- Thiago (4/5): Apartamento antigo e não condiz com preço - A localização é muito boa pois está a 30 min de transporte público do centro de Milão O apartamento estava com cheiro muito forte, e não era agradável! Tinham muitas infiltrações no quarto e no banheiro. O sofá parece que deve ter uns 20 anos de uso e nunca foi lavado ! Além disso, as fotos do anúncio são diferentes da realidade

La porta/finestra di entrata non ha tapparelle, quindi entra la luce all'alba ed illumina tutto l'appartamento, compresi i miei occhi. La finestra del bagno non è apribile e non c'è una ventola. Doccia piccola. Il balcone esterno era ancora in costruzione.

- Rima (1/5): Disaster - Nothing, it was a disaster No response not even an apology. Here are our major Complains: 1. The Junior Suite Room B has no Airconditioning at all, the apartment claims that it is a centralized Airconditioning but there is no diffuser installed to distribute the air. My kids have skin problem which makes their skin itch when it is hot, this information was provided to the receptionist upon booking, changing of rooms is not possible due to full booking so a small fan was given but it was not enough so we opened the balcony door for additional air, we hardly didnt sleep in the whole stay because it is so noisy due to open doors. Imagine staying in this Apartment during summer?? 2. We are travelling as a group of family, total of 4 Families, all of their rooms are Aircondition, how come our room has nothing? The receptionist keeps telling they have the AC in their rooms but it is not working which is totally false, I sent a video which proves the AC of my friends are working and finally she believes me. Again, no action was done. 3. Our last night was the worse, me, Rima Inandan was taking a bath when the glass door suddenly fall, I sustained cuts and a bump on my left head. Again, no room was provided, no first aid kit, no cleaner and the bathroom was left with broken glass!! We our travelling with 2 small kids and a Grandmother, imagine if this happened to them it will be much worst. No action was made, we cant use the bathroom full of broken glass! The receptionist offered to use their Toilet which is located in the ground floor and we are staying at 2nd floor. Staying with 2 small kids with a broken glass shattered all over the place is very dangerous. It was so disappointing, we just stayed because our other friends who have children and pregnant are staying in your apartment. Attached are the photos of the incident.

Il miscelatore del lavandino del bagno è montato totalmente male tanto che l’acqua fuoriesce dal bordo del lavandino, le serrandine oscuranti sono presenti su una sola finestra quindi entra molta luce al mattino presto e se uno volesse, da fuori, potrebbe vedere tutto. Una tv così piccola e nemmeno Smart, a Milano, non la vedevo dagli anni 90. Per il resto è tutto nuovo, si vede che deve ancora essere completato quindi probabilmente hanno aperto prima di aver sistemato tutti i dettagli.

My father in law would of liked maybe fresh towels and a quick clean, for example the rubbish taken out. But it felt more like a Airbnb and not so much a hotel for those small details

Occorre imbiancare gli ambienti perchè i muri sono sporchi e ci sono spennellate bianche a coprire i punti più sporchi, con risultato non buono Piatto doccia minuscolo, dire 60 x 60 con box che perde molta acqua e nessun appoggio per sapone, doccia schiuma ecc. Letto matrimoniale composto da due singoli in tubo di ferro tipo vecchio studentato, materassi miseri, biancheria da letto più che misera.

- Attila (9/5): - Pretty much everything. Well functioning apartment, heating and hot water readily available even in the winter, well equipped for a group of 3. Beds were comfortable. Also well cleaned. Nothing serious really. Maybe make available another duvet for the double bed in case we don't want to use one duvet for two. (Though we could have asked for one probably.) Also, we are in Italy...please add cheese graters to the kitchen utensils. Had to whittle our pecorino with a knife. 🙂

- Nina (5/5): Не советую… - Мы были втроем, понравилось что 2 комнаты отдельно Грязно….в ванной в углах давно никто ничего не вымывал. Душ такой маленький, что только маленький человек там может поместиться. И нету ни единой полки ни единого крючка! Шампунь ставишь на пол в душевой и когда к нему тянешься-то своей попой выбиваешь двери…на кухне к сожалению нету чайника, пришлось воду кипятить для чая в кастрюле…кровать была продавленая, спина очень болела….

- Eleonore (2/5): Mal - Lit confortable Très mauvaise expérience dans cet établissement à Milan. À notre arrivée, l’appartement était glacial, tous les chauffages étaient éteints. Le salon est vide, avec un canapé vieux et sale. La télévision est minuscule, très ancienne, et la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas (pile manquante). La douche est extrêmement petite et le logement est bien moins beau que sur les photos, ce qui est trompeur. Il n’y a aucune place de parking à proximité et le quartier n’est ni calme ni rassurant, clairement pas adapté à une famille. Le matin du départ, nous avons été harcelés dès 10h par des messages, puis un appel de la réception, alors que le check-out était prévu à midi, avec des menaces de suppléments (30 € + 20 €). Être réveillés et pressés de cette manière est inacceptable. Des affiches partout annoncent des pénalités financières, ce qui donne l’impression que le but principal est de prendre de l’argent. L’établissement est beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité proposée. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

- MARION (8/5): Short stay in Milano :family with 2 kids - The apartment was roomy, warm and clean. The personnel was very friendly. It's located on a relatively busy road with many stores, cafes etc. It has a nice view. It's easy to find and it has an underground parking which is very practical (at a very logical price) The matrices are a bit worn out and the shower cabin is quite narrow. The kitchen could be better equipped but for a short stay it's OK.

- Emanuele (6/5): - Lo staff è stato molto accogliente, simpatico e premuroso. C'è la possibilità di utilizzare il parcheggio sotto lo stabile così da evitare giri inutili dell' isolato. L' appartamento è grande. La pulizia non è il massimo, la parete dove ci sta il tavolo in cucina è tutta sporca di mangiare schizzato, il pentolame e meglio che viene sostituito tutto rovinato. Il letto matrimoniale non è altro che 2 letti singoli uniti e neanche uguali. Anche il bagno stessa cosa degli altri ambienti. Pendole e soprattutto la padella dovrebbe essere sostituite "sono pietose". Nella casa le pareti sono sporche e non ci sta' nemmeno un quadro per renderla accogliente.
