- Yuliia (9/5): - Дуже чисто, чек-ін пройшов без проблем. Чудовий вид з вікна. Розташування супер для людей що люблять дивитися на кораблі та прогулюватися коло пляжів/набережної. До міста можна доїхати 6 автобусом і 7 до порту. Близько кілька супермаркетів та аптека. Ви маєте забрати за собою сміття під час чек-ауту. Бракує столику для перекусу.

- Peter (8/5): Prima appartement voor je vakantie met airco. - Makkelijk te bereiken met buslijn 6 Babin kuk naar pile ( old town).Bus gaat ook zeer regelmatig van vroeg tot laat 7dagen in de week. Kamer was keurig en schoon. De buren (een bedrijf) beginnen 7 dagen in de week tussen 4 en 5 uur s'morgens. Dus als je lekker wilt slapen raam dicht is mijn advies.

- Bartosz (7/5): - Lokalizacja sama w sobie pierwotnie wydawała się dziwna. W tym samym budynku znajduje się chyba też siłownia, coś na wzór bawialni, bądź przedszkola oraz chyba hotelu pracowniczego. Niemniej, sam teren hotelu jest oddzielony, a w pokojach jest cisza. Po krótkim czasie łatwo zauważyć, że lokalizacja jest atutem. Budynek jest oddalony od głównej drogi, a jednak w 5 minut można dostać się do głównej promenady oraz do przystanku autobusowego (np. linia 6 do starego miasta, a linią 7 dostaliśmy się z dworca autobusowego w Dubrowniku). Przestrzeń wspólna jest czysta oraz bardzo przydatna. Można skorzystać z talerzy, sztućców, otwieraczy itd., a także pralki. Lodówka znajduje się w pokoju i dobrze działa. Kontakt z obsługą jest nawiązywany poprzez WhatsApp. W dzień przylotu otrzymuje się kod do skrytki, aby odebrać klucze do pokoju. Bardzo miłe było to, że zostaliśmy przyjęci około godziny 11, mimo tego, że strona wskazywała najwcześniej na godzinę 15. Osoby wybierające opcję ze śniadaniem otrzymują codziennie link do ankiety z wyborem menu na następny dzień. Posiłek przynoszony jest między 7, a 9 (w praktyce coś około 7:30-8:20, na pewno nie później) przez Pana pukającego do pokoju w torbie papierowej. Pewnie da się to doczytać, ale ja nie zauważyłem, więc uprzedzę - nie ma ekipy sprzątającej podczas pobytu. Nie jest to dla mnie problem - w hallu można do słoika wrzucić monety i wziąć sobie np. nową rolkę papieru za 50 centów lub ręcznik za chyba 2 euro. Taki jakby mini-sklepik. Przynajmniej nikt nie wchodzi do pokoju. Klimatyzacja dziwnie działała - na 23 mroziła jak lodówka, a na 24 zachowywała się jakby była wyłączona. Śniadanie miało 4 opcje. My wybieraliśmy takie "najzwyklejsze", czyli 2 bułki, croissanta oraz szynkę, ser, masło, nutellę oraz miód w małych pudełkach. Bardzo zawiodła nas jakość pieczywa. Było nieświeże, jakby 2-dniowe i po prostu odechciewało się jeść. Niestety, nie była to sytuacja jednorazowa. Zauważyliśmy, że około 2 minuty drogi od hotelu jest całkiem fajna piekarnia - na pewno lepszy i zapewne tańszy wybór. Jak samo miejsce bardzo polecam - tak notę obniżam właśnie przez słabe, a dosyć drogie śniadania. Na pochwałę zasługuje miłe zachowanie - w ostatni dzień opuszczaliśmy hotel przed porą śniadaniową, zapowiedzieliśmy to obsłudze, aby nie marnować jedzenia. Bez żadnej prośby, sami z siebie zwrócili pieniądze za śniadanie za ten dzień.

Je ne l'ai eu qu'en contactant par whatsapp avec un longue attente ... alors que j'étais fatiguée de mon voyage. Petit-déjeuner non eu le premier jour parce que soi-disant le livreur a eu des problèmes, mais j'ai du contacté par whatsapp pour être mise au courant ... Manque de réactivité Dominuim. Ma chambre était près d'une zone de travail et j'entendais des ouvriers de bon matin ... Le voisinage de l'établissement a été bruyant constamment, gens qui parlent dans le couloir la nuit ou dans le séjour (la chambre y était tout près) machine qui tourne à 23h ...

- Ulla Bárbara (9/5): Boa localização, conforto e boa relação qualidade e preço! - Adorei o quarto espaçoso, moderno e limpo. A localização é bastante acessível e a 5 min. A pé dos autocarros para o centro, restaurantes e supermercado. A vista do quarto era maravilhosa para a zona do Porto onde via os navios cruzeiros todos os dias. Os equipamentos da área comum foram muito úteis. Havia máquina de café, cafeteira elétrica, cápsulas e bolachinhas free.

- Nicole (9/5): Happy with our stay. - We stayed for 2 nights. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. It is a quiet location. It is self check-in and the host was great to communicate with. There is a washing machine and dryer to use which we were very happy as we’d been travelling for a while. We had issues with the aircon, not getting cold despite trying the different settings. The dryer was great for the first load but the second load it wouldn’t dry properly.

Falta de limpieza muy sucio encontramos un tapón de los oídos entre las camas y falta de mantenimiento,entre otras cosas nos impactó que el detector de incendio estuviera tapado con cinta aislante,nos tocaron a la puerta para que nos fuéramos a las 10,03 AM,luz principal de la habitación fundida,dificultad para encontrar el apartamento,desayuno sin leche y azúcar.

If driving to location there are no signs on building indicating the address. Smoke detectors had masking tape completely wrapped around them.

- Denis (6/5): Correct pour 2 nuits - *L'emplacement est stratégique pour visiter Dubrovnik quand on vient en voiture. Nous avons laissé la voiture près de la chambre (places gratuites un peu plus bas) et pris un uber pour 8.40€ le trajet. Pas la peine de prendre le bus c'est guère plus cher et en voiture la zone est interdite il faut se garer dans des parkings à l'extérieur qui sont hors de prix. *A 5 min de marche plein de restaurants. *La chambre est globalement correcte mais je ne m'attendais pas à cet environnement étant donné les commentaires *La localisation dans une résidence étudiante ? *Le petit déjeuner est compris mais franchement il est vraiment pas terrible...Le pain n'est pas frais, le croissant tout mou, bon c'est passable mais vraiment pas génial. Il est servi en chambre donc quand on est 4 on ne sait pas trop où manger...il y a une cuisine commune normalement avec une cafetière dolce gusto que nous n'avons pas réussi à faire marcher...

- Michael (7/5): Far from the centre. - There was a nice bathroom. There a lot of sockets for devices. It was far out of the city centre. Tenants who sat outside the apartments were grim. Some of the furniture had been damaged. The bed was very high off the floor and didnt seem very safe.

- Bennid (7/5): Good - Lovely room, felt well put together and everything worked as it should. The management were easy to contact and responded well. Beds were big and comfy and the shower all worked well. I was worried about location, but with the city buses it's easy to get there, and a short walk to quite a lot of nice restaurants, the beach and marina. Finding it is a little tricky the first time. The AC wasn't working, but once it was reset it was great.

- Kathy (8/5): Good stay! - Room was very comfortable and clean. Airco worked nicely which was very important in the strong heat! Agent was very nice and helped us out to leave the car in the parking after checkout. Bathroom fan was noisy when bathroom lights were on. Building is a bit communal, but doesn't take away on the comfort of the room.

The apartment is right next to the bus station which takes you to the old town. You are greeted with some coffe pods when you arrive which is great There wasn't enough kitchenware. There was only 1 Big spoon, one small spoon 2 knives and no forks for 2 people. There was no shampoo included in the stay. Other than this it was great.

There was a couch that was converted into a bed for the kids, not very comfortable. I missed a bigger table for breakfast which was taken at our room. There is a small lobby that could be more interesting with a bigger table and a microwave.

- Amerigo (4/5): Dominium City Suites - It was clean The location was confusing and difficult to find, even for the taxi drivers. The signage was poorly displayed and difficult to see. There was no one to receive us or take our calls when we arrived at the airport. We never saw our host during our stay. We had to take taxi's to get anywhere. There were stairs , making getting into and out of the building difficult and challenging with a walker.

- Martyna (7/5): It was a nice place to stay if you are interested in discovering different places in Dubrovnik. - Located close by a bus station. Not far away from the old town (few bus stops). Close by a nice promenade with lots of restaurants and bars. Clean and comfortable, self checkin and checkout was very convenient. The room was new or recently renovated and looked very pleasant. Coffee machine and toaster are present in the room. Parking available (15 per day, which is relatively a low price compared to the rest of the city). As a couple, we would prefer to have a single bed instead of two double beds put together. The view from the room is not particularly nice and sometimes when we left the window open we could here lots of noise from the street (cars or workers). Fortunately the windows were noise cancelling.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Bit far from Old City. Too much light coming from the hallway through the door shells.

Nice that Ypu made an guide for tourists with recomendations. Nice paintings on the spot. Extra paid on the place of taxes & cleaning fee which was more then 10% of total amount of booking. Extra paid 0,5€ for low quality coffee pods (should be for free). First reasturant from guide recomendation wasn’t delicious food but was really expensive (Rudjer Old Town).

- Tugce (9/5): Nice stay close to the city - Clean and comfortable. But you pay high for this. 5 km to old town and €6,5 by Uber and €2 by bus per person. Car park entrance was very difficult to find with different codes. Extra payments to be made in cash (city tax and car park) not reminded by staff but then messaged.

- Andrea (9/5): Perfecto a stop over to visit Dubrovnik. - Remote from old town but central to the quarter it is located and beach. Prefer personal touch when booking and checking in/out. All went fine , communication via messenger was swift. not seeing the host in person felt a bit uncool.

- Rosario (7/5): Good - The rooms were pretty new so also the bathrooms. To collect the key was easy BUT the difficulty was to find the actual place because there was not indication on the street beyond a little sign close to the entrance which is quite hidden from the street. Arriving in the night with a Uber might give some problem. We ended up paying nearly the double of our Uber price because we made the driver wait until we were sure where we were going. This hotel allow pets and there was a dog (probably alone) locked in the room barking all night. I found it overpriced for the actual place and no service at all. As they say it it not a hotel but a self catering accommodation and I would expect to be a bit cheaper.

- Ilmannaia (6/5): Pleasant - Really it is difficult to find something of special in this Place. Perhaps I can say the shower is good and there is the A/C. Anyway the room permit us to sleep. The apartment is in a gray and sad Building full of others Little apartments. It's difficult to find the entrance. When we arrived (finally), we found a dark Hallway and bad odor at entrance. The view from the Windows is bad. The free parking is not Easy, so you could decide to pay 15 euro for day under the Building. The place is far from anything. To reach the historical center it needs 45 minutes of walking, 2 euro of bus (Always full in High seasons) or 15-20 euro of taxi.
- Nathy (9/5): definitely worth the money and we would come back - It was great to collect the keys via key box as we arrived late and nobody needed to wait for us. The room was spacious, equipped with all necessary amenities (fridge, coffeemaker, cups, cutlery etc) and clean. The location is very close to the Lapad beaches and the bus stop from Babin Kuk to Pile Gate (no 6). Close to supermarkets and centre Lapad, too. Aircon was great and quiet. The view was nice and the surroundings were good. We expected a double bed, but had a twin bed pushed together. The towels were ok, the big towels were rather small and thin. At the same time it is hot in Croatia. The walls between rooms are thin, so you can here party folk kn the other rooms.
