó mi checkout, ni me explicaron cómo sería. De casualidad vi un mail que envía de manera automática Booking pero por WhatsApp cero atención. La devolución de garantía fue luego de las 72 hs hábiles, tras promesas de reintegro a las 24 hs, a las 48 hs y a las 72 hs... pero nada. Tuve que iniciar acciones con defensa del consumidor. Fui dos días a buenos aires y pasé una noche en Maison Ramón. La peor decisión que tomé. El estrés generado antes y después de entrar, no se lo deseo a ningún viajante.

Ademas devuelven muy tarde el depósito. - Lo céntrico y el personal atento Muy cerrado, oscuro, algunas vevtsbas sin cortinas y otra con cortinas muy pesadas de tela de jean, que debían mantenerse porque se veía todo lo que hacían en los foros del frente. Todo muy pegado. Todo medio peno para abajo. El baño se inundaba porque la cortina media medio metro más de largo y no tenía ruedo. Estaba cortado con tiendes y listo. Así y todo era larga e impedía el desagüe del agua.
• Cristina del Valle (10/5): Precioso lugar muy tranquilo - Todo impecable, el sistema de llegada todo automatizado. Estéticamente impecables con espacios amplios. Las camas comodísimas. A pesar de estar en el centro, muy tranquilo, sin ruidos, no sentimos a ningun otro huesped. Muy recomendable!! Podrian tener cosas basicas como sal, azucar y unos saquitos de te/mate. Pero son detalles mínimos.

• Liliana Matilde (10/5): - La ubicación, la limpieza, impecables!!! Le agregaría barandas a la escalera de ingreso, ya que son muy anchas y dan sensación de inseguridad al bajarlas. Si bien el ascensor funciona, tiene poca capacidad y es muy antiguo, lo dejaría con el estilo que tiene para que no desentone con el edificio, pero le pondría un equipo más moderno para que puedan subir más personas y que sea más eficiente.

Una alumna se quedó sin Luz solo en su departamento , no había agua caliente , la habitación de mi mamá la pantalla.no servía volumen , mi habitación había cucarachas ( que falta de higiene las cucarachas son plagas así q dudo q solo uniese en la avitacion donde estaba ) la calefacción de otro alumno no servía . Muy feos los servicios que deseocion . Tengo foto y vídeo de todo lo q escribo no es invento espero poder publicarlo tambn .

Inconvenient Late Check-In Payment: For late arrivals, the payment process can be troublesome. You cannot pay directly with cash or card on-site. Instead, payment must be made via a link, so internet access is essential during late check-in. Be prepared for this if you plan to arrive late. Often, there was no hot water available, which can be a significant inconvenience.

You can cook whatever you want but there are no salt and oil. Some apartments could have it. And the bedroom is big every room have many windows and new conditioner. Great for living and pleasure Quite have no warm water, the water in the shower is not cold but not warm too. I don’t know what the reason. Many others hotels have the same problem in South America. Maybe because the weather is hot so no need hot water))

• Ismail (2/5): Very poor - The beauty of the place even though the street it is located on is bad. It was close to the center and the main street. In a word, it sucks. It is called a hotel, but they are never in that concept. We stayed for 5 days but the room was never cleaned and the towels were not changed. There were flies in the room and they bit us, we were constantly scratching. Not attended. There is no drinking water, etc. in the room. There is no reception, there is a lady who comes during the day, there is no one else. If you are looking for a place to avoid sleeping outside, come, otherwise never come, look for nicer places that have a true hotel concept. The walls are very thin so it gets very noisy.

• Alina (6/5): Depressing. - Very nice historical building with beautiful old style elevator. Pleasant colonial style architecture, windows and doors inside the building. Has a good potential, but the owner turned it into a disaster. The room was rother clean, which i liked. This is a former communal house, with communal apartments, redesigned into a hotel. Because of this the rooms look weird: awkward room planing (for example, there was a staircase right in our apartment leading to nowhere, and tiny empty space - former room or something..) All the furniture was so cheap and did not match the style of the building. Beds were not comfortable, blankets synthetic and not pleasant. Terrible night lamps without lampshades which killed my eyes! I had to cover them with my t-shirts. Our room had cheap laminate instead of beautiful parquet flooring showed in the pictures. Golden "curtains" even don't have hemmings, so fabric is simply fraying on its edges. Bathroom was a very unpleasant experience: light temperature was extremely unpleasant and too white, floors become wet and messy very fast because of the extremely tiny shower. No soundproof, can hear all the neighbours and the elevator. In general, very sad and depressing experience. I felt like in the cheapest hostel possible.
• Heloisa (4/5): Not a very pleasant staying - Towels and sheets were clean, the room had a good temperature and the location is also good. First day I needed a hairdryer at 6pm and the reception stops working at 5pm (no one told me that), after this time no one can help you with anything. The corridor was really dark and had no light (not even emergency lights). The shower didn't work properly (only too hot or freezing cold). The noise of other guests was too loud too. The hotel smelled like w**d and the kitchen (appliances and cutlery) was dirty and greasy.

Very good security Good ceiling fan in the bedroom Comfortable beds with good sheets Plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower I recommend Maison Ramon , it's good value for money 💰 Some of the other tenants were on the noisy side which was really annoying as we had a very early start the next morning , airport connections which were Important to us.
