Не хватает полочек или крючков в ванной, а так все прекрасно. В апреле было достаточно прохладно, но мы попросили второе одеяло, и нам его дали. Все отлично.

- Mitra (10/5): - We rented two apartments from them during our stay in Yerevan. The first apartment was booked through Booking.com, and the second we rented directly from them. From the beginning, communication was very smooth. The lady I was in contact with was extremely respectful, professional, and responsive at all times, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. They truly did their best to make sure we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartments were clean, well equipped, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a longer stay. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. Although there were a few minor issues during our stay, they were very quick to respond and did their best to resolve everything promptly, which we really appreciated. Their willingness to help and attention to guest comfort made a big difference. They also offer complimentary cleaning for stays of 7 days or more. A cleaner was sent during our stay, and she did an excellent job — the apartment was cleaned thoroughly and with great care. The location was excellent and very convenient. It was close to everything, including parks, Republic Square, shops, and grocery stores, which made getting around the city very easy. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Yerevan, especially for longer stays. We would gladly stay here again on our future visits. I wish they had more dishes and utensils. Also if they had a dishwasher, it would be great.

Локация просто идеальная: всё рядом — кафе, магазины, парк, достопримечательности. Квартира уютная, чистая и светлая, с продуманными мелочами — было всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Особенно порадовало, что можно было дойти пешком почти до всех интересных мест в центре города. Отдельное спасибо хозяевам за внимание и лёгкость в общении — заселение прошло без проблем, всё чётко и вовремя. С удовольствием вернёмся сюда снова!

- Andrey (7/5): Our stay was overall pleasant, but we were disappointed by the discrepancies between the apartment and the Booking.com l - It was conveniently close to shops and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the area. The fact that the windows faced the courtyard made it very quiet and peaceful, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay without any disturbances." Firstly, the apartment we were assigned to didn't match the photos on the Booking.com website. There were no windows in the living room, only two in the bedrooms. Additionally, there was no bathtub, only a shower. It felt like the apartments were randomly assigned, which was disappointing. This was the most disappointing aspect of our stay."

- Roman (9/5): A very pleasant experience - The apartments location was great. The Staff was nice, communication worked just fine. We came in summer when the temperature was very hot. The AC did not work properly and made loud noises.
- Becca (8/5): Great location, overall comfortable stay but unit could use some repairs and clean up. - Excellent location, very close to the heart of the city and many shops and restaurants. Main sights within walking distance. We were very lucky to witness a fair in the park just a block away as well as a wedding party celebrating outside the building. It was a bit too cold to spend time on the balcony but it was very pleasant and gave a cool view of the ferris wheel at night. Our host was very responsive; we asked for a cutting board and they brought us a brand new one the next day. Beds were comfortable, bathroom is very spacious. We did a lot of cooking at home and having a full size fridge was great. Kitchen is just big enough for two people to cook together comfortably. Decor is fun and creative. No trouble getting taxis to/from the location as well as delivery food from Yandex and Glovo. Bathroom had some leaks and wasn't as clean as we would have liked. There's only natural light in the bedrooms, so the walk to the bathroom at night is pitch black. Lights above the beds and over the bathroom sink didn't work. The dining table and chairs are pretty beat up and uncomfortable to sit on. The only big mirror is in the bathroom (though there's also one in the elevator for last minute checks). Very little soundproofing, can hear whatever's going on in the stairwell/elevator as well as in neighboring units. Regarding payment, the host asked us to pay half upfront through a link rather than charging through booking.com. When we arrived, they asked us to pay the rest in cash or through the link again. They didn't overcharge us, but using a 3rd party app seems a little sketchy.
