- Titus K (10/5): - Ali the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. He's available anytime we need during our stay, even when we had to leave for the airport at 4 AM. The hotel is located very close to the market and restaurants. It took only 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro and bus stop. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in this hotel when they're visiting Istanbul. :)

- Diana (8/5): - Хорошее расположение: рядом с набережной Эминеню и туристическим базаром. Рядом есть метро, пешком 5 мин. Отель немного «уставший», но все прилично, и чисто. Не смотря на то, что где-то что-то нужно подкрасить, подремонтировать, все необходимое есть. ТВ, кондиционер, фен, вай-фай.

- Османчева (5/5): Good and bad at the same time. - The hotel is at very nice location. You can go to a lot of places by walking. The personal there is very friendly and easy talking. The price is good. The parking was written like "hotel parking" in booking, but you have to pay it separately 10 euros per night. The rooms were in the basement and there was like not enough air, bad smell and the sheets were little dirty and wet at the same time. Not very nice sleeping.

The room and bathroom were clean and in good condition, which made us feel comfortable right away. The neighborhood is great—close to everything—and the surroundings offer a wonderful opportunity to enjoy meals alongside locals, creating an authentic experience. The area could feel a bit lonely at night, although we arrived very late, so this may have influenced our impression.

The old town was close as well. The staff were excellent, the room was clean, and the value for money was spot on. It was not a „luxurious” hotel but honestly, for the price, it was totally worth it. The hairdryer didn’t work + it was a bit loud during the night - we could hear the water running next door

Pas de service de chambre 9 nuits avec les même draps pas de papier toilette on a tout acheté nous même et ce qui m'a choque le plus c'est que booking ne protège vraiment pas ses clients donc n importe qui peut poster des fausse photo et passe 9 nuits horrible envoyez la plainte parler a un collaborateur envoyez les preuve de ce qu on dit et rien du tt aucun remboursement un geste de 50 euro mdr comme ci cela allait tout remplace et faire oublier !

Our room had every thing we needed and was very comfortable as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. Sheets and comforter were a bit too small for the bed when 2 people were sleeping together.

- Theodoros (3/5): - The location was close to all the important hallmarks and Ali was very accommodating. When the toilet had some issues he was quick to fix it. Pretty much everything else. We were given a basement apartment that still had putty on the walls and a very small window. The bathroom did not have ventilation and you could hear all noises. The sheets were never changed during our 7 day stay, although the room was cleaned once. But for 30€ per day, there's not much one can ask for.

Ich kann es nur wiederholen - Das einzig gute und positive war der Mitarbeiter Ali der sich um alles aber echt alles gekümmert hat und überall half wo es zu helfen war. Leider hat er als Mitarbeiter auch seine Recht und Pflichten und kann nicht über alles entscheiden. Also ich weiß gar nicht wo und wie ich anfangen soll.. Das Hotel ist in einer ungeheuren Gegend , die Häuser daneben voll alt und fast beim umkippen bzw. einstürzen. Die Gegend ist sehr gruselig und man hat Angst am Abend ( im dunkeln ) ins Hotel zu gehen. Die Zimmer waren alt und extrem dreckig überall Haare auf den Bettwäschen und Handtüchern usw.., die Zimmer voll kalt und die Heizung hat sich nur selber erhitzen können für das Zimmer viel zu wenig , das Bad vom Zimmer sehr alt und EXTREM dreckig, Schimmel an der Wand , die Fugen voll schwarz und schimmlig also man hat Angst das man nach dem Duschen noch dreckiger wird wie davor einfach eklig. In der Früh wird man von Geräuschen von der Gegend und den Geschäften rundherum geweckt kein ausschlafen und entspannen möglich. Man kann auf keiner Art und weise irgendeinen Zuständigen kontaktieren bzw. erreichen. Ich kann es nicht verstehen wie so eine Gesellschaft wie BOOKING so ein Hotel anbieten kann. Also im Gesamten ist jeder Cent für das Hotel zu viel, ich würde es jeden abraten diese Hotel zu buchen.

- Khrystyna (5/5): - доволі близько центру, співвідношення ціни та якості по-перше, ніде не вказано, що наш номер буде у підвалі. по-друге, душ та фен дуже запліснявілий. загалом в номері жахливо смердить пліснявою і трохи страшно від цього. попри те, що близько до центру - це дуже бідний і можливо дещо небезпечний район. через погане освітлення в номері не дуже зрозуміло наскільки там чисто.
- Mattea (7/5): - Location was absolutely perfect, everything we wanted to visit was walking distance away. Good value for the price, as long as you don't expect luxury. Walls are paper thin and you can hear absolutely everything from other rooms and the street.
- Zaid (1/5): The room really bad. Nowindows no view , only little square window. The room under the ground - The room was really bad and smell really stinky. There is no window no view and wall was in miserable case and it drops some wall stuff and water
- Polina (8/5): - Это бюджетный, чистый отель недалеко от Эминеню, в котором вы найдете удобную кровать, душ и холодильник для 1-2 ночей. Хозяин Салим очень любезен, он принёс нам чайник и разрешил оставить сумки после чек-аута. Просто будьте готовы к тому, что номер будет совсем небольшим (по сути, всё место занимает большая кровать), а звукоизоляция так себе. Но это всё равно очень хороший вариант для центра Стамбула, учитывая скромную цену.

- Tuncay (8/5): - Man kann das Hotel gut mit der Metro erreichen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Die Sauberkeit war nicht so gut. Auf dem Boden lagen Fussnägel, an den Fliesen klebten lange Haare.
