The kitchen was useful. Staff responded to questions right away. Nothing. All was good for the fee charged.

• Tamera (8/5): Good for early-morning flights - Our room facing the inner courtyard proved to be clean and relatively quiet, except for occasional noise from a nearby room or apartment. The bed was firm yet comfortable, but the overall furnishings appeared dated. Closet space was sufficient, and an old mini-fridge allowed us to store a couple of yogurts. Otherwise, the shared kitchen provided the only means to boil water or prepare coffee; a few coffee pods were offered on a tray in our room. The cleaning staff were friendly. Easy yet safe walkability to the Termini was Anthony 47's best feature. The lobby, hallway, and shared kitchen space are relatively dark and uninviting. As mentioned, the furnishings appeared dated.

Там було все необхідне: кавоварка, чайник, мікрохвильова, холодильник, посуд, каструлі, миючі засоби, серветки і т. інше. Кавові капсули, чай, цукор, сіль. Кімната невеличка але затишна. Ми були з 16-22 листопада і в кімнаті було тепленько. Є батарея з регулятором. Ванна дуже чистенька. Здивували скляні перегородки в душі. Після прийому душу вони залишалися чисті як нові!👍🏻Постіль свіжа та чиста. Подушки дуже зручні. Є з кухні вихід на затишну терасу у квітучий дворик. Покоївки дуже милі, доброзичливі. Гарно прибирали якщо була необхідність і з нашого дозволу. Зустріла нас мила дівчина. Ми вже онлайн зробили реєстрацію тому за 5 хвилин вже провівши інструкцію нас заселили. Район тихий. Хоча і дуже близько до всього! Метро Castro Pretoria 5 хвилин пішки, автобуси 3-7 хвилин пішки, Termini 10-12 хвилин пішки, визначні памʼятки 20 -30 хвилин пішки . Conad (продуктовий магазин) 6 хвилин пішки. Нам все сподобалось і головне що зручне розташування водночас спокійна вуличка . Для нас було головним щоби ми після прогулянок Римом було де спокійно відпочити! Дякуємо Вам!

• Morteza (7/5): Overall, my stay was convenient thanks to the excellent location and friendly staff, but the room’s condition and lack o - The property is located in the city center, very close to Rome’s main sights and right next to the metro and Termini central station. The room was clean, and the staff were very welcoming. The kitchen was nice and well equipped. The room was cleaned every day, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I stayed in Room No. 3 at Anthony 47 for 7 nights with my family of four. The room was very dark and felt old — the wardrobes looked like they were from the last century, and the kitchen utensils were quite worn out. The property was also difficult to find when we arrived late in the evening, as there were no visible signs. You have to rely on the photos on their website or WhatsApp to locate it. On the first night, my entire family was bitten by mosquitoes. I reported this to the reception and asked them to spray the room while we were out, but no action was taken. I also saw my friend’s room in another building (Anthony Guest House 30, Room No. 3), which was much better than mine, even though we paid the same price.

Also all the tourists places are kinda near . For us it was first difficult to find the room because of the construction going around here.
• Evelyn (7/5): - Located on a quiet street very close to the Metro and 10 min walk to Termini. Shared kitchen was useful to prepare a quick breakfast or heat something in the oven or microwave. We were in room 3 which was comfortable and spacious. Overall a very comfortable stay. The desk could have been larger which would have been useful for a room sleeping 3. Towels were very thin and rough. I was asked to pay 50 Euro for 3 heavily worn and thin hand towels on my 2nd last night (of a 7 night stay) as they apparently had permanent stains from by daughter washing her feet. I requested the towels back - only got 1 but was able to hand wash the so called stains in the bathroom sink in less than a minute. Questioned the charge and it was dropped. The saga which resulted in numerous messages left a bad overall impression.

• Martin (6/5): Great Location and Staff, but Comfort Affected by AC and Noise - What I liked: Central location with excellent access to bus routes, the metro, and Rome’s main train station. The room was spacious, with a very large bed. Both the room and bathroom were clean, as expected, and there was convenient access to shared kitchen facilities in the common area. Staff were responsive on WhatsApp and it was quite affordable for such a central stay. What I didn’t like: The air conditioning was not working when we arrived. Initially, I was told to wait, but when we returned in the evening it still wasn’t working. Staff were responsive on WhatsApp and one person came out and tried to diagnose the issue for about 40 minutes, but couldn’t fix it, saying a technician would need to come the following day. When I asked if we could move rooms for the night, I was told there were no available or ready rooms, and that we could only move if it wasn’t fixed the next day. No fan or alternative was offered, so it was quite miserable to sleep in a very warm room in Rome. No compensation was offered. When the AC did work, it was mild even on the maximum setting, but at least it allowed us to get some sleep. The walls do not block noise from outside or other rooms. Heavy doors slam when people come and go, conversations carry easily, and traffic noise is audible (though the area isn’t very busy). Staff start cleaning around 8–9am, and the noise from vacuuming and other work disturbed my partner’s sleep as the room is on the ground floor with a window facing the street. Personally, as a heavy sleeper, I wasn’t too bothered by the noise, but for light sleepers like my partner, it was an issue—bring earplugs. The shower head also needs maintenance—some outlets are clogged, which affects the experience of what should be a pleasant rainfall shower. More attention to detail here would improve the stay.

• Amy (10/5): Anthony 47 is our go to place when we stay in Rome! - This is the fourth time we have stayed at Anthony 47. The location is great-10 min walk from Termini and in a nice neighborhood.There are two grocery stores within five mins walk and a bunch of restaurants.There is a metro station like two mins walk from here too! The rooms are always clean here and the staff is very accommodating.The shared kitchen and fridge are a great size and are well stocked with supplies to cook your own meals.The normal rooms here are great but I would highly recommend the Jr suite-this was our first time staying in this room and it just had so much more space and a much bigger bathroom! Our only complaint is the lack of sound proofing.You could definitely hear other people moving around and talking.This one con is far outweighed by all of the good things here!

There is a kitchen where you can make tea/coffee and even cook. Hotel is located close to the metro/bus stop and not far from the railway station. At the same time neighbourhood is quiet and safe. There are embassies nearby so plenty of police. Grocery store is down the street. There is AC, but it seems it's a central system for the whole building - you cannot actually control it. It was a bit warm in the room as the weather was quite hot.

Not soundproof enough, you can hear everything happening inside and outside the hotel. The wood blinds let the light pass through, which was inconvenient for me.
• Krzysztof (10/5): Good enough - I stayed there 2 weeks and I got everything I needed: a comfortable bed, fridge, private bathroom with shower and bidet, the access to a shared but well-equipped kitchen. Everyday I got free coffee capsules and a room cleaning service. I had to pay an extra charge for a check-in after 20.00!!! Yes!!! It wasn't at midnight or so!!! I think it is an exaggeration and an attempt to force some extra money. I deeply disapprove such practices which become more and more common these days.

• Amy (9/5): Great place to stay close to Termini! - This is the third time we have stayed at this property, and it is really a terrific place to stay! It is clean and modern and very comfortable. The shower was a good size and the bed was comfy. There is a small kitchen area with a stove and fridge and eating area provided for communal use, and it includes a coffee maker and pannini press. There is also a fridge in the room. The manager, Antonio, is very attentive, and responds quickly to messages. He was very accommodating and flexible and even met us early before check in time so that we could get into the property. The location is terrific-a 6-7 min walk from Termini Station and on a safe street. There is a bar and a Conad grocery store within 4-5 min walk. This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the train and subway, and is only 20 or so min walk to most of the major attractions. The coffee machine was broken:(But everything else was fantastico!!

• Jelena (9/5): Nice property in a great location. - Location is great, metro is really close and 1 stop from central hub (Termini), couple of nice restaurants and stores 5-10 mins away (recommendation for Vicenzo Capuano and Gelateria La Romana). Accommodation matches the photos and descriptions, so what you see is what you get - nice room with a bathroom, also kitchen/dinning room in the shared area. Good service (we didn't wait for the hosts or response when we arrived/had questions). Short room cleaning is done every day, towels changed on request (towel on the floor is considered a request) or on every 3rd day (sheets changed on 3rd day as well). Baggage storage was simple to arrange and could be picked up whenever after checking out which was useful for our last day of stay. Nothing to really complain about, bed is a bit hard (wasn't a problem for us, just compared to a "usual" bed). AC is central and was cooling a lot and all the time (we didn't mind, but I assume it could be a small issue for someone who avoids it during the night or something similar). We didn't ask for changes in the AC since it was ok for us, maybe it can be adjusted for your stay if there's a need.

• Ana (10/5): Comfort just next to the transport to the airport and a walk from the center - Comfort and quiet, the perfect combination for a good night of sleep after a busy day. The salle de bains were very good, spacious, and clean.
• Carolina (10/5): Recommended! - Everything was very good. The staff was super nice and willing to help and the location is exceptional, just a few minutes walking from Termini and it is also very easy to reach touristic points by walking. There is no breakfast but there is a shared kitchen and coffee machine to be used, which is great. The room is very comfortable. The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing of the rooms; when there were people eating in the kitchen or hanging around the small common room, there was a lot of noise in the room (I understand it could be the group itself which was noisy, but still :) ) Anyway, I still recommend it a lot!
• Nadiya (10/5): Exceptional - This is an excellent budget friendly accommodation. Rooms are clean specious, kitchen is well equipped, wifi was working well and the outdoor terass was a pleasant bonus.
• Kalyani (8/5): Overall good option in Rome. Earlier heating was not working. They provided AC, so it was okay late. -

• Suzanne (10/5): Great location & helpful staff. - Staff were excellent. Helpful. Kitchen was well stocked w. Needed utensils. Needed another chair or 2. Another table would have been helpful. But staff allowed us to use common chairs during our stay & that worked.

• Hassan (9/5): A great value of money and definitely would stay again - The location was few mins walk from main railway station. Situated in nice and calm area. The rooms are quite large and The staff were quite welcoming and arranged a complimentary drinks at our arrival. A small decent kitchen with variety of tea and coffee options and all essentials for self cooking since they don’t serve breakfast. Not dislike but caution as reception is only available in day time but you can have contact number to get any support during stay.
