• Roxana beatriz (4/5): - Estar cerca de Termini. Estar más cerca para no gastar tanto en medios de transportes, la habitación era muy fría ya que no funcionó bien el aire, pasó lo mismo con la ducha. No era lo ideal.. Se nos cortó la luz, envié un mensaje y nadie me respondió.
• asim (3/5): Nikad više - Lokacija Komunikacija sa objektom jako spora, bez obzira na važnost traženih informacija, kada im pošaljete poruku oni u najboljem slučeju odgovore za 5-6 sati a češće za 10 i više sati. Jedini izuzetak od navedenog je bio kada sam zamolio da mi obezbjede taxi do aerodroma i to je odrađeno na vrijeme. Kad je riječ o preuzimanju ključeva, dostavljen mi je video na kome je prikazano gdje su ključevi u kutiji i kako se preuzimaju, međutim u 22h navečer kada sam stigao kutija sa ključevima nije bila na mjestu kako je prikazano pa sam u panici zvao vlasnika i slao poruke ali se naravno niko nije javljao. Naknadno sam vidio kutiju na skroz drugom mjestu od prikazanog i srećom uspio otvoriti i ući u apartman pri čemu sam poslao poruku vlasniku da sam uspio ući. Niti na jedni poruku nije odgovoreno u narednih 12 sati. Higijena na niskom nivou, namještaj star, klima radi ali pola prednjeg dijela je odvrnuto pa sam se bojao da ne padne sa zida. Kuhinja katastrofa, suđe oskudno a i ono što ima kao da nije oprano deterdžentom posljednjih godinu dana tako da nisam ni pomislio da ga koristim. U kupatilu jako loš pritisak i teško je podesiti toplu vodu. Na umivaoniku u posudi za tečni sapun nije bilo ni kapi sapuna. Piše da apartman odnosno balkon ima pogled na grad a stvarno stanje je da apartman ne posjeduje niti jedan prozor a na mali balkon izlazite kroz trošna drvena vrata bez stakla i kada izađete na balkon ne gledate na grad nego na zatvoreni prostor između nekoliko zgrada.

• Raman (7/5): Our stay here was great, it was clean, we were able to stow our luggage here prior to check in because we were early. - The property is just as described and displayed in the pictures. It is a bit far from the city centre but it’s very quiet. The host stopped responding to questions shortly after our check in which I didn’t appreciate because we needed some help with organizing a taxi so I would have appreciated that. He was responsive in the beginning all the way to just after we checked in.

• Lorea (6/5): Solo para dormir - Buena ubicación. En general buenas instalaciones. Solamente funcionan 2 enchufes. La limpieza podría estar mejor y el colchón demasiado blanco e incómodo.

• Mª SOL (1/5): Muy cutre - La ubicación Estaba muy sucio (la cocina daba asco, el sofá muy sucio, paredes sucias) viejo y roto, descuidado (la tubería del lavabo rota y un recipiente para el agua que caía al suelo, los enchufes no funcionan o son peligrosos. Toalla desgarradas y raidas) y sin equipamiento (no había armario, perchas ni espacio para dejar la ropa por lo que no pudimos deshacer la maleta en los 4 dias que estuvimos. No había sabana para cubrir el colchón y alguna almohada no tenía funda). Objetos acumulados viejos como si fuera un almacén.

• Mindsooth (10/5): Comfortable and quiet - Located near the main train station and the center of the city. The apartment is surrounded with a non-touristic, quiet and lively area with a market for locals, many trattorias and shops that are much cheaper than in the center. The apartment itself is spacious with high ceilings and nice touches like art decor and vintage books. Comfortable bathroom with bathtub. I pointed this out as a plus because I'm from Ireland and bathtubs are a rare thing here, so taking a warm bath after a long day of walking around Rome is a huge bonus. The kitchen is tiny but has all the essentials. Some sockets are loose, especially in the kitchen. The electric kettles in the kitchen are equipped with a two-pin plugs that are thicker than all the outlets in the apartment, so they don't fit in them. I suppose the sockets are loose because guests are trying to plug into the incompatible plugs. We find the compatible extension cord in the apartment as a workaround, but I think this is a drawback that should be considered.
