• Ilaria (10/5): Posizione top - Posizione super centrale e check-in semplice e rapido. Camera pulita e spaziosa. Ho apprezzato la possibilità di lasciare lo zaino in struttura anche dopo il check-out grazie alla cortesia di Maryam. Durante la notte si sentiva rumore proveniente dalla strada, ma è comprensibile vista la zona centrale e gestibile per un breve soggiorno.
• Gal (2/5): נוראי - הדבר היחיד שטוב היה המיקום לא יודעת מאיפה אפילו להתחיל. הגענו והודיעו לנו שבוקינג עשה להם אוברבוקינג ללילה האחרון שלנו ושזה בעיה שלנו אחרי קצת ריבים עם זאת שהייתה בקבלה הם כנראה נתנו לנו חדר אחר והעבירו את הבעיה למישהו אחר. החדר רועש שומעים כל רעש מבחוץ ומהחדרים האחרים ברמה שאם מישהו מוריד את המים אצלם בחדר שומעים אצלנו גם וחזק מאוד. קיבלנו מגבות עם כתמים שאני מעדיפה אפילו לא להגיד של מה. גועל נפש ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש. בנוסף נאמר לנו שיש שמירת חפצים בפועל הבנו שאין והיא התכוונה להשאיר את שה בקבלה שבכלל לא מאויישית אף פעם. לא ברור מה הבעיות של האנשים שהמליצו פה על כזה דבר לשלם על מלון ולקבל משהו שמבייש אפילו אכסנייה

Комната как будто старая,хотя на фото выглядит всё вроде идеально.Не удобные подушки,постель чистая,но без ощущения свежести,как и в целом в комнате.Нет горячей воды в душе, она слегка тёплая, слабый напор,холодильник есть, но не морозит. Не рекомендую для романтического отдыха

Kaldığım süre boyunca sessiz ve sakindi, giriş-çıkış yapmak da gayet kolay. Yalnız yorganlar nevresimsizdi, üstünde fondöten lekeleri vardı, bunun pek temiz hissettirdiğini söyleyemem. Bir de terlik olmadığı için oda içinde dolanmak konforsuzdu. Odayı paylaşacaklar kişiler için; banyoda kapı bulunmuyor. Genel olarak memnun kaldığımı söyleyebilirim. Konum harika.

Şifre vererek kapıyı açma - Konumu ve metro durağına yakınlığını Avrupa’da kaldığım en kötü oteldi. 3 gün boyunca sabah 8 de alt kattaki tadilat nedeniyle balyoz ve matkap sesiyle uyandık.Resepsiyon görevlisini ilk gün haricinde bir daha görmedik. Şifre vererek kapıyı açmak gerekiyordu. Oda çok havasız vekötü korkuyordu. Banyoda havalandırma yok.yatak sürekli ses çıkarıyor.odalar arasında izolasyon yok. Yan odanın sifon sesi bizim odadaydı.odada dolap yok. Eşyalarınızı raflara koyuyorsunuz. Buzdolabı ve oda ısıtma çalışmıyordu.gece geldiğinizde girişte ışık yanmıyor.odamızı telefonun ışığı ile bulduk. Kısacası Roma gezimizin en kötü kısmı bu konaklama oldu😤

• Zoe (2/5): Not great - Location So this is actually an Air B'nB, which I didn't realise until I got there. After they sent a couple of messages to ask my arrival time and later on if I was close by, which seemed weird, I turned up to a locked door & an intercom system. The check-in process was incredibly rushed and the receptionist (Maryan?) clearly wanted to leave asap. The room itself was clean and modern but that's where the positives end. The fridge didn't work, there was no hot water from the shower (and very low water pressure). The curtain doesn't cover the window so the room was quite light through the night. The pillows were as thin as tortilla wraps and sleep wasn't the best. The noise from the floor above of people moving about was super annoying and I could hear the people next door talking. Coming back in the evening was a bit dodge as you have a key code to enter from street level which takes you into a dark stairwell, up to the 2nd level where there is another keypad which takes you into an unmanned & unlit reception area. The room door is card accessed but there is no additional lock on the inside and I don't think it would take much to push the door open, so as a solo female traveler I didn't feel 100% safe.

• Dimitra (7/5): - Great location, beautiful room, very good host The room was really small and it could be cleaner. In some corners or under the bed you could see some dirt but it was okay. Also the pillows weren’t very comfortable and the pillowcases could easily come off so you could see the pillows inside that were dirty and it was a little bit gross. The walls weren’t soundproof so I recommend earplugs if you have a problem with that.

Also, having an espresso machine and kettle was very nice. Some lights were a bit dusty and the shower water does go a bit on the floor when getting washed, however besides that all good.

Ho avuto solo due piccoli problemi in camera la televisione non aveva canali in italiano (rai, mediaset...) e dopo diversi tentativi ho lasciato perdere ed ho utilizzato il mio smartphone. La mattina seguente, ho avuto problemi con l acqua calda era solo molto tiepida con qualche disagio per potermi custodire. Resto tutto ok, posizione eccellente :)

• Yafit (9/5): מיקום טוב ותמורה טובה למחיר - מיקום מושלם. זו פעם שלישית שלי ברומא ולדעתי זה המיקום הכי טוב שיש. זה גם קרוב לתחנת מטרו, למי שמגיע בתחב"צ זה מאוד נוח. צוות נחמד. החדר יחסית מרווח. מפנקים מאוד ביחס למחיר- יש מכונת קפה עם קפסולות שאפשר לקחת עוד, כל יום שמים 2 בקבוקי שתייה... הייתי במלונות יוקרה שלא היו שמים כל יום בקבוקי מים וקפסולות. סה"כ תמורה טובה למחיר. יש כמה דברים שהפריעו לי, אבל אולי לאחרים זה לא משמעותי- אין בידוד נגד רעשים. זה לא מלון אלא דירה שחילקו ל4 יחידות אירוח, אז שמעתי את האורחים בחדר לידי כאילו הם איתי בחדר. גם המקום נמצא על רחוב מרכזי אז יש רעש של אוטובוסים ועוד מהרחוב. אבל ידעתי מראש שזה רחוב עמוס אז הבאתי אטמי אוזניים. הוילונות לא מכסים טוב את החלונות ונכנס אור בבוקר. בנוסף, הייתי ממליצה לשים סגר ביטחון או מנעול פנימי לדלתות, בשביל תחושת ביטחון נוספת.

From the first night to the last, almost everything was a problem. • Heating was horrible – either not working properly or completely inadequate. The room was uncomfortable and impossible to relax in. • Curtains do not close the windows at all. Light comes in from outside, making it impossible to sleep, especially at night and early morning. • Hot water was unreliable and poorly regulated. Showering was a daily frustration. • Bathroom drain was blocked – water would not go out, leaving the floor flooded. Completely unacceptable. • Wi-Fi was basically useless – extremely weak signal, unstable, and often not working at all. • Minibar does not work – no cooling, no temperature change, nothing. Just an empty box. • Bed was terrible – noisy, uncomfortable, and the linen felt poor quality. Every movement made noise, ruining sleep. In addition, the photos are misleading. The room is presented online as a decent size, but in reality it is very, very small, far smaller than it appears in the pictures and barely functional. And these are just the main issues. There were many more problems, too many to list individually. I have stayed in many hotels in different countries, including budget ones, and I have never experienced such a large number of basic failures in one place. This hotel does not meet even the minimum standards for comfort or functionality. I strongly do not recommend staying here unless you want constant problems, bad sleep, and frustration.
