• Piers (8/5): Meet up to our expectations! - Location! And the great customer service during check in and any questions we had were answered straight away! A bit noisy in the nearby area and inside the building as well - but of course this is not the owners fault.

• Sabine (9/5): - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Zu Fuß kann man ganz Rom erkunden. Die Wohnung samt Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hier könnte an einigen Stellen nachgebessert werden. Aufgrund des tollen Wetters waren wir aber selten in der Wohnung, so dass es uns nicht gestört hat.

• Maria (1/5): Never again - The location is very good Very disappointing stay. The photos are misleading and do not reflect the real condition of the property. The room was full of mold, especially in the bathroom, which is unacceptable. The “very good breakfast” is just a coffee and a croissant. There also seem to be no house rules—guests in another room were making loud noise at night, and we couldn’t sleep for two of the three nights.
• Cristiana (10/5): Soggiorno stupendo - Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo. La pulizia al top. La posizione e' davvero strategica: e' vicino al vaticano e a 10 min dalla fermata della metro. E' una zona ricca di servizi: ristoranti,bar,supermercati, negozi vari. E poi, Luigi, e' un ragazzo davvero disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. Per noi, sara' sempre il nostro punto di riferimento per i nostri soggiorni a Roma!

Śniadania we włoskim stylu w restauracji na dole. Możliwość pozostawienia bagaży nawet po wymeldowaniu. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Wszystko nam się podobało.

• Agija (6/5): Laba vieta ja jums ir tikai jāparnakšņo - Ļoti patika atrašanās vieta – viss bija ērti un tuvu. Saimnieks bija ļoti laipns un atsaucīgs, komunikācija noritēja bez problēmām. Ieteikums nākotnei būtu vairāk pievērst uzmanību ģenerālajai tīrībai un dzīvokļa uzturēšanai, jo tas būtiski uzlabotu kopējo iespaidu. Ar nelieliem uzlabojumiem šī vieta varētu būt patiešām ļoti laba. Diemžēl uzturēšanās laikā bijām vīlušies par tīrību. Dzīvoklis realitātē izskatījās daudz nekoptāks nekā bildēs. Gultas bija jau diezgan nonēsātas, spoguļi netīri un putekļaini, vietām uz grīdas bija netīrumi. Aizkari nebija izgludināti un kopējais iespaids bija ļoti pieticīgs. Arī sienas nebija nokrāsotas – tikai ar špakteli apstrādātas. Noteikti būtu nepieciešams vairāk piedomāt pie vispārējās kārtības un uzturēšanas.
• Shakhzoda (10/5): - The location is amazing, Luigi the manager was very friendly, helpful and great in communication! Recommended! It is a two room apartment + kitchen (each room has a private bathroom) so you will have a neighbor in the second bedroom (this was unclear for us during booking process so I am writing for you). The breakfast was 2 minutes walk from the apartment but the staff was rude and treated us like we are taking food for free even though we had PAID for the breakfast.

Luca reach out via WA very kind, responsive and clear with all question I made. Easy check in. Breakfast included at the coffee shop next door. That was great. The beds are not that confortable as expected

• Pedro (8/5): Um pouco caro. - A 300 metros do vaticano. Apartamento limpo. É um quarto numa casa partilhada. O pequeno almoço é fraco. Apesar de ser uma pastelaria, só podes ter um cafe, ou leite com um folhado. Não gostamos do pequeno almoço.

• Andei (3/5): - The apartment is located in a convenient area not far from the Vatican, and the discounted price was also very good. Unfortunately, that’s probably where the positives end. The room was very small and had no ventilation, so the humidity rose overnight to the point where the windows were completely wet. There was visible mold in the apartment, the towel warmer was rusty, and one of the windows was broken, the handle kept falling off, making it difficult to close properly. The door to the room didn’t close tightly and left a gap into the corridor. The overall cleanliness was average, and it didn’t feel pleasant to stay there. The biggest issue, however, was that one evening we returned to find there was no hot water due to a problem with the water heater. The host responded only the next morning and explained what needed to be done.

• JAstrzebowska (8/5): Było wyśmienicie, polecam Rzym jak i Le suite de Mercanti ;) - Pyszne włoskie słodkie śniadania w bistro 2 kroki od apartamentu. Duże sypialnie z przestronną kuchnią. Codzienne sprzątanie, ścielenie łóżek, wymiana ręczników, żel pod prysznic i mydełka na duży plus. Mieszkanie ma okna do środka więc jest dość zacienione co sprzyja pobytom w upalne lato. Świetna lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko, wspaniałe restauracje w pobliżu! Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem - z racji późnego wylotu pozwolił nam zostawić bagaże po wymeldowaniu <3 Brak otwieracza do wina na wyposażeniu ;( Przydałoby się odświeżyć ściany i wymienić silkon zewnetrzny przy prysznicu. Sporo kurzu na sztukaterii przy suficie i klimatyzacji - aczkolwiek są to miejsca z utrudnionym dostępem dla osób które codziennie sprzątają apartament.

• Louise (8/5): Impeccable - Le confort, le quartier très calme, le service de ménage tous les jours, l’arrivée et départ autonome. Échanges avec Luigi très sympathique 😁 La douche mériterait un récurage et que le pommeau soit changé. Le partage des parties communes n’est pas un problème, nous n’avons croisé personne et nos voisins étaient calmes ☺️

• Rimantė (10/5): - Švaru, tylu, saugu. Skanūs itališki pusryčiai (kava, kruasanas, sultys) šalia esančioje kavinukėje. Prie pat Vatikano. Patogu pasiekti ir kitus lankytinus objektus tiek pėsčiomis, tiek viešuoju transportu.
• Iva (10/5): Iskrena preporuka - Lokacija nam se jako svidela, sve vam je blizu peške i smeštaj je jako blizu Vatikana i svih stanica za gradski prevoz. Sve pohvale za domaćina i samu organizaciju ulaska u smeštaj. Sve je bilo čisto, internet je bio dobar. Naša iskrena preporuka!

• Aleksandra (5/5): I am not satisfied with the ratio of the quality and cleanliness of the premises to its price. - Apartment located in a tenement house. Very close to the Basilica of St. Peter. In the vicinity of the apartment it is very difficult to find a parking space, one day we circled for over an hour. Apartment on the first floor without a lift, with a stroller it was quite difficult to get in. good breakfasts at a nearby cafe. In addition, the bathroom was unfortunately very dirty. On the walls there was mold and dust as if it had not been cleaned for several months only superficially.

• Anastasiia (4/5): Disappointing - Note that you live with the other people in the apartment… Not as good as on the photos… very small. The tubes in the bathroom were rusty. There were someone’s hair in the shower. The worst thing is the noise from the other room and from the whole building. You wake up from each flush in the toilet, and washing machine was working the whole night. Excellent location, close to Vatican and St Peter’s Church.

• Ian (8/5): Very good - The apartment is in a great location, close to everything. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. A good place to stay in Rome! The Wi-Fi did not work at all during the entire stay. I told the management of the place about it, they said they would look into it, but the issue persisted.

• Alona (7/5): In general, apartments not bad. - Location near Vatican. Clean room and shower.Access for kitchen with all equipment. In room is quite cold . You need to share one flat with neighbors who could be loud. So all sounds from your neighbors you will hear.
• Mirza (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartment in the old part of Rome. Good location. Close to the Vatican. The apartment is equipped with all necessary items. My recommendations to everyone. We did not like the smell of the bedding. It would be good if they smell like detergent.
• Magdalena (8/5): We recommend - The apartment and the bathroom were clean. Great location, next to the Saint-Peter Basilica and walking distance about 30-40 minutes to the country centre. The owner was answering very fast in case of doubt. The breakfast was not in the apartment but in the cafe next to it. And it was open at 8:30 am on Sunday not at 8 am like we were informed before.
