- Rathi (6/5): Not worth your money ! - Good location , something different for the kids to experience. It felt like the room has not been properly cleaned... it felt rather grimy. Hated the bathroom with mold and also the drawer does not open properly.Curtains in bedroom don't close fully so light seeps through the gaps . For the price you pay , you are better off in a real hotel.

The admin staff, Ms. Suzanna, is very friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. The dining area can be wider a bit will be better.

- Erika Ludewig-Menge (10/5): When you love natur and the Gardens by the bay, is the Garden Pod perfekt. - We had a 2-day stopover in Singapore and rented one of the Garden Pods. We are a German family of four. The stay in the Garden Pods was great. Staying overnight directly in the Gardens by the Bay was wonderful. At night, we could walk from the park to our Garden Pod. It was absolutely quiet. No traffic noise. From our pod, you could only see the amazing skyline of the big city. The kitchen facilities were simple and sufficient. We had breakfast outside on the terrace twice. Wonderful in the great weather. The air conditioning is very quiet and works perfectly. My husband was pleased to find this, so we could even run the air conditioning at its lowest setting during the night. I found the beds very comfortable and everything was very clean. Nice white bed linen, fragrant towels, and a clean bathroom. We were totally thrilled. There is nothing. We love the Garden Pods !!!

Check in automatico molto intuitivo. Letti molto comodi Sono stati indicati servizi della struttura che in realtà non vengono offerti, come il deposito bagagli, il noleggio di biciclette, il ristorante. A richiesta, mi è stato detto che si riferivano a servizi nelle vicinanze, non offerti da loro. Non l'ho trovata una cosa corretta. Pulizia discreta.

- Katerina (8/5): Unique location - The location and view were amazing! The accommodation is unique, though quite small. I would not recommend it for more than 2 adults (+kids). Some things could be improved, like cleanliness in general, bathroom would need renovation soon. But staff were very responsive about our concerns and tried to make our stay much better, thank you! Would love it to be cleaner. Two beds are separated by the curtain only, fine if you are staying with kids.

Very private and well equipped. Great garden and city views, quite unique place to stay. Bathroom was tiny, although fine for us. We would have liked some bedding for the sofa bed downstairs.

And there is a nice Japanese influenced garden in front to make you feel you are in resort. Your neighboring unit is actually right next to you and some how there is the last blind panel missing and one can see the next door living rather clearly, which is rather awkward. Please install one more blind at the lower level.

Enjoyed the view of GBB and CBD from my Jasmine Room. Kitchenette was well stocked with all the nec cutlery and utensils. There was only one toilet located upstairs. Would be perfect if there were one downstairs as well.

Staff members are very friendly and attentive. The facilities are more like an Airbnb’s than a five star hotel’s as advertised (Murphy bed legs not working properly, light mold in the toilet).

- Emele (10/5): Exceptional - Lorraine is just the best, so kind and helpful. No fuss and always willing to help and accommodate. It's right by the gardens, so you just walk around the corner and your smack in the middle of Gardens by the Bay. It is amazing. Was a bit nervous because we thought it would be secluded, but it really isn't, and transport was easy to book and catch from the Pod. If you love nature and walks, this is such a great place. It also has its own kind of garden. Everything was perfect.

The check-in process was complicated, but the host was very responsive and helped us through the WhatsApp app to sort everything out. I don’t know what happens if you arrive late at night and the face recognition required to get the key code doesn’t work. If the host answers the phone, that’s great, but otherwise, I’m not sure what you would do.

The space is relatively narrow, making it difficult to pass through. There is mold in the bathroom, and the overall hygiene does not meet hotel cleanliness standards. The water heater is small, allowing for only three minutes of hot water per shower.

- Hoon (9/5): Fun family getaway from the busy city - Electric grill was available upon request. We received complimentary parking. The bath towels were clean and comfortable. Kitchen utensils were adequate for our needs. Even salt and pepper was provided. Overall, I think the design and landscaping was thoughtfully executed. The bathroom could be bigger but we understand the space constrain.

- Bee (9/5): Exceptional stay and experience, different from other staycations! - Location was superb. We especially enjoyed waking up in the midst of Gardens by the Bay. We were able to do a late evening stroll and morning jog. Space was also ample for the entire family of four. We also enjoyed the fact that there was a patio and a small garden space. Bathroom is a little small, but we understand its constrained by the size of the container. Blinds were also absent from one part of the container, which made the living space not so private.

- Corbert (9/5): Stay in the heart of Singapore - There isn't a better location available in Singapore. The Garden Pods are in the center of a major attraction. You are only a 15 minute or less walk from the Flower Dome, Cloud Forest, Marina Bay Sands, the Supertree Grove, and the OCBC Skyway. Because the Garden Pods are self contained units they don't have a Concierge. Communication is through WhatsApp. Check in is relatively late at 3:00pm so the minimal Staff can have the Pod ready. Early Check-in is unlikely.
