• Maria (1/5): Pessima eperienza - La posizione Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata decisamente deludente, perchè per diverse ore fino al check out siamo stati senza energia elettrica che ha interessato l'appartamento fino al check-out. Siamo rimasti senza luce, senza acqua calda e senza la possibilità di utilizzare i servizi essenziali o semplicemente ricaricare i telefoni. Il fatto che l'appartamento fosse completamente sprovvisto di luci di emergenza, lasciandoci al buio totale, ha reso il soggiorno veramente spiacevole. L'assistenza da parte dell'host è stata limitata esclusivamente a messaggi in chat. Non abbiamo mai avuto un contatto diretto e, durante la gestione del problema, la comunicazione è sembrata quasi automatica e impersonale, come interagire con un sistema AI più che con una persona realmente interessata a risolvere il disagio degli ospiti. Inoltre, l'appartamento necessita di maggiore manutenzione e attenzione: abbiamo riscontrato la presenza di ragnatele e alcune finestre risultano da sistemare. Per il prezzo richiesto ci saremmo aspettati maggiore cura, assistenza e attenzione alla situazione. Un imprevisto può capitare, ma ciò che fa la differenza è come viene gestito. Nel nostro caso ci siamo sentiti poco supportati e abbiamo vissuto un soggiorno molto al di sotto delle aspettative. Non ci sentiamo di consigliare questa struttura.

• Guilherme (8/5): Nice. I recommend this. - The place was very clean and confortable. They also gave us a free breakfast, it was really kind. We really liked it. The shower wasn't warm at all for all the guests. It was necessary to wait a lot of time to the water warm again. In my opinion, the checkout after 00h was really expensive: 50 €.

• Trang (3/5): We appreciate the cleaniness and spaciousness, but not anything else... - The apartment is very stylish, clean and spacious. The host was very kind to offer us some gift to make up for the construction at the building. It is close to Vatican so we can actually walk there, although it was a bit of a walk. There are not that many restaurants around, had to walk for half km to the closest one. The doors of the apartment was too noisy. We have small kid and everytime they moved, those doors would creaked and woke our child up. The apartment is absolutely NOT soundproof, we hear everything from ouside. One night, there was a leaf blower working at 2am, the next night there was a trash truck woking everyone up at 1am. There is no dryer or proper place to hang the laundry at the apartment. The clothes took 2 days to dry. The apartment's location is quite far from the metro line, considering you are travelling with kids, they cannot walk that far.
• Natasha (8/5): Very good - The host was very kind, he immediatelly offered help when we faced a problem with the heating, and also brought some wine and sweets for compensation. The apartment was very spatious, separate bedrooms, good equiped kitchen, 2 toilets... The distance is a liitle bit far from the center, but you have a bus stop in a 5 min walk so for us was not a problem at all The bed sheets definitelly need to be changed, because they are old and stained.
• Maryam (5/5): Passable - The flat was spacious, with a classic and well-maintained interior that I really liked. Everything was clean and tidy. The online check-in with the host took too long. The washing machine wasn’t working, and we only got two small plastic packets of body wash, even though there were six of us. Also, the boiler couldn’t handle more than three quick showers before running out of hot water, and we had to wait about 1.5 hours for it to heat up again.
• Farrukh (1/5): Bad - The blankets were not clean. There was a construction in the building and it was covered with net which we couldn’t open the windy
• David (6/5): Pleasant - Location is not ideal if you plan to walk, it is not in the center of the city, however if you like walking then it is ok. In order to get some food, you need to walk a little. There are cafes and restaurants not far away, but nothing good in few meters. Flat space is more then enough, it's pretty old and if you like old buildings, than it's ok with you. Wifi works fine but password is way too long :) Apartment is old, almost no facilities, you need to walk to get to some stores and restaurants.

• Ștefania (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is spacious and the neighborhood is nice. Many buses nearby and easy to walk to the center. Nice decor and comfy beds :) The paint on walls was ripped. We ran out of toilet paper after 2 days. There were no garbage cans in the bathrooms or garbage bags anywhere. The door of the livingroom ( the room with the sofa) was opening on its own at night little by little, making a lot of noise. The other doors were also hard to close/ would open if you didn’t close them good enough.
• Arunasg (9/5): Superb - Big flat in rather nice house. The window frames looked like they were not repaired since Mussolini's childhood, but there was ongoing refurbishment. The host sent entire video clip on how to pick up the keys and hot to use them. Rather innovative and useful. Bed matrass was very soft - too soft for me. Double bed was basically a two matrasses put together - so not so fun. The apartment looked a bit run down, yet it was very OK.
• Travis (7/5): Great value, nice location. No Air Con. - Great value for money. Beautiful sized rooms. Not too far from main attractions. No Air-con. Some of the wall plug sockets don’t work. Must get more better quality fans. Mosquitoes were relentless.
• Stefan (6/5): Nice apartment, but could be better equipped. - The self check-in / check-out was easy and convenient. The host was easy to reach and quick to help with any issues. Clean beds and towels. The kitchen was poorly equipped: unusable (very dirty) coffee filter / electric kettle, no paper towels, no garbage bags. Most of the mattresses move and can even fall off the bed frames. We had to buy our own toiletries.
• Lexania (10/5): Good value for money. Recommended - As seen in photos. Host was very helpful. Clean & good location esp. to Stadio Olimpico No A/C. But Fans were available and on 3rd floor with windows open it was bearable
• Ζαφη (6/5): In General the apartment for the reason we booked it, just for a sleep and for a bath was good. - I loved the fact that the apartment was really big. So all 7 people we were comfortable. Plus the beds were really comfy. The water for bathing was either very cold or very hot. You could hardly get it to the right temperature. Also for 7 people they did not offer some basic hygiene items (toilet paper for example) or there were no glasses in the kitchen. The doors in the 2 bathrooms could definitely be painted (they were black from dirt). And the apartment would definitely be better with more cleanliness and care.
