As someone who travels frequently, I was expecting much better service and flexibility to make my stay enjoyable and worth coming back. My flight landed at 3:30 AM, and I arrived at the hotel around 4:30 AM. I understand that early check-in is not always possible, but I had to wait over 7 hours in the lobby before finally getting a room (206). Exhausted, I immediately fell asleep. When I woke up to take a shower, I noticed a large patch of mold and water damage on the ceiling. I asked the receptionist to change my room, and to their credit, they did. The room was refreshed daily, but towels were not replaced, and fresh towels were not provided every day. For a hotel of this standard, I expected consistent housekeeping service, especially with basics like clean towels. On my last night, I returned to the hotel around 3 AM, but the door lock malfunctioned and I was stuck outside my room for more than 30 minutes. The maintenance worker who came to fix it was rude, though the receptionist was polite and tried to help. I was then offered a late checkout until 6 PM, which made me very happy since it meant I could rest and prepare for my flight comfortably. Unfortunately, due to poor management, the receptionist woke me up at 11:25 AM demanding that I check out within 30 minutes. My late checkout had been cancelled without explanation, and because the receptionist did not speak English, I couldn’t properly resolve the

• Marina (8/5): - This is a very nice hotel. It’s clean, the maintenance staff is excellent, helpful and friendly. The location is the best. The gym is much better than what it’s shown in the pictures. It has nice equipment and is very clean. The con is that there is no elevator from the parking structure but they provide nice staff that helps with the bags. And, the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that internet was really bad: it was very slow and spotty! Thank you for the stay and the maintenance department including all the staff and supervisor.

• Rashid (10/5): Best stay in Yerevan in this hotel. - Niice stay at north avenue hotel in the center of district area and tourist places. We enjoyed our stay and the reception staff very friendly and cooperative. Quality service they provide. My next stay in Yerevan will be in the same hotel. I like the location nearby everything you need.even it’s three floor hotel but very quit and not noisy as other low floor hotels highly recommended to tourists.

• Stella (2/5): - We were misrepresenting on the photos of the breakfast, purchased breakfast for 15 days and couldn’t see a manager to complain to get a refund, in the 15 days we were there the manager was never available, breakfast buffet was empty and nothing like the pictures. No internet for 8 hours, lights went off one day, will never go there again and will not refer anyone to go there. Very disappointed specially I paid for 15 days of breakfast and couldn’t get my money back.

No es de fiar: llevábamos pagada la estancia, y cuando llegamos nos llevaron a una habitación muy cochambrosa, mucho peor que la que habíamos reservado, con vistas a una grua de obra civil. Tuvimos que pagar 55 €/día por dormir en la habitación que ya habíamos pagado. El wc no lo limpian, el desayuno, horrible: solo desayunamos el primero de los 5 días de estancia; no repetimos. la cafetera hay que ponerla en el suelo para poder enchufarla; convinimos con el hotel la organización de un tour entre Yerevan y Gyumri, y no nos contestaron; tuvimos que reservar nosotros un taxi para el traslado el dïa anterior, sin tour. Ni se le ocurra ir a esteh hotel; hay muchos mejores y por menos precio.

• Toni (10/5): Perfect location - The hotel is located in the center of yerevan. Bars, restaurant and shops are right next to it. The room was really clean but the deluxe double room was too small. There was little room for luggage especially for two persons. The staff is extremely nice. The hotel condition is very good as well. Overall, I can say that our stay was very comfortable and nice. I would rate the hotel between very good and excellent.

The whole use of utensils stood long on the tables,in the restaurant and lobby. One day we had no electricity for 15 hours,nobody in the hotel could give us an information why,how long etc.....

• Babak (10/5): Deserves 5 stars - I was most impressed by the staff's attitude and customer service. Me and fiancée did not speak Armenian (the hotel staff speak fluent English). They went above and beyond to help us in anyway possible. For instance I needed to add 4G internet to my cellular line but didn't know where to go. The hotel sent me one of their staff to show me the way and translate for me. This was one of many examples. The room was very nice with a great view, especially at nights. The bed was very comfortable and the shower/bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was served 7-11am and it was amazing.
• Steven (10/5): Good hotel in the center of the action. - Very well located as it is on the center of the action of Yerevan. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, shops, and other attractions. The hotel is brand new and has a "modern" style. Our suite was ample and comfortable. The staff is nice and attentive. We got more than expected at a reasonable price.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - For the price you pay, you get free breakfast, although not a lot of variety, amenities like 2 bathrobes and slippers, and a great location! Everything is in very good conditions at a much cheaper price than our first choice, Tulip. It is close to everything you might walk to like theatres and restaurants, maybe offices if you go for work. They organized private tours for us two and were very helpful. Driver was punctual, gave us the tour in English, and drove us in a Mercedes minivan $80 USD for 4 hours. The hotel has a currency exchange desk in the lobby. Streets are very narrow outside, no taxi lines parked outside hotel, so they ordered my taxi to go to the airport which arrived as I got downstairs.

• Greg (10/5): Location and service - Great Location in the center of the shopping area.Hotel Staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The only downside is no pool/Spa etc otherwise would be close to a 5 star!
• Kevin (8/5): Great location, very friendly staff, clean rooms.. - ...I had a wonderful time , the staff were very hospitable and the service was great. they tried their best to make you feel like home.The Only one thing that was unpleasant was that during my stay The kitchen was under renovation , so there was no room service and or a restaurant...instead they could bring you a delivery of your choice from nearby restaurants. But overall i could recommend anyone to stay there...and i'm very picky !
