Kontakt z hotelem, żeby się tego dowiedzieć zajął nam troche czasu. Ale ogólnie warto, bo mogliśmy wybrać sobie cokolwiek z menu w bardzo dobrej restauracji

Irem (8/5): - Konumu kesinlikle çok iyi. Havalimanından çok rahat geldik. Her yere yürüme mesafesi. Oda temizdi. Ütü, ütü masası bile vardı. Aşağıdaki bar çok geç saatlere kadar yüksek ses müzik açtığı için doğru düzgün uyuyamadık. Asansör kaldığımız 4 gün boyunca bozuktu. Valizlerle birlikte çıkmak zor oldu. Her gün yorgun geldiğimiz için de asansörün bozuk olması zorladı.

Ann (7/5): - Loukas the Manager, was excellent, warm and friendly, super helpful and a lovely guy. There are many cafes nearby for coffee/breakfast. Very central location, with great vibe and atmosphere. Walking distance to some of the main squares and many key attractions. Unfortunately the apartment is not sound proof. There are many loud/noisy bars around including almost next to the apartments. It is not easy to sleep properly with all this very loud, throbbing music that goes on until about 4am, even on some week days. Also there were no saucepans - just one frying pan and we had to request for at least one pan, which Loukas very promptly arranged for us. A friend in the next room had more saucepans, and her kitchen cupboards were better equipped.

Yana (10/5): Clean, comfortable stay in Athens - This room had everything we needed - clean, comfortable and conveniently located in Athens CBD and with its own kitchenette and ensuite. Staff are friendly and allowed us to drop of our bags off early on the day in the room, and were able to give us an early check in.

Por ponerle algún defecto, se echa en falta un microondas Tuvimos la mala suerte de que justo durante nuestra estancia, estuvieron haciendo tareas de modernización del ascensor, lo bueno para quien vaya, es que ya están hechas. Por lo demás, sí que hay que decir que la calle, al ser céntrica y rodeada de bares y restaurantes, es bastante ruidosa.Pero si quieres estar en el centro, es lo que hay.

Bill (1/5): If you don’t mind listening to EXTREMELY LOAD MUSIC ALL NIGHT STAY HERE - Location was a double edge word directly across from a street club keeping our family up until 4am Thursday -Sunday It’s was under renovations and dust was every where coupled with hot water service that lasts for 3minutes,as mentioned location is central and extremely unbearable due to Discos going ALL night I’m glad to be out of there !!!!!

Nos tocó un apartamento en el quinto piso del lado de la calle y sobre todo jueves, viernes y sábado bastante ruidoso. El baño no estaba todo lo limpio que se espera. El edificio está en obras, lo que hace que esté todo bastante sucio.

byn (1/5): Horrible horrible experience. Stay away. - Apartment was easy to find, the lift was very welcome, and the key code worked. 1)The apartment is across from an EXTREMELY LOUD bar. The bar doesn't shut down until after 4.30 a.m. As that is a deal breaker, the host SHOULD BE REQUIRED that massive negative value to post in the description. 2)no flushing the loo paper. If handling your pee soaked and poo covered loo paper is too much for you, then avoid this place. No additional bin bags, so bring your own should be noted in the description. 3) flickering lights after turning the light off. The flickering continued for hours. If epilepsy is an issue, this lighting problem WILL trigger a seizure. 4)There is enough hot water for a 7 minute shower. So don't dawdle and enjoy that shower. 5) The pillows are horrific. The hard one is too hard to sleep on. The soft one pancakes down. Both together collapse if you want to sit up in bed. 6)NO RESPONSE from the host if there is a problem. they do not respond to phone calls, texts, or email. 7) If you spill something on the floor, no broom or whisk is available for cleanup.8)

Klio (7/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο!! Όμως δυστυχώς υπάρχει πάρα πολλή φασαρία το βράδυ από τα μπαράκια μέχρι αργά το βράδυ που δυσκόλεψε τον ύπνο μας!
Chrystalla (10/5): Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. - Πολύ ευγενική η κυρία που επικοινωνούσα μαζί της. Πολύ εξυπηρετική. Με βοήθησαν να κάνω early check in κάτι που ήταν πολυ σημαντικό γ μένα. Πολύ καθαρός χώρος. Πολυ βολικό αυτο με τα κλειδιά. Μου εξήγησαν ακριβώς πώς να μπω μέσα. Μένω δεύτερη φορά εδω γιατί ένιωσα ασφάλεια. Πολύ καλή περιοχή, κοντα σε όλα. Δεν υπήρχε καθαριότητα δωματίου. Φασαρία το βράδυ. Μικρές λεπτομέρειες που δεν θα με επηρέαζαν η αλήθεια ώστε να μην μείνω εδώ ξανά.

andrea (6/5): - la stanza era pulita, spaziosa e nuova. il bagno molto comodo. la zona è molto centrale e forse questo diventa il problema maggiore. Kolokotroni street è una delle principali vie della movida di atene. la notte il rumore, la musica dei locali ad altissimo volume e le grida delle persone che cantano in coro terminano solo verso le 4.30/5.00. Anche se l'appartamento è al terzo piano è praticamente impossibile dormire. Quindi, se cercate una sistemazione tranquilla questo posto non fa per voi: Se invece amate stare fuori tutta la notte e divertirvi allora siete nel posto giusto. Altra piccola pecca sono le zanzare in camera. La prima notte ne abbiamo uccise 13!

Michael (8/5): We enjoyed a short stay in Athens - We enjoyed a short four days stay in Athens. Excellent location of the accommodation near the center. Very good price/performance ratio. Extremely loud noise, shouting, music, until 3 a.m. at least on weekends. You won't be able to sleep without earplugs.

Photini (4/5): - Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν πολύ καλή από άποψη προσβασιμότητας προς το κέντρο. Το δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν ήταν πολύ μικρό για τρία άτομα. Όταν φτάσαμε στο δωμάτιο θέλαμε να κάνουμε ένα μπάνιο και να ξεκουραστούμε λίγο πριν πάμε σε ένα ραντεβού που είχαμε. Προς δυσάρεστη μας έκπληξη διαπιστώσαμε ότι δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό. Ενημερώσαμε την ιδιοκτήτρια η οποία φρόντισε να διορθωθεί μέχρι το βράδυ και την ευχαριστούμε για αυτό. Όσον αφορά την καθαριότητα ήταν επιφανειακή. Το ντους δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό και το αναφέραμε στην ιδιοκτήτρια η οποία έστειλε την καθαρίστρια να το καθαρίσει. Εντοπίσαμε χρησιμοποιημένες πετσέτες μπάνιου κάτω από τον νεροχύτη και πάλιν το αναφέραμε. Την δεύτερη μέρα εντοπίσαμε ακαθαρσίες και σκόνη κάτω από το κρεβάτι και τον καναπέ ενώ ψάχναμε τα ακουστικά του κινητού που μας είχαν πέσει. Μείναμε τέσσερα βράδυα και δεν υπήρχε έστω ενδιάμεσα αλλαγή των πετσετών οι οποίες ήταν σχεδόν όλο το διάστημα που μείναμε βρεγμένες αφού δεν υπήρχε χώρος για να τις απλώσουμε να στεγνώσουν. Δίπλα υπάρχουν νυχτερινά κέντρα με δυνατή μουσική μέχρι τις πρωινές ώρες ακόμα και καθημερινές.

Alison Marlborough (1/5): The worst place I have ever stayed in - Nothing It is advertised as a studio apartment, in reality it is like a very small crammed hotel room. Barely any room to open a suitcase or move. The photos show a larger space. There is no stovetop although it is listed under facilities and included in the description. The walls are not soundproof, there is a bar directly below the building and across the street so there is unacceptable levels of noise that continue until 5am everyday. The enterance door was jammed at 10pm at night we were locked inside the building and could not get out for over an hour. During this time the host didn’t even show up. There was no communication as to what was happening. The police and firebregade came. The host is avoidant and does not like to take responsibility for the property’s flaws. I requested a refund after the first night as I could not sleep due to the bars mentioned above, she has totally dismissed and ignored my very legitimate complaint and my request is still pending due to no response from the property 5 days later😂 I asked to change rooms which was not possible and she suggested I use earplugs. Furthermore, somebody entered my room without my knowledge or consent and left earplugs on the table. When I confronted the situation I didn’t even get an apology, not even a simple ‘sorry it wont happen again’.
Polani (7/5): A great place to stay and a great value for money. All in close proximity to the property. - Location was in very close proximity to bus stops, restaurants and shopping area and, the Parliament building. There was an issue with jammed roller-gate at the entrance on the night of 6th Oct 2025. Many of us were stranded outside and inside. It took about an hour of tense moments for all of us; until the management swung into action to unlock the roller-gate. This gate should be made to work efficiently without any hassles, by the property management. Also, hot-water flow was poor in the shower system and this could be looked into by the management.
