I have to sing Marvin’s praises. He’s very knowledgeable of the area. He made excellent restaurant recommendations. As seniors he was very patient explaining the quirky entry system. He was nothing short of super. Realized once we got there that this was a really congested area. Central but too many tourists. (Ha ha .

- Tsuf (10/5): Wonderful stay - The staff were fantastic hosts, patient, informative and helpful with even with smallest things like an umbrella on a rainy day. The location is very lively and active, a reasonable walking distance to most attractions and sites. The hotel also allowed for a paid late checkout which was (in our mind) well worth it for our late night flight home. The hotel has an elevator but note that the floors of the elevator and the floor of the rooms have half a floor between them, so when carrying many suitcases and small children, this could be a bit of an inconvenience. However, but when we checked in and checked out, the staff gave us a hand with the luggage, since we were also carrying a baby with us, which was very helpful.

Check-in and luggage storage were smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were always helpful and responsive. The room was also comfortable with enough space to open our luggages comfortably. One day we got completely drenched in the rain, and we really appreciated that the staff provided a heater to help us dry our clothes. We were very satisfied with our stay, but it would be even better if the shower drained faster and the hairdryer was more modern and powerful.

There‘s a nice breakfast-place just across the street & we enjoyed to start our days with cappuccino & panini 👍 Our room was spacy & nice, the bathroom was spacious & clean. We can definitly recommend it for a city-trip to Rome! Nothing. If you want to be petty, the lift to the 4th floor was bit slow. But all buildings in Rome are old, so just enjoy the ride ;)

- Mateusz (10/5): Fantastic stay in the heart of Rome! - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel ❤️The location is unbeatable - right by Piazza Navona and within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see. Having so many charming cafes, bars, and shops right at our doorstep was a huge bonus! The room was surprisingly spacious for Rome and kept spotless throughout our trip thanks to the diligent daily housekeeping. It was also great to have an elevator, which made our stay even more comfortable. What really stood out, however, was the lovely lady at the reception. She was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. Even though we arrived early, she allowed us to store our luggage, and since our room was already prepared, she let us check in ahead of time, which we truly appreciated after our journey. It’s rare to find such a combination of a perfect location and such a personal, helpful approach. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-managed place in Rome, this is it. Highly recommended! 🫶🏻 Just a small side note: the hair dryer requires you to hold the button down the entire time to work. Holding it for 15 minutes was quite a challenge, and it kept turning off if I let go slightly. However, this is a very minor detail compared to all the wonderful positives we experienced!

Conveniently located to restaurants, convenience shops, grocery stores, etc. The staff were so kind and thorough in providing recommendations around the city, organizing taxis, and offering general assistance. My only complaint was that the elevator was quite small for my multiple bags. But it did not ruin my experience in the slightest!

- Martina (10/5): Ein ruhiges Zimmer mitten im Geschehen. - Das Zimmer war klein aber fein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt mit der Art der Einrichtung und den ansprechenden Kunstbildern. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer belebten, gemütlichen Gasse mit vielen Restaurants und kleinen Läden. Da unser Zimmer zum Innenhof ausgerichtet war, war es absolut ruhig, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Ein- und Auschecken war sehr unkompliziert und wir konnten das Gepäck am Abreisetag noch deponieren. Wir sind von hier aus zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten gelaufen und hätten uns keine bessere Wohnlage vorstellen können. Eine Möglichkeit, um die Kleider zu verstauen. The location was great and everything was very walkable! Easily accessible and felt very safe! The man at reception when we checked in was super helpful, showed us a map and talked us through a suggested itinerary for our 3 night stay and the team were available for all questions and recommendations which was great! Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and would stay again next time we visit Rome!

E in piu' nel bagno si sentiva l'odore Di umidita'... Per finire Questa stanza Nuova come ci e' stato detto era Nuova !!! Ma il problema e' lo standard à 1 metro della Nostra stanza... Vi lascio immagginare.. Vista camera umidita nel bagno e standard troppo vicino alla Nostra stanza.. Da prevedere una ports per l'isolazione

- Kathy (10/5): - This property is an excellent choice. My family stayed in the two bedroom condo which was comfortable, clean and safe. We were able to walk to the major areas of Rome and many excellent dining options. There is even a grocery store where we bought breakfast items and snacks. The staff arranged excellent airport pickup and Taxi to train station to travel to our next adventure. The staff was able to answer our travel questions. Look no further for the best place to stay in Rome. Most of all felt safe. We will book again .

The place was excellent – beautifully kept, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Rome, close to all the major sights, yet tucked away in a quiet spot that gave us a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. At check-in, the staff made some excellent recommendations, helping us plan our two short days in Rome by suggesting where to visit and where to eat. It really made the most of our time. Perfect mix of convenience, calm, cleanliness, and outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Staff really helpful - recommending places to go and booked us a living rooftop bar for drinks More storage for clothes - some drawers would be helpful - not a deal breaker

- Mark (8/5): - The location was ideal for is as we wanted to be in the heart of everything which we were! The check in was not your typical desk with staff. We met the two very helpful ladies and got an explanation of the area and the key to the room. The room was adequate for size and bathroom - no view from the room but we were not planning on spending much time in the room as there was too much to see in Rome! There was a wonderful street Bar right outside our door that we finished off every night by visiting. We were in our “hood” we said but very safe feeling area with nightlife all around. The cost for the room was inexpensive so if you are not looking for luxury then this is a very good option. We would stay here again.
- Kelly (10/5): Charming - Great location. Walked to Vatican City and Colosseum. Lots of great restaurants around. The dinner spot front desk recommended was so good we went twice. The recommended lunch place was not great. Hot in room at night but that seems to be worse at other hotels. Charming and quiet. We’d definitely stay here again!

- Yvonne (10/5): - I only stayed for one night, but everything was perfect. Communication was smooth and prompt from start to finish. The space was beautifully decorated and very well-maintained. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable, with plenty of plush pillows and luxurious linens. The room I chose was quiet and spacious—easily suitable for two people—and featured a large, bathroom with plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Also, reliable internet and strong AC. It was very peaceful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities: a nice-sized fridge, complimentary bottled water, a kettle with tea bags—ideal for tea drinkers like me. The location couldn't have been better—just behind Piazza Navona, placing me right in the heart of everything. A special thank you to Charmaine, who went above and beyond by bringing all my luggage to the room while I was out for lunch. She even took the time to hang up my sweater and texted to let me know everything was ready for check-in whenever I was. Initially, I had some concerns about the lack of a dedicated private entrance, but as soon as I rang the hotel’s dedicated buzzer, I was warmly greeted and assisted with my suitcases right away. I would definitely stay again.
