She was courteous, friendly and threw in an extra for us which uplifted our stay and made it even more relaxing. Just what we needed after a very long haul flight with a stop over. I stood my ground & got the room at no extra charge or inconvenience despite the check in staff telling me there were building repairs on the floor that had rooms available so my rest would be affected . I told them I that l did not mind only to find no renovations in progress at all. I felt it was a way to persuade me to pay more which l feel is very unprofessional.
