• Jibreel (7/5): - My stay was very good the apartment is comfortable, the staff was very nice specially miss Fayrooz who was very helpful and made it easier , good location which is within a walking distance from metro station and tram. Thank you. The kitchen needs more attention to cleaning , the kitchen supplies were old and some are rusty..

• Adeel (10/5): Nice clean apartment with helpful staff in a great location in Istanbul - Nice clean apartment , good location , very nice and helpful reception staff, especially Fairouza. Basement parking with lifts straight to the apartment floor which was very convenient. No Microwave

• Linda (5/5): Passable - The apartment was newly reno'd or built. The front desk woman, Svetlana, was wonderful, helpful and went out of her way to make people happy. Very few amenities: - no coffee maker, kettle had a UK plug so it was useless, no toaster, there were 2 bath towels for 4 adults for 4 days, only one roll of toilet paper, no paper towels or napkins, no dishcloth or tea towel, only 2 mugs (one was chipped), only 1 larger drink glass and 2 smaller ones, insufficient and non-matching dishes, and absolutely no cooking utensils except for one! I have found that the majority of property hosts will leave you some dish soap, a bit of laundry soap and salt and pepper. We had none of these! Unfortunately the manager wasn't able to speak enough English to explain all of this to him. I'm not sure if all the apartments are outfitted the same or if our unit (#23) was an exception but we were very disappointed. IMPORTANT NOTE: On the Booking.com website, as well as on my confirmation, it stated that we were to pay by Visa, Mastercard or Cash when we arrived, only to find out that they didn't take cards, only cash, preferably in Euros, not Turkish Lira's. Not easy to find an ATM in Istanbul that would dispense Euros.

• Michael (10/5): Great place to stay if you want a quiet place to work and relax. - This hotel is brand new and the staff is amazing. all the rooms and the amenities are brand new and modern and highly sophisticated. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. none

• Aghazamani (8/5): it was a good experience - it was very clean and the staffs were friendly and helpful the location was not suitable for old peoples and strollers also I think it’s very slippery in winter, finding taxi in Istanbul is very hard and in the hotel location is harder, we had to rent a car finally, but if you can rent car remember to rent it from the first entry in airport

• Tiferet (8/5): Good value for money, need final touches - The apparent is quite spacious and can host 3-4 people. The staff is very kind and willing to help. The kitchen isn’t equipped enough, we had to ask for cleaning supplies, but the staff responded to every request.

• Aleksandra (9/5): Nice and modern apartment in a quiet place. Good combo of price and quality. Would come again! - Helpful and friendly staff. Very nice interior and spacious rooms. Air conditioning works both in hot and cold mode. The kitchen was very convenient. The place is quiet (minus the mullah singing :-)). The washing machine was very easy to use. There was also an iron with an ironing board in a dedicated room. Would love to have a blow-dryer in the apartment, but with the AC in hot mode made it okay. Reheating the food is only possible on a gas stove. Towels could be cleaner.

• Ahmed (10/5): Exceptional - It's an newly developed apartments, very clean and staff helpful. Close to amenities, 10 minutes walk to bus station, metro station. Staff can't speak English but made every effort to help out.
