Hotelik oddalony nieco od centrum, kilka minut pieszo od Ogrodów Borghese, 30 min pieszo od Schodów Hiszpańskich. Poziom obsługi, czystość, atmosfera hotelu wynagradzają oddalenie od centrum. Pokoje z łazienką bardzo dobrze wyposażone:sejf, lodówka, kosmetyki i akcesoria łazienkowe, okna z roletami zewnętrznymi. Hotel posiada piękny ogórek, gdzie można siedzieć godzinami i pić dobrą kawę lub koktajl. Śniadania są znakomite - włoskie smaki w postaci serów, wędlin, wypieków, owoców itd. Polecam osobom lubiącym ciszę, relaks i piękno szczegółów.

Удобная кровать, сейф. Возможность отрегулировать комфортную температуру в комнате. Протекал унитаз, и из-за этого в санузле постоянно слышался звук стекающей водички. Закрытая дверь почти полностью решила этот вопрос. Мне пришлось подниматься с моим огромным тяжеленным чемоданом по лестнице сначала с улицы во двор, дальше по лестнице со двора в само здание, а потом еще и спускаться в полуподвальный этаж, где находился мой номер, также по лестнице. Это реально не удобно. Плюс учтите, что если это самая дешевая категория номера в этом отеле (как было у меня), то скорее всего вы будете жить в полуподвальном помещении, а не с красивыми окнами в пол, как в других номерах. Это не значит, что там какие-то плохие номера. Просто они чуть проще и дневного света там очень мало. Также расположение отеля не лучшее для исследования Рима-от центра далековато. Придется либо много идти пешком, либо ездить на такси или автобусах(которые мне часто приходилось долго ждать). Слышимость в номерах очень сильная.

The location is a strong advantage, especially if you have work nearby, as it is within walking distance. One limitation is access. Reaching the reception requires carrying luggage up a staircase, and then down another to the rooms. The staff is helpful and assists when possible, but moving luggage in and out can still be inconvenient.

• Marcio (5/5): Bom mas tive problemas - Os funcionários em geral são bastante simpáticos e prestativos, principalmente a Alessandra, que nos prestou um serviço nota 10. O hotel é muito aconchegante. Reservei um quarto com banheira de hidromassagem para meu aniversário especial. Mas a banheira quando precisava esvaziar, alagava todo banheiro, e nem conseguíamos usar o vaso sanitário, nem a pia. E o cheiro era muito ruim. Foi um desastre. Então eu paguei mais caro pela banheira de hidromassagem, mas não consegui usar como queria porque ela não baixava a água. Ou quando baixava, alagava o banheiro todo e entupia a pia e o vaso sanitário. Nos foi dada a devida atenção, mas jamais solucionaram o problema. Em determinado momento queríamos usar a banheira mas não podia, porque ela estava ainda com água suja do dia anterior. Foi péssimo pagar a mais e não usar como eu queria, e no meu aniversário. Espero um ressarcimento.

Huoneet olivat kauniit ja siistit ja koko hotelli oli todella lämminhenkinen.

Trochu nás zklamalo ubytování v suterénu hotelu. Pokoj byl sice hezký a čistý, ale bylo zde slyšet hluk z chodby i z vedlejších pokojů. Slabší stránkou byla také snídaně. Nabídka byla poměrně omezená a každý den prakticky stejná, navíc některé sladké varianty byly pouze za příplatek. Při velmi brzkém odletu jsme požádali o snídaňový balíček s sebou, ale dostali jsme jen malý kousek bábovky a džus.

Le stanza non e nuovissima e si sente un può il ristorante e il corridoio pero per me non e stato un problema.

The coffee was excellent, rich and flavourful and served in beautiful, very elegant vintage china sets. The dining area was charming and bright creating a relaxing atmosphere to start the day. The hotel's location is a bit farther from the historic center which might be slightly inconvenient for guests hoping to walk everywhere. There are, however, two bus stops 150 m from the hotel. As a small downside the teapot wasn't quite as spotless as the rest of the setup. It wasn't a major issue but it did stand out slightly compared to the otherwise high standard.

A major highlight is the privacy offered by the hotel, something rare in such a busy city like Rome. The rooms are spacious, bright, and significantly larger than most hotel rooms in Rome, providing genuine comfort, whether for relaxation or longer stays. Additionally, the staff is truly exceptional: professional, attentive, always smiling, and extremely pleasant, ready to help at any time and to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and high-quality service. -

• REBECCA (9/5): - Un gioiellino nella verde zona Parioli, con una stanza dotata di tutti i confort e curata in ogni dettaglio, sia a livello estetico sia a livello di comodità. Tutto pulito e profumato. Bagno spazioso e luminoso, finestrato, dotato di tutti gli accessori utili per un soggiorno fuori. Doccia comodissima. La mattina il personale (gentilissimo) ci ha accolti con una fantastica colazione, super rifornita. Davvero nulla da eccepire, tutto fantastico, ci tornerò sicuramente :) Nulla, tutto perfetto!

We upgraded to a larger suite which still wasn't sufficient. Not ideal if you like to enjoy some time in your room, lounging or decompressing.

Il servizio: ho avuto qualche problema e lo staff si è dato da fare per risolvere i problemi e per il disturbo mi è stato offerto un bicchiere di prosecco, molto apprezzato. La struttura è stata ristrutturata di recente, ma l'insonorizzazione della mia camera lasciava sentire i vicini parlare. Non il massimo. Qualche inconveniente in camera (scaldasalviette non funzionante), però risolto prontamente con pronte scuse accettate.

Wer diesen eher persönlichen Stil mag, der kann sich dort ausgesprochen wohl fühlen. Ich kann es wirklich empfehlen und werde dort auch in Zukunft wieder sehr gern wohnen. nichts nenneswertes!

• Andreas (8/5): Individueller Aufenthalt mit Charme - - Charme der Unterkunft, altes Haus mit schönem Garten - Zimmerausstattung und Lobby, individueller Charme, süße Tapeten - Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, haben sich Routinen gemerkt und Rücksicht genommen - Frühstück war im Preis, gute Auswahl und gutes Konzept, Cappuccino war sehr lecker - TV Ausstattung auf modernen Niveau, mit Netflix etc - Als wir spät Abends in der Unterkunft angekommen sind, konnten wir dort etwas zu Essen bestellen und es hat geschmeckt, das war praktisch. - Klima/Heizung wird leider nur zentral reguliert, kann leider nicht angepasst werden. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort, teilweise war es uns Abends zu warm durch die Heizung. Fenster aufmachen kann durch den Straßenlärm etwas laut sein, mich hat es gestört, meinen Mann nicht.

• Antonia Maria (10/5): - We had a great night. The hosts were very flexible with the arrival time. The room was fantastic we have no complaints on that end. The included breakfast had a good variety and the coffee in the morning was amazing :) we can recommend this place
• Vladimir (10/5): Tři nabité dny v Římě - Nádherné ubytování v klidné čtvrti tak rušeného velkoměsta. Pohodlné postele, suprový personál, který nám ve všem vyšel vstříc. Vynikající snídaně. Moc děkujeme!! Snad jen trochu víc hluku po ránu z kuchyně a umístění pokoje v -1.
• Elizabeth (8/5): A really lovely hotel, would visit again - Loved the room, the hotel, the gardens, the staff, the breakfast - all excellent. It was about a 25 minute uphill walk from the nearest metro station so not that easy to get to on public transport and in terms of nearby restaurants it took us about 20-25 mins to get back to a part of town with places to eat and drink.
