• Monika (7/5): Uwga! Tu nie ma śniadań To tylko ala "przystawki" - Witam zabukowalam apartament na 7 dni razem ze sniadaniem. Śniadania były nie do opisania. Poprostu nie bylo nic. Byla jedna pani kelnerka podała nam na stół jeden duży talerz z "Przekąskami" 3 plasterki pomidora 3 plasterki ogórka trochę humus trochę białego sera taki do smarowania. I mogliśmy zamówi np omlet albo jajko sadzone To bylo całe sniadanie. Nie bylo chleba bułek nic. Nawet płatków śniadaniowych dla dzieci. Poprostu żenada Apartament byl ok Ale jeśli chodzi o śniadania to naprawdę ogromny minus. Poprosiłam przed przyjazdem apartament o przybory kuchenne oczywiście nie było nic. Oczywiście pytałam wcześniej personel czy bedzie wszytko na miejscu. Powiedzieli ze tak. Niestety nie bylo nawet szufelki. 2 talerze 2 łyżeczki a byko nas 4

• Marwan (8/5): - للأسف يوم 27 مارس 2026 بعد المغرب عطل سخان الغرف الثلاثة (التدفئة) وعند اتصالي بالاستقبال أفادني الموظف بأنه لا يوجد شخص لإصلاحه وغدا عندما يحضر الفني سيقوم بإصلاحه مع العلم بأن درجة الحرارة كانت 11 درجة مئوية مما سبق يتضح عدم التعاون والاهتمام بالنزيل وراحته وعدم وجود مسئول لحل المشاكل في وقتها

• Funda (4/5): Great size property but poor management - The person cleaning our rooms were wonderful and always asking if we need anything . The things included in description was not there like kitchen utensils . The receptionist staff were awful I will be making a complaint.

From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt like a home away from home. The space itself is modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and stress-free stay. The location is also super convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants. What truly made this experience stand out though was the incredible hospitality. I especially want to mention Faisal and Furqan, they are honestly two of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve come across while travelling. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, settled, and had everything I needed. They were always so responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful, whether it was helping with directions, recommendations, or just checking in to make sure everything was okay. You can really tell they care about their guests and take pride in what they do, and that makes such a difference. It’s rare to come across people who leave such a lasting impression, but Faisal and Furqan truly did. They made my stay feel personal, warm, and effortless. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you for such a beautiful experience 🤍

Cada uno de ellos atendió a cada huésped de forma individual, captando al instante sus necesidades y encontrando soluciones, con una gran amabilidad y sinceridad. Furkan ayudó en todo y cuidó meticulosamente hasta el más mínimo detalle. Veysel aportó una calidez especial al ambiente con su energía y sinceridad, y Muhammet, con su actitud tranquila y tranquilizadora, me hizo sentir apoyado en todo momento. Mi habitación estaba impecablemente limpia, ordenada y cómoda. Era evidente su meticulosidad con la limpieza. Las zonas comunes también estaban bien cuidadas y eran espaciosas. Las instalaciones del hotel superaron mis expectativas, y todo estaba preparado con sumo cuidado. Me sentí tan cómodo como en casa. No tuve ningún problema durante mi estancia; al contrario, estuve satisfecho en todo momento. Quisiera expresar mi más sincero agradecimiento a todo el equipo, especialmente a Furkan, Veysel y Muhammet, por su contribución a esta maravillosa experiencia. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était excellent et tout était à disposition, ce qui m’a permis de ne pas avoir besoin de sortir de l’établissement. Je n’ai absolument rien à redire et je ne m’attendais pas à autant de facilité. Les membres du personnel, notamment Baris, Mohammed et Veyse, ont été formidables. Les femmes de ménage étaient très gentilles et patientes, et ont grandement contribué à rendre mon séjour à Istanbul très agréable. Vraiment j’ai tout aimé

• Tibor (7/5): Overall, I was satisfied with superior living. It was a budget friendly accommodation. - I didn’t have breakfast at this location. So I wouldn’t know how good it could be. If I decide the same place next time in Istanbul, I will definitely try out their breakfast. I didn’t like the fact that there was no microwave in the room. How is it possible on the 2026that there is no microwave in the room? So that was disappointing.
