- Tobby (2/5): Worst experience ever in Taiwan! - Truly, this is the worst experience I have ever had in Taiwan. The photos shown in the website look fine. However, the room is poorly maintained, the washroom is stinky, and the environment is so noisy. I checked in myself at night, and the journey was unpleasant. I spent about 30 minutes to deal with the process, and the password given is wrong. Once I moved in, I was so unsatisfying with it. I cannot believe such a poor room cost me 100usd a day. With the risk of wasting the money, I chose to move to another reasonable hotel immediately. I should just say this is the worst experience I have ever had in Taiwan.
- Eric (10/5): Convenient location, helpful staff - Located right in the heart of the gay neighborhood, close to bars and restaurants, and steps away from the station to access the rest of the city. Being close to the action means it gets a bit noisy at night, but the convenience of the location outweighs it for me. Laundry facility on site and staff were very nice and helpful.
- King Chun (6/5): - 職員態度友善，飯店位置優良，在西門町核心位置，鄰近捷運站，方便到不同地方，價錢合理。 缺席：隔音差，夜晚容易聽到隔壁房間的聲音，嚴重影響睡眠質素。
- Zhi Hao (8/5): - Good location in Ximending but sound proofing can be improved. There was a family that was having very loud conversation and with kids crying from 11pm - 2am in the morning during our 1 day stay at the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly and room condition is good.
- Yuk Ying (10/5): 較適合年輕人 - 房間佈置合理可放2個行李箱 有免費洗衣機 但電視頻道用google與一般家用的不同.距西門地鐵站很近 樓下很多夜店較吵.
- TAE HYUN (8/5): 청결x, 관리x - 얼리 체크인이 좋았지만, 청결이 안좋습니다. 그리고 새벽에 술취한 사람이 전 객실에 노크를 하고 시끄럽게 하는데 프론트가 비어 있어서 그 날 잠을 전부 설쳤습니다. 제지할 사람이 필요합니다.

- mikyung (8/5): 생각보다 좋고 직원들이 친절해요 - 주말에 타이베이 숙소 예약하기가 너무 어려워서 어쩔 수 없이 선택했던 숙소였는데 의외로 좋았어요. 직원들도 친절하구요. 엘리베이터 바로 옆 방이었는데, 창문에 실외기 소리가 큰 거 빼고는 소음도 없었어요. 다만 화장실이 장애인용화장실처럼 생겼는데 하루종일 환풍기를 켜놔도 바닥의 물이 다 마르질 않아요. 그래도 룸클리닝 부탁드리니까 화장실 바닥까지 뽀송하게 청소해주셨답니다. 시먼역에서 5분이면 가는 위치라서 위치가 제일 좋았어요. 호텔 자체가 고급진 느낌이나 새거 같은 느낌은 아니지만, 침대가 편하고 깨끗해서 만족했습니다.

- Ling Kiu (4/5): - 入住時碰到裝修 天拿水的氣味一堆傳來房子 8點就裝修令人無法安睡 去旅行大家都是睡飽就去玩 一早被吵醒 真的弄壞心情 另外我們外出時 不應打開我們房間給裝修師傅進行維修 雖說有職員在旁看管 但還是不恰當 理應先通知住戶 職員長期找不到人 要使用line進行聯絡 但聯絡了又找不到人回覆
- Hermogenes Aaron (10/5): Vacation stay - Positives: Excellent location in Ximending area. Clean and complete hotel facilities and amenities as published. Reasonably priced. Negatives: Noise issues with adjacent room (we occupied room 405) due to poor sound insulation of wall. Difficulty in finding the hotel at night due to inconspicuous location of the signage which at the same time is not lit.

- Paul (10/5): Large family room in a great part of Taipei - We really enjoyed the stay. We had five people in our family and it was a three bedroom facility with a sitting room. The heatpumps worked very well, keeping the temperature comfortable. The hotel was very convenient in a nice walking area. It was a little difficult to find after traveling to Taiwan from the US but we found our way. We added an extra night and they let us keep the same room. The only issue was coming home late after a day of touring the city to find our key didn't work, but we called the front desk (after hours) and they helped us get into the room.
