• Michelle (8/5): Great little place in a great area - Location was fantastic! The host was very responsive. Location close to transit, sights, restaurants and felt very safe and beautiful. It was nice to have a kitchen and laundry available. We were on the top floor- no lift/elevator making it very difficult with heavy luggage. The stairs are narrow making carrying luggage even more difficult. If you’re older, have mobility issues I’d advise booking on the first floor.
• magi_system (9/5): Fantastica posizione per visitare Londra - La gestione è favolosa, reattivi ai messaggi e molto disponibili. Il nostro appartamento al primo piano affacciava sia davanti che sul retro, una piccola via silenziosissima, dove era posizionata la camera da letto, siamo riusciti a dormire in modo ottimale. La posizione è comodissima, in quartiere è molto curato, pieno di locali e pub, inoltre in un paio di minuti a piedi si raggiunge la stazione di Paddington che permette di visitare tutta la città con le varie linee della metro. Unica pecca è stata la ventilazione del bagno, piuttosto rumorosa. Sempre in bagno consiglierei una manutenzione e profonda pulizia del soffione della doccia.

• Benjamin (8/5): Idéal pour deux personnes mais pas plus - L'emplacement, la proximité de la gare et des commerces, le calme du quartier. Même si nous n'avons pas rencontré nos hôtes, ils ont été vraiment adorables et à l'écoute avec nous, nous avons pu déposer nos valises bien avant l'heure car nous sommes arrivés du matin. Nous avons réservé pour deux adultes et 3 enfants, mais à aucun moment l'appartement n'est fait pour 5 personnes... Les pièces sont toutes petites (3 en tout), la cuisine pas vraiment adaptée, de plus à 5 le canapé lit était déplié ce qui prenait toute la place dans la cuisine... Il n'y avait qu'un seul vrai lit (tout petit qui plus est), deux lit de camp avec des matelas d'appoint, et le canapé lit. Mise à part ça, il y avait une machine à café, un grille-pain, un petit four combiné... De quoi dépanner pour une nuit mais certainement pas plus...
• Marianne (9/5): Perfekk - Reste ensam. Studion liten/kompakt men inte trång för en person. Köksvrån välutrustad med mikro, tvättmaskin, brödrost o spis. Badrummet och duschen mycket snygga. Ingen heltäckande matta utan trägolv. Läget toppen, ett stenkast från Paddington station, vilket är utmärkt om man väljer Elisabeth line från Heathrow, och bara ett par minuter från Hyde Park. Ganska lyhört från gatan.
• Nicole (4/5): too expensive for what it was, unfortunately. - Check in was fine, neighbourhood was great. The apartment was much smaller than shown in the pictures and most of all, it was very cold! Heating only worked during day time, portable heater was just in one room. So we didn't really feel like spending time in the apartment, and of course not feeling like cooking and eating there.
• sophie (9/5): appartement 12 tres bien !! - -L'appartement etait tres bien situé: Proche metro, restaurant, epicerie. -Nous avions L'appartement 12 au 4ieme et dernier etage : propre, Traversant et lumineux. -La chambre donne coté cours et etait tres calme. -Le check in et check out tres facile et la communication tres bonne et claire avec l'hote. Ce n'etait pas genant pour nous mais attention : 4 etages sans ascenseur et escalier etroit.

• Janna (8/5): Good. - Location was excellent. It’s near to a lot of stations. Check in was also very easy and staffs are always responsive to texts. They also allow to leave luggage. Only after checking in I realised they don’t do daily room clean up and that if I want to clean my room I need to do it myself, ie the reply I got was “Vacuum is located at xxx, you may return it back after using it.” Heater in the room was central, so on really cold nights you can’t adjust the heater to make it warmer. While they allow to leave luggage, it is only until 2pm. Thus if you have later flights, this is not ideal.

Como não precisamos usá-la, não fez muita diferença pra nós, mas para viajantes que estão contando com essa comodidade, pode fazer falta. O banheiro é bem pequeno.

Only one bed made when we arrived. Had booked for 5 people. Only communication via WhatsApp so had to go find more bedding and make ourselves.

• Louise (10/5): We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Thames Residencss. We felt very comfortable and safe, in a perfect location. - We liked the location. We felt safe. We could walk about and the tube station was near by. The room was ideal for me and my daughter. It was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen facilities were all excellent spec. The bathroom seemed new. Loved the warm towel rail. The staff were excellent. And our main contact on booking.com was very kind and attentive. We felt that the room could have done with a couple of small lamps, otherwise the room felt very bright.

The room cleanliness was very good and the layout of the room was good. Kitchen facilities in studio were decent, in case didnt want to eat out. Having more complimentary teabags and milk sachets would have been better.

• Rashmi (1/5): Fraud fraud fraud - This property is Fraud. The hotel manager is very rude and he threatened me many times. I booked this property by mistake, and then I asked him to change the dates. They did not change the dates when I arrived to the hotel. They cancelled my booking on the spot and they were giving false messages to Booking.com that she has not come. I had a very bad experience. Please do not this property, the hotel Manager and everybody is Fraud. There is no reception. Please do not invest your money in bad Property the Property next to them. Is very nice. The property manager is very rude. He did not solve my problem. He cancelled my booking when I came all the way taking the flight from India and he was not taking calls. They do not help the customer. They are just there to make the money and there are many fraud cases happening in that property. Please do not book this property.

• Belinda (8/5): I would definitely return, much more space than a hotel and everything you need to feel at home - From the outside the faded paint on the door suggested a property in bad repair. However we were amazed and pleasantly surprised to find an immaculate apartment with everything we needed to feel at home, even a washing machine! Third floor

• Justine (9/5): - Appartement très sympa, à 5 min à pieds de la gare de Paddington donc très bien placé pour visiter tout Londres. Il y avait du thé et du café a disposition, une carafe d'eau mise au frais pour notre arrivée donc des attentions très appréciables. Le logement est propre et joliment décoré. Rien a redire. Tout était top mais le canapé lit un peu dur. Le matelas dans la chambre est bien mieux. Le quartier est calme mais par contre on entend les voisins marcher au dessus.

• Franziska (9/5): Overall a good stay and I would stay again - -Easy check in with code - Appartement was clean - For my stay it had everything I needed - flats are poorly soundproofed. Someone downstairs had the washing machine on during night and the whole flat vibrated and woke me up around 5am

• Rhona (6/5): Great location. Expensive. - The location was great. Close to Paddington 3 minutes. Surrounding area good for walk in Hyde Park/ Kensington Gardens. Nice selection of restaurants and bars. We needed four beds. The bed set up was not what was expected. The double bed in bedroom was small. In my opinion only suited for one but it was comfortable . There is only one bedroom. The sofa bed in living area was adequate. There were two fold up beds for daughters who are 20 and 17. For the price paid we expected proper single beds. Fold up beds aren’t really suited to everyone.

• Joanna (7/5): The convenient location surpassed any minor difficulties - A convenient location. Well equipped and quite comfortable with a helpful host. This is a small basement studio apartment which is a bit cramped if there is a lot of luggage and the double bed is located along the wall and accessible from one side only.
• Ron (9/5): Very nicely appointed flat, with a great location close to Lancaster Gate at Hyde Park - Staff was very helpful in caring for our luggage, as we arrived before the flat was available. HVAC is centrally controlled, so we could not adjust temperature. Also, no ceiling fans, so it was a little 'stuffy' a couple of nights.

• Yseen (7/5): Good - was clean, good location All nights they turned the heater off and my 2 years old child get sick and i even not feel good because of this issue. I did contact them many times and they just keep saying the heater system turn off automatically which is nonsense. just keep lying we will never go back. Also, who is reading my review and have a child do not choice this apartments because there is no any safety matters for your child. The apartment we have been was split and they pot a bed on the top of stairs and called a bedroom sounds is funny but it is a real just consider it if you have children however over that bed was a bank bed which was looks scary to not child fallen down. thats why we did not sleep on that scary bedroom and sleep on the sofa bed which was super uncomfortable in my entire life. Hope it can help people specially who have children because children are treasure for any parents.

• David (8/5): Overall a lovely property in a great location. Staff were very responsive to my messages and repaired the couch bed the - Great location close to Paddington station, connecting bus services and Hyde Park. Supermarket was a short 15 minute walk and the juliette balcony was beautiful. Whilst the walls were well insulated, the ceilings were not. The young family above us on level 2 were awake very early every morning! Fold out couch bed was basic and the frame collapsed after first sitting on the edge. Traffic noise was obvious on the first floor given that the windows were not insulated.
• Annelliey (9/5): Great location, comfortable flat 5 minutes from Waterloo. - Lovely smart but Homely flat, 5 minutes from Waterloo and all its links (including the Express to Heathrow), Hyde Park, and lots of useful shopping. Very quiet (for inner London) bedroom overlooking a gorgeous Mews. Only on the 1st floor of the building (not Ground), which doesn't have a lift, but also doesn't have masses of other flats so very little coming and going noise from other flats. The Massive juliette balcony window floods the room with light and air. Listed as having a balcony or terrace, it doesn't have what could be called a usable outside balcony, but the juliette balcony does add to the flat. Standard double bed, it's a good sized double room, but the bed is a tad on the smaller size if you're used to anything bigger.
• Sellers (7/5): Great location for exploring London - Great location, clean. Communication was efficient. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets near by for supplies We were in apartment 10 which was on the 3rd floor. With 4 big cases an no lift this was difficult

Clean . The host is very good in arrangement before arrival . Instruction was very clear and the host is very helpful where you can store your luggage until 2pm . The apartment is clean and comfort too . There are no coffee or tea provided I. The apartment . It will be good if the host can provide teas and coffees 😊

• Ellie (8/5): Very good - Excellent central location on a lovely street right in the heart of the city. The apartement had everything we needed including an iron, hairdryer and a pretty decent kitchen and bathroom.

However was only 1 bedroom- no rebate offered. Flat ok for 2 but advertised as up to 6! Would be a sofa and 2 fold up single beds with no remaining floor space so would recommend for no more than 2 people. (2 adults + 2 small children)
