- Sandra (9/5): Great location for a very hip and comfortable stay. - Shoreditch is a wonderful area to hang out in. Full of great restaurants and bars, nice shops. It isn't a really posh area, but it is hip and up and coming. Dishoom indian and Blacklock steak restaurants are a block or 2 away. Underground and good buses to central london are within a 10 minute walk. The train goes right by the apartment, but after 15 minutes, we didn't notice it at all.

- Miguel (9/5): Ample, beautiful apartment in the heart of Shoreditch - Amazing apartment, ample, clean and full of light. Better than the pics. Great location. Too close to the rails, trains are at the same level than the windows. Even if it is soundproof, is a bit noisy.

Ramon, the onsite manager, was great once we arrived and quickly got us settled with keys and a tour of the flat. No complaints at all.

- clive (10/5): Lovely top end appt in the centre of Shoreditch…very spacious and really comfortable - Lovely high end appt centrally situated to all restaurants, pubs & transport in the heart of Shoreditch….very spacious & comfortable,well kitted out coffee maker, toaster, dish washer etc etc There was secure 24 hour parking 100m away £29 a day…..bit pricey but very convenient …it’s London after all!!! Unfortunately the lift was out of action when we were leaving…..would have been a problem if it was for our whole stay(3 nights) as our flat was on the 5th floor!!!

- Joy (10/5): - We made a last minute booking and were met upon arrival to show us the apartment. It was modern, clean, spacious, and comfortable—we felt right at home. While some reviews mentioned the train tracks directly below, we actually thought it was a cool feature, and the bedroom felt soundproofed from any noise. I enjoyed the Shoreditch area, with its vibrant graffiti art and wide variety of restaurants. If we return to London, I will definitely book here again.

- Cheryl (8/5): Spacious away from home apartment which feels like home when you have to work and play. - The location was awesome. Close to lots of eating options and great restaurants. Also close to transport options as well. Walking distance to Liverpool station and old street station and shoreditch also close to spitalfields for shopping and restaurants. Easy to get around. Its right on the train line so you can hear the trains however it is insulated and over time you get used to it and dont even notice it. We slept really well the trains did not keep us up. You definitely have a view of the railway lines and trains.

Check-in was super easy, and when we had a question during our stay, Jonathan responded quickly. The location in Shoreditch was great, just a 2-minute walk to a supermarket and restaurants. The nearest Underground station was about a 9-minute walk away One thing to note: we came with two teenagers, and their bedroom felt a bit cramped for them.

The Shoreditch area is very cool and the location suited us great. Communication with host was great We had one bathroom radiator that was not working on our arrival and we needed to wait till Monday to have it fixed.

The communal area is a comfortable, homely and open room that meant we could work from the apartment without having to go into the office. With the current price of hotels in the area about double what it was for the same time last year, this was the perfect solution and still within our budget.

- John (10/5): A Great Apartment in Shoreditch! - This apartment is fantastic! The owner makes it easy. He is flexible and let us make a couple of necessary modifications. It is spacious and immaculate. The neighborhood is fun and lively for nightlife. He also adds small touches like having coffee, tea and sugar ready plus oils and items for cooking. A laundry is available. There are several umbrellas when needed. The tube is close. Definitely a great place to stay!

- Jennifer (9/5): Clean, bright, quiet, spacious new loft like apartment - The apartment was spacious, light & bright and most importantly, it was clean. The checkin process was easy and instructions were straightforward. I appreciated that the apartment included two hair dryers, and nice shampoo/conditioner, shower soap, etc. Also, the kitchen was well-appointed with the basics (salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar, tea, coffee, aluminum foil, plastic wrap- all the things you need but don’t want to purchase for a weekend visit!) It’s on a bit of a dark street, though I never saw anything suspicious. The elevated train runs right next to the building but the sound proofing was so good on the apartment that we never heard it. It was kind of fun to watch.

The location is good, Liverpool Street/Old Street station is a 10 minute walk. Friday and Saturday night it's a bit loud, if the balcony door is open in the living room, but the bedroom windows are soundproof so the trains weren't disturbing.

Public transport close and easy to navigate with Johnathan's instructions. Neighborhood is vibrant and felt safe. Instructions were clear. Access was simple. Property manager / Owner very responsive and helpful. Large and spacious. Comfy beds. Property overall was a comfortable size and well appointed for an inner city apartment. Owner / Manager was amicable. Agreement reached on a small issue discussed very quickly. I would consider staying again. Sadly the Property was not was pictured. Tired and worn textiles throughout, marked and stained. Walls were rough in places, long standing wear and tear. Understand, lighter / white minimalist looks are hard to maintain. The only thing which caused our stay to be unsettled was the overall level of attention to detail in the cleaning. Discussed with owner agreement reached on this small issue, was fairly addressed and discussed / agreed very quickly, to our satisfaction. (simple - refund of cleaning fee). Cleaning issues make you look closer at the property, and raise questions if it is clean / safe to sit and or stay. The price vs. exception was not aligned on this occasion. Resolution to the agreed was very slow. Waited for some time after departure to finalise. (Banking and Booking holds?) Not a smooth end to an otherwise good interaction and great location.

The apartment was very well equipped. There is a small tesco nearby for groceries which was very convenient. The Shoreditch Highstreet station is very close and the Liverpool station is not far either. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if ever back in London.
