- Badr (1/5): - My stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple serious issues. First, I was mistakenly overcharged upon check in. Second, when I ordered room service, I received bread that was rotten and had mold on it. Most concerning, I was checked into the wrong room, where other guests were already staying. These incidents reflect a serious lack of attention to detail, safety, hygiene, and overall customer experience. The hotel clearly needs to improve its operational controls and service standards. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be visiting again.

- Jessica (10/5): 5 star service - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were super kind to let us check in early and give us an even better room than requested. The room we stayed in was generously sized. The location was great! Again, the staff really made our stay there. We will definitely book here again next time we’re back to Riyadh. Not a big deal, but I would’ve liked if the breakfast buffet had different hot food options each day. And unfortunately the gym/spa facilities were not open while we were there.

- وردة (7/5): شكرا للموظف سلمان المطيري والموظفة ولاء العسيري - تعامل الموظفين جدا راقي وخاصة موظف الاستقبال سلمان المطيري جدا راقي وخدوم وحريص الطعام غير لذيذ وغير طازج وغير متنوع كفاية وفي المطعم بعض الحشرات الصغيرة أما اللاونج العلوي لايوجد مكان مخصص للمدخنين وهذا مزعج للكثيرين بروائح التدخين وإزعاج صوت الشيشة

- Mohamed Aymen (8/5): Un bon etablissement, a revisiter! - L’accueil était tres bien, la chambre grande et élégamment décoré et bien équipé, le buffet du petit déjeuner excellent. L’hotel est calme et tres propre J’ai trouver le lit inconfortable, trop moue et ils ont un choix de coussin qu’il fallait choisir, mais c’était mal indiquer

- Shumon Abul Abedin (10/5): Excellent, clean and comfortable hotel with good location - Cantonal by Warwick hotel was, amazingly clean, staff were super friendly and very helpful, from the doorman to the waiter, waitress were extremely excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone want a good hotel and I would booked it myself again Thanks to all staff at the hotel making our stay enjoyable. Only thing I would say is that, they didn’t have good currency exchange rate, but the staff direct me to bank nearby where I got good exchange rate.
