- Saud (1/5): لا انصح بالسكن هنا - لاشي حجزت شقة بغرفتي نوم ، ولكن اعطوني غرفتين متصلات بينهم منور في القبو تحت الارض !!! الرطوبة عالية لايوجد تهوية المكان مكتوم برائحة السجائر !!! ورفضوا تغييرها ويكذبون بقول عدم التوفر على الرغم من توفر غرف متاحة في بوكنج لنفس اليوم امر اخر مريب هو الحاح جميع من في الفندق على حجز تاكسي عن طريقهم يبدوا انهم ياخذون عمولة من التاكسي على حساب العميل وهذا اشارة سيئة عن الفندق

Little street, very dirty. The view from the hotel room is not that that great (not in the front nor the back).

Das Kongress-Center ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist überaus Freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Ich hatte keinen schönen Ausblick aus dem Hotelzimmer.
- Ra....B (8/5): Top Hotel, aber die falschen Gäste. - Das ist mein fünfter oder sechster Aufenthalt hier in diesem Hotel. Für mich ist es eines der besten Hotels in Istanbul... Leider die Gäste aus Rumänien oder Bulgarien, sehr unhöflich sehr viel von ihnen in diesem Hotel..., es hat an Anstand und Respekt abgenommen. Wenn das Hotel dies nicht ändert, wird es nicht mehr besonders sein... Diese Art von Gästen wird leider dazu beitragen, dass ich mich bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Istanbul für ein anderes Hotel entscheide...

- Saskia (9/5): Goed verblijf - Vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Hotel is in een rustige straat maar centraal gelegen. Veel winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Ontbijt is goed. Wij hadden de junior suite met tuin geboekt. Het is een mooie ruime kamer gelegen op een verdieping onder de begane grond. Hierdoor is er geen sprake van een tuin, de "buitenruimte" is geheel ommuurd en voorzien van een plafond waardoor er geen daglicht is en je dus totaal geen uitzicht hebt of het idee hebt dat je buiten zit. Het zou fijn zijn als dit vermeld zou staan bij de kamerinformatie. Na 1 nacht gevraagd om een kamer met balkon wat ook geregeld werd.

- Ieva (9/5): Generally good - The staff is excellent, very attentive. The room was clean and nice, the location was good. Side street and not very noisy. We had complimentary drinks and cake upon arrival. The reception works 24/7. The only thing that bothered us was non working air conditioner. They tried to fixed it, but it was not working (well, it worked, but just was not cooling at all). They gave us the fan, and it helped a lot, but if the weather would be even more hot, it would not helped.

- Aleksei (10/5): - Приятный бутик отель в районе Шишли. Рядом метро, но от исторического центра неблизко (но это и хорошо) нет толп туристов. Неплохие завтраки, тихо, нет шума улиц, удобный кровати спишь как на облачке, чистые комфортные номера, хорошая шумоизоляция. Приятный персонал, готовый помочь. Расположение отеля, улица не самая приятная, особенно вечером. Но это не критично, просто нюанс.

- ebru (10/5): Ein hervorragendes Hotel 🥰 - Ich bin bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel zu Gast und auch diesmal wieder rundum zufrieden. Dieses Mal habe ich sogar sechs Zimmer für unsere Gruppe gebucht – alles hat hervorragend funktioniert. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer äußerst höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das qualitativ sehr gute Frühstück – der Kaffee schmeckt ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Auch die Lage gefällt mir sehr: Das Hotel befindet sich in einem schönen Viertel und dennoch ist alles schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Die Bahnhaltestelle liegt direkt in der Nähe und in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß findet man tolle Cafés, Restaurants und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher und kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage – vieles war bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. - Nikita (9/5): - Очень красивый ремонт и в комнатах, и в вестибюле. Очень приветливый и гостеприимный персонал - помогли донести багаж до номера, угостили чаем со сладостями. Очень хороший напор воды в душевой. Выбор еды на завтрак небольшой, но вкусный. Среди фруктов был арбуз, которого, для сравнения, не было в крупном отеле в Анталье, куда мы уехали после. Рядом крупная улица с множеством магазинов и мест, где пообедать. Рядом метро и разные автобусные маршруты. К сожалению к обоим лифтам ведут 5-6 ступенек, но это не проблема, поскольку персонал поможет занести багаж и спустить его.

- Silviana GP (10/5): - Hotelul este cochet, camerele potrivit descrierii, pat confortabil, curățenie se face zilnic, mic dejun suficient de diversificat, staful de nota 10, foarte receptivi, săritori, gata sa te ajute cu orice ai nevoie. Localizarea pe o străduță dar intr-o zona frumoasa, aproape de stația de metrou, se poate ajunge pe jos în piața Taksim. Locuri de parcare nu sunt suficiente în fata hotelului, dar îți duc ei mașină intr-o parcare în apropiere. Spa drăguț. Vom reveni! Am ajuns pe 1 mai și nu am reușit sa ajungem pe străduța hotelului pt ca era blocata de către politie fiind un festival în zonă. Cei de la hotel ne-au anunțat din timp de situație și s-au oferit sa ne acorde ajutor.

- Laura (10/5): Empfehlenswert - Sehr zentral gelegen und perfekter Ausgangspunkt um Istanbul zu erkunden. Es war auch kein problem ein Taxi zu bekommen. Der Service war hervorragend. Wir sind morgens um 8 Uhr angekommen und durften ohne Extra Zahlung direkt einchecken und auch ein späterer Check out war kein problem. Insbesondere Can von der Rezeption war immer hilfsbereit, so wie das ganze Team.

We had a lot of trouble sleeping because the rooms are not soundproofed at all—we could clearly hear people in the neighboring rooms. They were partying until 5:00 AM. Every single night, I had to call the front desk multiple times just to get them to take the issue seriously. While the rooms themselves are comfortable, it is simply too noisy to get any rest.

Atmosfera este elegantă, camerele impecabile, iar serviciile sunt la cel mai înalt nivel. Totuși, ceea ce a făcut șederea cu adevărat specială a fost profesionalismul și amabilitatea unui angajat extraordinar: Can. Cu o atitudine caldă, mereu atent și dispus să ajute, Can reușește să transforme o simplă vizită într-o experiență de neuitat. Este genul de persoană care face diferența și care reflectă perfect standardele înalte ale hotelului. Recomand din toată inima acest loc și sper să revin cât mai curând!
