- Louise (10/5): Fantastic location, highly recommend - The locate is perfect, tube only 2 min walk. The room was compact but had everything we needed. Communication was very good, and responded quickly to any questions. Would have preferred to have a keyhole in the door. We could people in the corridor but unable to see them before leaving our apartment.
- Heide (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage, in der Nähe der U-Bahn, kleines Geschäft gleich um die Ecke, ruhige lage aber trotzdem innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten bei allen wichtigen punkten der Stadt. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Hatten einen late night check um 01:00am, welcher kein Problem durch den self check in war. In der Nacht hat man die U-Bahn etwas gehört, aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Also im großen und ganzen eine super Unterkunft! Das es keine kapseln für die kaffemaschine gab und nur zwei tassen, aber darüber kann man hinweg sehen 😉

- nozomu (7/5): 立地良く広いが間取り良くない。 - ロンドン市内では広いアパートでしたが4人で使うには間取りが良くなかったです。仕方ありませんがベッドルームを通らないとトイレに行かれず、不便でした。 エキストラベッドが柔らか過ぎて、これには閉口しました。立地は良くて何処へ行くのも便利でした。
- Agustin (10/5): - El departamento es muy funcional, tiene todo utensilios de cocina, anafe, lavarropas y tender. La cama muy cómoda y todo se encontraba muy limpio. La respuesta del personal ante cualquier consulta fue rápida y eficiente. La ubicación es excelente con paradas de bus y metro muy cerca. A tener en cuenta que el edificio no cuenta con ascensor.

- Heather (7/5): Handy location at reasonable cost. Great quiet neighbourhood. - Location, quiet area. Close to train station. Didn’t think the bunk bed was suitable for adults would be ok for kids. Didn’t feel safe. The front door lock didn’t work until was reset, so it caused an unnecessary delay to get access to room.

- Christine (5/5): What should have been a celebratory few days away going to Buckingham Palace tea party was spoilt - Lovely location, plenty of room When we arrived the apartment was very cold. We were not able to adjust the heating. All we had was a small plug in heater. We complained and later had heating. There were 2 TV’s in flat but we couldn’t get either to work. We complained but housekeeper couldn’t get them to work either. The housekeeper didn’t speak English so communication was difficult. Surely these things should have been checked before our visit. We were concerned when we discovered the key code to enter the apartments was the same code to enter our apartment and we felt insecure because of this. Anyone in the complex could have entered our flat!

- Alessandro (4/5): Le foto non corrispondevano all appartamento - Ottima posizione a 100 mt dalla metro Pimlico Le foto pubblicate sono ingannevoli poichè l appartamento nr.6 che ci è stato assegnato era tutt altro.Molto molto piccolo ,in una sola camera c era tutto e la lavatrice era guasta.Il nostro appartamento non era sicuramente un 4 stelle.

- Ana Carolina (9/5): Apartamento funcional e completo perto de uma estação de metrô e de vários pontos de ônibus. - Nossa flat era exatamente como nas fotos. Sabíamos desde o início que não teríamos muito espaço estando em 4 pessoas, mas há um bom aproveitamento de cada cantinho do apartamento, que é totalmente funcional e completo. O bairro era residencial, bem seguro e fácil de se localizar. As funcionalidades do apartamento eram fantásticas e as camas gostosas. O banheiro é bem pequeno e tem pouco espaço de bancada.

- Sebastien (8/5): Appartement typique londonien bien placé et propre. - L appartement est très bien situé, propre. Il donne sur un petit square assez calme. Il y a tout l équipement nécessaire pour passer quelques jours à Londres. Louise est sympathique et répond vite aux questions. La literie pourrait être meilleure et on entend beaucoup les bruits de la rue, les fenêtres ne sont pas bien isolées.

- Elise (7/5): bon séjour - le quartier est bien, sécuritaire. Le logement est à 3 min à pied du métro et le bus passe dans la rue. Il y a quelques petits magasins à proximité (restos, épicerie, pub). Le logement est bien agencé, déco sobre Malheureusement, c'est assez bruyant car ce n'est que du simple vitrage et il y a pas mal de circulation dans la rue. Les persiennes atténuent la lumière mais il fait quand même jour tôt le matin dans la chambre.

The bathroom was clean and really good overall. The bed and the couch were comfortable for a sleep. It has a heater so it is really cosy inside. The apartment was really high in the building. The stairs get really narrow from around the top which can get hard for getting suitcases up or down the building or for old people to get up but that is a minor issue.

- Kacper (5/5): Następnym razem wybrałbym inny apartament. Metro było za głośne. - Lokalizacja położenia obiektu. Niewygodne łóżka (kanapa w salonie oraz dostawki). Głosny hałas metra słyszalnego na poziomie -1 w apartamencie. Plus za zatyczki do uszów ale jednak hałas metra w mieszkaniu nie jest czymś przyjemnym. Apartament sześcioosobowy powinien być dla 2-3 osób. Niestety zbyt mało miejsca na 6 osób.

Perto da propriedade tem transporte, mercados, restaurantes é possível ir a pé a alguns pontos turísticos. Possui cozinha equipada, aquecedor e máquina de lavar roupas. - Elvire (9/5): Séjour agréable - Un établissement idéalement situé, à proximité de la gare Victoria et du centre-ville, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement et de profiter pleinement du séjour. La literie est particulièrement confortable, avec un lit de belle dimension, un matelas de qualité et des oreillers très agréables, garantissant des nuits reposantes. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l’hôte, qui nous a permis de déposer nos bagages dès le matin, avant même de récupérer l’appartement. Une attention très appréciable qui nous a permis de visiter la ville en toute liberté, sans être encombrés. Toujours à l’écoute, il s’est montré attentif à notre confort tout au long du séjour. L’appartement est globalement conforme à la description, même si nous avons trouvé que sa taille était un peu plus réduite que ce que les photos laissaient imaginer. Le mobilier, quant à lui, présente un style plutôt classique qui peut ne pas correspondre à toutes les attentes. Je recommande ! - Très bonne communication avec le personnel, localisation, propreté et confort de l’appartement. Suffisamment spacieux pour une famille de 4. L'habitation correspond au descriptif, est propre et le l'hôte est réactif à nos demandes. Seul bémol du logement, la literie qui laisse à désirer structure bruillante et matelas peu confortable.

Pimlico tube station literally 5 mins walk and bus stops right outside said tube station and by the front door of the property. Plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. All of the tourist attractions in the centre of London were 2 stops away on the tube and all very close together. The property was small but perfectly formed. We were there for 6 nights and it was all we needed. If/when we go back to London we will definitely be stopping there again. The stairs as it’s on the third floor but it’s an old property with 4 floors so you’re not gonna get a lift. Other than that…..nothing

- burcu havva (7/5): - Overall, communication was excellent—the team was genuinely kind and very solution-oriented. The suite was also very clean and well maintained. If you’re a group of four, the house feels too small. I would recommend thinking twice before booking it for four people with a different group. Since we were siblings, it was easier for us, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend renting this place for two couples. The bathroom/toilet was also very small.

Próximo a estação de metrô e a 15/20 min de caminhada do big ben. Permitiram que deixássemos as malas no apto antes do horário enquanto finalizavam a limpeza o que nos ajudou bastante já que chegamos antes do horário de check-in.. Como já anunciado pela acomodação não há elevador e as escadas podem ser um problema caso tenha mobilidade reduzida ou vá com muitas malas.

Auch Bus und underground waren direkt vor der Unterkunft. Den Vermieter haben wir nicht gesehen, allerdings war die Kommunikation hervorragend. Es gab leider nur eine große Zudecke für 2 Personen. Das Bad ist ausreichend, jedoch etwas eng. Viertes Stockwerk nicht für jeden geeignet. Bilder in der Beschreibung waren andere Zimmer, aber gleiches Haus.
- Miyuki (7/5): アクセス良好、設備は一般的な中流レベル、部屋の雰囲気はよい - 目の前が24番のバス停でロンドン中心地に行く際にとても便利！駅も近くてアクセスは最高。Tesco, Sainsbury’s は徒歩圏内、小さなストアは目の前、早朝からやっているパン屋もあった。教会の鐘の音が毎日心地よく聞こえて雰囲気がよい。窓からの景色も印象的。 キッチンまわりは充実していたので食器やカテラリー、調理具に不便はなかった。塩、コショウ、砂糖は多少あったが油はない。洗剤やスポンジもあった。困ったことが何度かあり問合せたが電話もチャットも素早い返答でとても心強かった。メンテにも問合せ翌日に来てくれた。周囲の治安もわりとよい印象。23時ごろになると歩行者をほとんど見かけなくなりかなり静かだが街灯は明るい。 寒い時期に訪問したがお湯が他フロアで使われてしまう時間帯に重なると出なくなり、もちろん温かい日もあったが時々シャンプー中に途中冷たいシャワーになってつらかった。このアパートだけでなくイギリスの古い建物では仕方ないのかもしれない。浴びる時間に工夫が必要。さらにつらかったのは、冷たいシャワーで冷えた体をオイルヒーターで温めたかったが、ヒーターが消えていた時間であったこと....。タイマーが昼夜逆の設定になっていたらしく夜は消えてしまい寝る時もかなり寒かった。日中はついていてあたたかいが、外出してしまうので意味がないように思う。テレビはネットテレビはあるが通常のテレビ、たとえばBBCなど結局見れなかった(視聴方法をみつけられなかった)。問合せたが解決せず諦めました。 洗濯機は完全に乾く乾燥機ではないので脱水機と捉えた方がいい。最後に部屋のオートロックがなかなか反応しないので急いでる時は要注意。部屋の内鍵はかなりきつくてロックできない日は少し不安だった。

I had gone with reviews from booking.com and it didn't have a bad rating. traveling as a family of 6, this property CANNOT accommodate that number of people! we were in a basement level room. there was 1 double bed in 1 room, with the smallest bathroom (and only bathroom) in the tiny kitchen/living/dining area, was the couch which 2 had to sleep on- therefore, there was no couch to use. and then 2 trundle beds, so cheap. also inside this area was a round table with 5 chairs and because there was 6 of us, there was an outside folding chair tucked behind the door. again, there was no room to sit at the table, we couldn't use the couch (as that was a bed). the mattress on the double bed were also uncomfortable. with 1 thin pillow for each person. I have never experience neck pain so severe in all my life! Given everything above, there was no where to place our 6x suitcases, which I ended up having along the corridors and stacked up on top of each other. And to top it off paint was peeling from the walls, there was a gross water stain? in the kitchen roof. If felt dirty and gross. IT was the worst property we had stayed at over our entire 5 week Euro trip. And come to think of it, probably the worst property we have ever stayed at.

- Emma (1/5): Do not stay here. - They provided a shocking real life experience for our children on how fraudulent businesses will continue to lie cover up their mistakes and use the system to their own benefit even when provided with proof of their blatant fraud. Church bell rings every 15 mins all night No hot water after 7:45am in shower due to shared boiler system, get up early or shower after 10pm Significant street noise Uncomfortable beds Terrible condensation No lift/elevator Misrepresents apartments via photos of London eye from apartments in the building, give you an apartment without a view, then lies about it and refuse to give you a refund Timeline for reviews is weird, eg 2025, 2023 then back to 2025 to hide bad reviews Communication is by message only by unnamed representatives. They do not answer the phone. Booking.com contacted this firm 3 times on our behalf and wrote them 3 formal letters requesting we get a refund for this second stay, which they refused to do. There are loads of much nicer apartments where they don’t try to trick you into staying with false advertising. If you look around Paddington/Hyde Park/Kensington the quality is significantly better than Queen Victoria Apartments and the location is still excellent. Here are photos of reviews from other people who stayed here proving there is a view of the London Eye. We lies were told by Thames Relocation were they never posted a view of the London Eye with the balcony visible (only reason we booked here), there was no view and they were generic London Eye shots, then when I sent through proof via the other reviews showing the view, they told Booking.com we would get that view for a second stay, that it was a view from a common area not an apartment (I’d asked if there was such an area we could use to watch the fireworks and been told no, we also searched the whole apartment building and found no common viewing area), and finally that they never said to me or Booking.com that we would get the London Eye view for the second stay. As this company did not like our repeated challenges to their lies they requested an extra £150 pound bond. As if anyone who would be dumb enough to give this company more money after being lied to for a...

- Emma (1/5): Do not book here. It was a hideous experience. - The red front door was a nice touch. This property is only single glazed so has a LOT of street noise and it has awful condensation. There is a church in the square that chimes loudly every 15 minutes even throughout the night, which is terrible for children. The hot water is on a boiler for the whole block, so if you don’t all shower before 7:45am there is no hot water. They provided 2 teabags and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 5 for a 6 night stay. While there is a coffee machine, they do not provide any coffee pods. We booked this property with the intent of supporting our Autistic child to watch the fireworks from indoors instead of in a public location. This property was advertised with a photo depicting a view from the balcony of a quarter of the London Eye. After arrival I contacted them questioning why we could not see the London Eye and stating that the bed was clearly not as depicted. The property managers immediately deleted the photo of the balcony with the view of the London Eye, then they repeatedly lied stating that this photo had never existed and alleged I got confused by generic London pics to both me and the helpful team at Booking.com. I had been so excited I had shown that balcony pic to multiple people on multiple occasions, so it is very clear this was an intentional action intended to defraud. I had also booked this property for a second stay because familiarity works well for autism. I felt it was reasonable in the face of such blatant fraud to ask for a refund to book somewhere else for the second stay. They stuck to their position of lies and crazy making - always only by message and through Booking.com. No chance of a 1:1 talk. They then stated that they would escalate this with an anonymous manager, which they didn’t. Then a day later after Booking.com contacted them they said they’d call me back within 30mins to an hour to discuss a full refund, which they didn’t and went back to saying no refund.

- Kai (8/5): Super central stay. - The accommodation is very centrally located, within a 20-minute walk of Parliament, Big Ben, and Buckingham Palace, and close to Victoria Station. Right outside the front door there is a bus stop with direct connections to Trafalgar Square and Waterloo Station, as well as the nearby Pimlico Underground station. The property itself is clean and well maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Although you don’t meet the owners or hosts in person, they are always available via WhatsApp or the Booking.com chat, which is extremely helpful for such a central location and makes it easy to resolve any issues quickly.

Every morning there seemed to be a furniture moving competition on the floor above. Shower was tepid. Microwave not clean.

We stayed for only 2 nights and were out most of the time, so it served its purpose perfectly. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean. Apartamento muy limpio y a la hora del checkout nos dejaron dejar la maleta hasta las 14:00 mientras hacían la limpieza. Se preocuparon porque todo estuviera muy bien al comienzo de la estancia. - Vita (5/5): Freezing cold stay. I would suggest use this apartment only in summer. - Location was ok. Easy to access It was freezing! 17celsius top! Apartment “has” automatic heating but they are switched to maximum for economy. There wasn’t extra blankets and wee ware freezing. We turned for maximum heating but it doesn’t work. We arrived about 21:00pm and heater was nearly “warm” and for the night it switched off completely. On the morning 7:00 -9:30 it still was cold! Too cold for kid to stay. In the shower water was lukewarm and flor rub in bathroom was still wet from previous visitors.
