• Svita Morava (9/5): Pěkné ubytování s velkou terasou. Kavárny a obchůdky v okolí. - Úžasná poloha střešního bytu s velkou terasou. Ideální lokalita pro výlety. Nákupní zážitek z pátečního farmářského trhu o tři ulice výše. Večerní výhled z terasy. Rád budu doporučovat. I přesto že jsme už týden před příjezdem komunikovali o možnosti dřívějšího check-inu a já jsem respektoval že není možnost dřívějšího ubytování, majitel nezvládl organizačně úklid před příjezdem (omlouval se na problém s hustou dopravou v Aténách) a obvyklý check-in se ještě víc opozdil. Paní uklizečka dělala co mohla, za to jí děkujeme. Věřím že problém chec-inu byl ojedinělý.

• Daria (1/5): The worst experience with the host - Nothing because of the host I didn’t stay there even for one night even though I booked for 4 nights My review will be only about the host,it was the WORST EVER Apartment was same like on the picture,few things need to be fixed like air conditioner,one of them not working at all and it’s very old We checked in and first thing it was VERY STRONG SMELL OF PAINT,we opened all windows,the smell still same strong,we closed because its winter and whether was really cold to keep windows open,i went to the bathroom to wash my hands,after one second it started leaking,water was coming up from the floor next to the toilet,i ended up in swimming pool after one min.I called the host tell him about this smell and bathroom problems,and I was very clear said that i cannot stand this smell for 4 nights it is not only not pleasant smell but can cost a health problems,and I would like to have refund ,because I will book another option ,he said that he will fix the problem with bathroom in an hour ,my question about how he is going to fix this bad smell ,he just ignored,i said what if I’m allergic …he ignored again and said that he can’t give refund this is impossible with is very possible and easy,he just doesn’t want to They offer me air freshener ,air freshener and paint smell can be very good combination only for torture🤦🏽‍♀️and suggest to open the windows in December) Booking .com teams talk to him twice he keeps telling that the refund is not possible and this smell is from somewhere outside which is fine but this is not a guest problem,i booked 4nights to enjoy my stay not to torture myself there I can’t recommend any property from this company,I will avoid everything with the same company name

• Hernando A (6/5): Bad communication - The only time they responded to us was to confirm check in and check out. We had 1 air conditioner in the main living room which was not working, we would need to reset the water heater every couple of hours for hot water if we wanted hot water, they only gave us 1 set of keys , they only left us 2 rolls of toilet paper and communion was terrible. I left several messages with no response. The place was nice in a convenient location. It was clean.
• Cihan (8/5): Great, happy to stay there again… - Location, terrace, hygiene and customer service are great! The stairs in the apartment is too tight, but there is another stairs going up in the terrace which should be kept open. Upper floor might get hot during a hot summer day, an isolation work can help perhaps. AC helps when you need it though.
