Important Information
1. We will ask you to show us your credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card should match the name on your identification document (ID or passport) presented upon check-in. Both the credit card and the identification document must be presented physically (i.e., no pictures or copies allowed).

3. Prepayment policies may differ according to the selected preferences. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the policy of your preferred room and payment conditions. Nonrefundable bookings will be charged directly after booking. Flexible bookings will be charged at midnight before your day of arrival. The credit card used to make the booking will be charged with the total amount of the reservation through an automatic payment.
4. When booking more than 9 rooms or more than 18 people, or more than 5 rooms for stays exceeding 7 nights, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The hotel will contact you directly to communicate the applicable policies.
5. Your room is cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every third day. Please consider reusing your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. This helps us save up to 60 liters of water per stay.
6. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in your room. Guide/assistance dogs are permitted on request, please contact the property for confirmation.
7. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability.

- Britt (7/5): Hip verblijf! - De sportschool heeft mijn verwachtingen overtroffen. Daar hebben wij goed gebruik van gemaakt. Het personeel is ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hadden een upgrade gekregen omdat onze kamer nog niet op tijd klaar was. In de tussentijd mochten we iets drinken in de bar, wat we erg konden waarderen. Helaas was de upgradekamer bij aankomst niet volledig schoon; er lagen nog haren op de grond. Daardoor begonnen we wat te twijfelen aan de algehele hygiëne van de kamer. Wel willen we benadrukken dat het personeel vriendelijk was en direct klaarstond om het probleem op te lossen, wat we zeker positief vonden.
- Karl (5/5): Excellent hotel infrastructure, but anything to do with management fails to meet the price paid. - The Hotel is new, modern and design is excellent. The facilities such as the gym are exceptional. We had an issue with our house management. Out of 5 nights, the room wasn't seen to on 2 occasions, once we found what seemed to be a super quick visit with change of towels, bed done and no cleaning or changing of linen and another time no cleaning, bed done and only one large towel left for two guests. Had Breakfast once, which was busy, selection was not bad but warm items were cold and most of the breakfast items were left empty for far too long. We decided to have breakfast somewhere else for the rest of our stay.

L’établissement était agréable, propre, Je tiens surtout à remercier chaleureusement le personnel, qui a été d’une grande gentillesse et très professionnel tout au long du séjour. - Khallai (8/5): very special hotel - The front desk staff especially Mickey & Berta were top tier. Mickey resolved issues that could have turned bad quick but he remained calm, collected and funny! Made everything right for my daughter and I. Berta helped me find a company to ship my luggage to my home ahead of me and I am so grateful for it. Without her help I'm not sure what I would have done. In short I would stay here again and highly recommend you stay here. It's located in the middle of a neighborhood which made it a very special hotel with comfy beds! The restaurant staff at SiSi rooftop bar were downright horrible but the food was delicious.
- Christine (9/5): Tolles, modernes Hotel für einen Städtetrip - Ich war mit meinem Sohn für einige Tage in dem Hotel für eine Städtereise. Das Hotel ist super, sehr modern und guter, internationaler Spirit durch die Kombination mit einem CoWorking Konzept. Die beiden Pools sind klasse, auch wenn noch etwas kühl im Mai, richtig beeindruckt hat uns der große und supermodern ausgestattete Fitnessbereich. Das Restaurant SiSi sowie das Frühstück waren auch klasse, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal überall. Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse nicht ganz passend, mir haben die Möglichkeiten gefehlt, abends noch in der Nähe etwas essen zu gehen. Das Hotel liegt in einem modernen Büroviertel, dadurch abends nicht besonders atmosphärisch. Aber die Metro ist in der Nähe und man ist schnell in der Nähe Innenstadt.

- Bernardo (4/5): Smart Hospitality, Not that Smart Building - O Roof Top é engraçado, os quartos não são óptimos mas aceitam-se, a cama é agradável e os amenities e pequeno almoço são bons. Empregados do departamento de F&B simpáticos e prestáveis, e do departamento de Room Service também. Serviços absurdos, piscina ridiculamente pequena e limitada para um hotel com mais de 200 habitações, ginásio sem alma e muito limitado. É numa zona menos bonita de barcelona. Por ser sobretudo um hotel baseado no digital e os serviços prestados serem mínimos, nota-se perfeitamente o caos no departamento de Facilities Management e que raramente é supervisionado e revisto. Fui eu, como hóspede, quem teve que avisar que o Ar condicionado não estava a trabalhar como deve ser, o telefone do quarto tão pouco e o duche estava a jorrar água para o tecto. Os hotéis digitais têm problemas sérios com o departamento de Facilities Management, e tenho sempre a sensação que nós hóspedes acabamos por ser os próprios super visores dos quartos e do que não está bem... Não podem ser os hospedes a darem-se conta do problema, deve ser a propina gestão do hotel a dar-se conta e a prever esses problemas para que o hospede possa ter a melhor experiência.

Персонал создает очень классную дружескую атмосферу: начиная от ресепшена, где тебя встречают не за стойкой регистрации, а за интерактивным планшетом, где ты в процессе знакомства с персоналом отеля сам можешь ввести свои данные. Пока ты вводишь данные, персонал отеля очень мило с тобой болтает, обо всем рассказывает и угощает разными комплиментами. Потрясающая инфраструктура отеля: есть классная кофейня на первом этаже, где можно выпить спешалти кофе, очень удобные пространства, где можно поработать, классные зоны отдыха, прекрасный спортивный зал, сауна и массажные кресла. В номерах очень чисто и много всяких приятных мелочей для комфортного отдыха. На крыше очень вкусный и стильный ресторан, где мы ели каждый день, классные коктейли. Огромное пространство, где можно бесплатно постирать и погладить вещи. А также есть огромная общая кухня, где можно хранить продукты в индивидуальных шкафчиках и готовить. Номер немного маловат: негде разместить чемоданы. Нет кофемашины в номере, хотя комплиментарно предлагают капсулы для кофе. Также немного дороговато, учитывая локацию (далековато от центра) и небольшой размер номеров.

- Paul (9/5): Amazing Hotel - A gem for both leisure and business stays - The atmosphere is great - very vibrant, lots of people coming and going. Good for both leisure and business. If on business lots of cool spaces to work from. The staff are 10/10 - very friendly and genuine. The hotel is spotlessly clean as are the rooms. Very modern and fresh. This has no reflection on the hotel at all - the hotel is 10/10 - but the gluten free bread at breakfast is awful. It’s dry and in a plastic bag and tastes like cardboard (not that I’ve ever ate cardboard before :D). This is one thing that could be improved - but is very very minor :)

- Mihnea (10/5): Great choice for visiting Barcelona - Quiet neighbourhood, Poblenou is really nice, away from the touristy areas and safe at night, within walking distance from city center. The staff was super kind. Breakfast was fit for varied diets and with plenty of choices, the room was clean, bed was comfortable.

- Christian (10/5): Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal - Das Hotel liegt ruhig, außerhalb des Zentrums. Bus, Tram und Metro sind sehr schnell erreichbar, so dass alle Ziele in Barcelona leicht zu erreichen sind. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl. Über den Tag steht eine Cafeteria zur Verfügung. DIe Poolbar haben wir nicht getestet. Das Zimmer ist normal groß, das Bad für ein Hotelzimmer eher groß. Für ein paar Tage reicht der offene Ablagebereich für Kleidung. Das Restaurant/Bar mit Aussenbereich in der 15. Etage war wirklich gut Jammern auf hohen Niveau: Der Tisch im Zimmer ein wenig zu groß.

- Alexandar (5/5): - Booking Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat leider sehr traurig geendet. Schon beim Einchecken um 12 Uhr verlangte man 25 EUR weil wir das Zimmer früher beziehen wollten, da wir um 12 Uhr schon angekommen sind. Am Abreisetag musste sich mein Sohn (10 Jahre) übergeben und hatte starke Kopfschmerzen. Dies hatte ich der Rezeption mitgeteilt und nach einer Apotheke gefragt. Auch nach der Möglichkeit das Zimmer für 4-5 Stunden länger zu behalten. Für 25 EUR die Stunde (!!!) wäre dies Möglich. Also 125 EUR für ein Late Check out bei einem kranken Kind. Ich ging in die Apotheke und habe Medizin geholt und habe diese meinem Sohn gegeben. Eine Abreise war nicht möglich. Deshalb habe ich die Rezeption um Verlängerung gebeten. Sie meinte nun: ich müsse eine ganze Nacht bezahlen. (Wir haben 600 für 2 Nächte bezahlt) Spannend wenn zuerst 125 für 5 Stunden verlangt werden und anscheinend noch Zimmer frei sind, da wir ja auch eine zusätzliche Nacht buchen konnten… Wir sind dann mit dem Taxi in das Vincihotel gefahren, welches ich ebenso über Booking gebucht habe. Dort mussten wir um 12 Uhr nichts bezahlen. Das Zimmer haben wir sofort bekommen, nachdem man meinen kranken Sohn gesehen hat. Wirklich sehr traurig diese Geschäftsgebahrung in diesem hippen und coolen und nachhaltigen Hotel. Ich brauche auch kein Statement vom Management. Denn ich werde nie wieder eines dieser Häuser betreten . Das Personal war aber sonst super freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Schade dass das so geendet hat. Ich bin selbst Gastronom und würde alles tun, damit es dem Kind besser geht … aber an kranken Kindern Geld zu verdienen ist einfach das Letzte!!!

- Max (9/5): Wahnsinnig tolles Hotel, nur die Umgebung ist nicht die Sicherste - Fantastisches Frühstück, absolut sauberes hotel. Mega freundliches Personal. Tolle Ausstattung auf Top Niveau. Das Gym war gerade im Umbau. Der Pool war gesperrt. Die gentrification der Umgebung hat nur so halb funktioniert. Die Umgebung macht nicht den sichersten Eindruck. Einem Kollegen wurde 300 meter vom Hotel das Smartphone aus der Hand gestohlen. Abends und nachts treiben sich viele komische Gestalten rund ums Hotel

After 10 minutes I have received another call saying that they are charging me extra 25 euros, because I didnt manage to get out of the room within 10 minutes. - Kristina (10/5): Great experience - Hotel is very nice, room has everything you could possibly need for the stay, bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and nice, you can store your bags for free with them upon arrival and before the departure which was very helpful. Location is very nice, quiet during the night so you can get rest, and very close to metro station, tramway stations as well as bus stations. Hotel also has rooftops, and two pools on them, as well as the bar and restaurant, it has a lot of open space, where you can sit and wait, charge your phone, or work, there is also a gym, and it is very nice. Overall hotel has great vibes, and it was a great experience staying there. /

When I went to the front desk to ask for four bottles of water, I smiled and spoke politely. I didn't say "Good morning" or "How are you" first (because I'm from an Asian country and don't understand this etiquette). My smile, tone, and body language were all friendly, but the man at the front desk, named David, turned away with a disdainful look and said, "OK, good morning, how are you?" (He rolled his eyes at me and walked away). Many other guests were watching me, and his behavior in front of everyone made me extremely embarrassed and angry. I come from an Asian country, and our etiquette differs from that of European countries, but I at least offered a basic smile. Even if I didn't understand, he shouldn't have embarrassed me in front of other guests. I believe that in a good hotel, work shouldn't be a time for you to express your individuality. Then he was very nice to the other European guests. I think he was being racist! It's unbelievable that such a good hotel would engage in racist behavior. I've spoken with other people, and they were all friendly. They could sense my friendliness and politeness from my smile, tone of voice, and body language, even if I don't understand the Western custom of greeting first. other employees are all very friendly, but this David is just so weird. I think he has dragged down the hotel's rating. This David, representing your hotel, has engaged in racist behavior, treating Asian and European guests differently. I cannot tolerate this.
