Sadly we discovered that we had a fridge and a chance to make Coffee when we were already leaving The stairs to get to the building can be tough if you're in a bad physical shape. I accidentally booked yhe room for 1 more night than needed. Sadly they were not flexible to give some refund.

- Klara (9/5): Overall, it was really great and I would definitely recommend it. The room even had a microwave and some extra amenities - The hotel was very clean and well-equipped with many amenities. It had a really authentic Spanish vibe, which we liked a lot. The only downside for us was that the hotel is about 25 minutes from the city center and the walk back is uphill, but honestly it wasn’t a big problem. Also, I’d like to mention that we saw some large bugs in the room at night, but I don’t think that was the hotel’s fault because the room itself was very clean — it seemed more like something common in Málaga.
- Ando (8/5): Mooie locatie maar niet echt klant-gericht. - De fijne locatie, de mooie kamer en de prettige sfeer. Idyllisch en ideaal gelegen tov het centrum. Mijn vlucht landde vroeg (09.30) en mijn vriendin was ziek voor vertrek. Ik heb meerdere keren gevraagd of we iets eerder in mochten checken dan 15.00 uur zodat zij kon rusten. Hier werd totaal niet in meebewogen, geen eens een uur. Dat viel mij tegen, mede vanwege de aangedragen reden. Daarnaast heb ik gevraagd of ik de koffers alvast mocht brengen om de handen vrij te hebben, ook dit was geen optie. Beide mijns inziens vrij simpele services om je gasten extra blij te maken.

- Palchetti (8/5): - la posizione panoramica è il suo pregio ma se siete a piedi significa salire la strada con scalinate ogni volta che rientrate! anche la doccia è un valore aggiunto perchè bella spaziosa e nuova secondo me da migliorare è la ventola del bagno (che non è finestrato) perchè è troppo rumorosa e la mensola sotto le specchio del lavandino perchè è larga quasi come il lavandino stesso e ostacola un po' il suo utilizzo

No habia dos puertas, sino una, Proceso de llenar formularios, subir fotos de documentos, hasta pedir hacer selfi, estando yo en tren , o manejando carro es imposible.

Odada 5 gün kaldığımız için çöplerin çıkarılması havkuların en azından bir kez degiştirilmesini beklerdik . Odamıza tuvalet kağıdı ve çay kahve bırakabilirler mi diye sorduk. İlk sefer reseptsiyondan istememizi söyledi 2 gün resepsiyon aradık bulamayınca tekrar mesaj attığımda otelde resepsiyon olmadığını simdi hatirladigini ilgilenceklerini söylediler. 2 kez söylememize rağmen kimse ilgilenmedi. Aracınız yoksa otelin ulaşımı biraz zor 140 merdiven cikmaniz gerekiyor. Otelden bir kez ayrılınca git gel yapmak zordu.

Pomocna obsługa zdalna Niezaltualizowana instrukcja zlokalizowania I wejścia do pokoju (w naszym przypadku 109). Pokój nie znajduje się na 2 piętrze, tylko od razu po lewej stronie korzystając z wejścia głównego po prawej. Przy tym wejsciu nie ma klamki tak jak jest zaznaczone w aplikacji, tylko przycisk po lewej stronie wyglądający jak włącznik światła.

- Annie (7/5): - The hotel has great potential. The interior design is beautifully executed and captures the essence of Spain. The balcony offers a stunning view of the city and castle. I stayed in a single room which was quite compact but the bathroom is a generous size. Although it is a 25-30 min walk from the city, the location is peaceful and perfect for those who prefer to be slightly removed from the main town. Note: The hotel is situated on a hill. Google maps tells you to go up a steep flight of stairs but there is an alternative sloped path for those that are walking. The check in was a bit confusing because it's all automated but the 24/7 help desk is very responsive. I stayed a week and unfortunately didn't have consistent hot water for the last three days (lukewarm at best). The shower pressure was inconsistent and was either strong but cold or lukewarm with very weak pressure. The water also floods the floor when you turn the shower on. It would've been helpful to know in advance that cleaning would take place during the stay. Whilst the room was tidied, essentials like toilet paper were not replenished. Overall, it's the small details that made the experience feel less like a hotel and more an Air BnB. Toiletries (half used bottles of soap, body wash and shampoo) and limited refreshments (I had 2 tea sachets and 2 coffee pods for a week long trip).

Er zijn trappen, maar die moet je verkennen vooraleer ze meermaals gebruikt worden. Goed om naar beneden te gaan. 10 minuten wandelen naar de oude stad. Rustige ligging, weinig parkeerplaats.

- Jorge (4/5): - La implicación de los agentes de atención al cliente, que pese que algunos no hablan español se desviven por ayudarte. Lo venden como que está en el centro de la ciudad, con jardín y bañera, y está en una colina, y mi habitación no tenía ni jardín ni bañera. Cuando entré al baño vi pelos y un rollo de papel higiénico empezado. La cama no tenía sábanas, sólo dos mantas.No hay recepción, la única atención es telefónica, desde unas oficinas en Mallorca y casi ningún agente habla español (tiene delito que no te atiendan en español en un hotel de España). Las paredes están mal insonorizadas, se oye tanto lo que pasa dentro del hotel como lo que pasa fuera. La nevera que hay dentro del armario se pone a hacer ruidos a cualquier hora de la noche, despertándote y desvelándote. Como guinda del pastel, el último día, cuando tras comunicar que un incidente que me surgió fuera del hotel, pero que ya estaba resuelto, pedí que me dejaran 15 minutos de margen porque no sabía si me daba tiempo a llegar antes de la hora del Check-out....la agente telefónica preguntó a sus superiores y estos se negaron; me dijeron que igualmente tenía que dejar la habitación a las 11:00. Un sitio en el que claramente no pienso volver.

- Laura (9/5): Excellent! Would definitely stay again. - Loved our stay here. Beautiful location, room had everything we needed and was so comfortable (especially the bed!). Balcony was an added bonus, which we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again and are already looking at booking our next trip. The courtyard/garden area was closed off due to maintenance work being done so we weren't able to enjoy this area during our stay but we understand this couldn't be helped and not a huge issue as we spent most of our time out in the centre of Malaga anyways.

Это место не подходит людям, у кого больные ноги. Добраться пешком невозможно. Идти по ступеням для меня был вообще не вариант, я обходила по дороге пологой, но и это не спасло. температура была около 20° было очень терпимо, но я не представляю как летом добраться до апартаментов, во-первых они очень далеко от моря, а во-вторых даже мой спортивный муж плевался таким расположением.

- Matthias (9/5): Wunderbarer Platz für einen Trip nach Malaga und Umgebung - Qualität der Ausstattung, hochwertige Materialien, Gestaltung der Zimmer, Lage am Hang und Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht und viel Sonne, geräumiges Bad Leider liegen alle Zimmer direkt zum Flur und damit ist es hellhörig. Der Flur selbst ist mit Steinfußboden und damit schallverstärkend!

- Petar (10/5): - Изкачването на стълбите си заслужава. Стилът на апартамента ни караше да се чувстваме уютно а беше и много чисто. Друго предимство е липсата на физически ключ което е голям плюс когато сте по цял ден на разходка в града (вратите са с код).

- Lidia (9/5): Un lugar tranquilo, aunque alejado - La cama con dosel. No me lo esperaba y me hizo gracia. El colchón no era especialmente cómodo, por eso. El baño espacioso, con bañera y muy bonito. La zona una vez bajabas las escaleras de la calle, me pareció pintoresca y con lugares para comer de calidad y a buen precio. La verdad es que para llegar al hotel hay que subir 141 escaleras, o dar un buen rodeo cuesta arriba. A la vez, eso garantiza tranquilidad.

- sonia (1/5): Sembrava tutto bello sulla carta ma poi si è rivelato terribile, se non volete rovinarvi la visita ad una città magica, - Nulla Purtroppo la totale assenza di assistenza in loco è un punto molto debole di questa struttura! Abbiamo avuto problemi con l’AC e l’assistenza solo da remoto non è stata sollecita nel risolvere. Problema segnalato il 30 (giorno del nostro arrivo) ed abbiamo visto qualcuno solo l’1 gennaio in tarda serata! Abbiamo sofferto molto il freddo ed essendo gli ambienti molto freddi fare la doccia causava moltissima condensa che faceva restare la camera sempre umidissima.

- AdrianCanals (5/5): Sin Limpieza - El lugar aunque pequeño, estaba bien equipado con nevera, microondas, secador, cafetera, cubiertos... Etc. El precio por 3 noches ha sido bastante elevado contando la ubicació, que no está nada céntrico (arriba una colina), que la terraza no pudimos salir porque estaban haciendo alguna reforma y no nos limpiaron la habitación en los 4 días que estuvimos allí. La papelera se desbordaba la basura, mismas toallas y sabanas... Servicio limpieza nulo. Servicios que pagas con creces en el precio y después no tienes. Mal.
- Laura (8/5): Confortable - La ubicación muy buena, el Hotel muy bonito. No hubo posibilidad de cambiar la habitación ya que, el cabecero debajo de la ventana no es cómo para mi. El armario tenia un fuerte olor a humedad.

- Sebastiano (7/5): - La pulizia della camera e l'angolo con macchinetta del caffè, frigo, microonde. Bagno grande Per rientrare a casa si devono fare 140 scalini, erano pesanti. Quindi la distanza dal centro a scendere era di 15/20 minuti, ma al ritorno era una faticaccia, e non ci sono messi pubblici in alternativa, gli ultimi giorni abbiamo usato Bolt per rientrare a casa. Il letto era scomodo

Patika virtuves zoniņa ,skats pa logu.Gulta bija ērta,vannas istaba komforta Tākā nakšņojām 2 naktis varēja atstāt kafijas kapsulas 4gb,lai sanāk 2 rītiem😉 samulsināja saburzītā gultas veļa,bet bija tīra un svaiga.Logi ir veci un īsti nevar aiztaisīt slēģus,tad naktī vējā viss grabēja.

Ademas teniamos un lugarcito dentro de la habitacion para calentar agua, tomar te o cafe y un microondas muy utiles tambien. Si bien la ubicacion no es cerca del centro, es facil moverte y todo queda a mano. Fuimos en auto. El hotel no tiene parking privado pero podes estacionar en la calle.

- Martyna (7/5): Przyjemna lokalizacja, wygodne łóżka, niezłe widoki! - Bardzo przyjemny hotel - super rozwiązana sprawa self check-in z przesłaną broszurką informacyjną zawierającą wszystkie niezbędne informacje. Łóżka były bardzo wygodne, co nie zdarza się często, więc byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Fajnie wyposażony kącik kuchenny. No i świetny taras ogólnodostępny na dachu! Cardio w cenie - 140 schodów robiło robotę ;) na szczęście dla tych mniej odpornych jest alternatywna trasa ulicą pod górkę, odrobinę dłuższa, ale na pewno łagodniejsza niż wejście po schodach. Wifi mogłoby równie dobrze nie istnieć - przez większość pobytu korzystaliśmy z własnego internetu mobilnego. Jedyne miejsce gdzie można było liczyć na jako taki zasięg to dach.

- Paula (4/5): Si no sabes inglés, no alquiles este lugar - La vista de la ventana No te reciben antes del horario del check in, no hay personal disponible en el lugar. Al llamar por teléfono, SOLO TE HABLAN EN INGLES y te lo aclaran, cuanto esta demás decir que es un país de habla hispana. Cuando ingresamos, que era todo por código, entramos y era una habitación chica. Tenia una cama doble, pero prácticamente ocupaba todo el espacio. No había lugar para moverse, ni hablar que las 2 valijas debían quedar cerradas porque no cabían. La ubicación es bastante alejado del centro, todo en subida. Pensamos que íbamos a poder ir y volver caminando a la tarde-noche, no es una buena opción. No teníamos ni tetera ni cafetera como indica la publicación. La verdad, no lo recomiendo

- M.M.J. (7/5): Leuk hotel met mooi uitzicht. - De toegang tot het hotel ging perfect. Met een link in je boekingsbevestiging kan je simpel toegang krijgen tot de voordeur en de kamerdeur van het hotel. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer op het centrum van Malaga. Er is eigenlijk geen parkeerplaats voor de auto. Iets verder de bult op in het bos zijn er wel voldoende parkeergelegenheden, je moet dan wel een stukje lopen. Omdat het hotel op bijna het hoogste gebied van Malaga ligt moet je vanuit het centrum een flinke bult op wandelen of een grap nemen van meer dan 120 treden. Dus niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. In het hotel is wel een lift aanwezig. Tijdens ons verblijf werd het terras opnieuw betegeld, hierdoor konden we niet buiten zitten.

Très calme la nuit et une vue superbe sur la Alcazaba et la ville entière! Quelques travaux durant la journée mais pas gênant pour nous car on était rarement la dans la journée. Bravo à la décoratrice d'intérieur ! Juste la cafetière un peu capricieuse, sinon un super séjour! Merci!
