In beiden Bädern roch es stark nach Abfluss. Zimmer ohne Dekoration lieblos eingerichtet.Nicht ein Geschirrspültab in der Küche. Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

(7/5): De locatie vonden we echt geweldig; midden in de stad, met uitzicht op de Karelsbrug - Het appartement kan wel een goede opknapbeurt gebruiken; met name een aantal deuren liepen en sloten slecht of zelfs helemaal niet. De algehele inrichting was oké, maar kan beslist zonder al te veel moeite een stuk sfeervoller en gezelliger (verlichting!)

The location is perfect - just a 10-15 minute walk from the Old town and the Prague Castle, and also very quiet at night. The place has all the appliances that you might need for a stay and the instructions from the host were clear and helpful.

Bu kısmın da kendine ait bir merkezi var market tatlı yeme içme anlamında yeterli. Metrodan indikten sonra 2 dk yürüme mesafesi. Bu arada bilet almayı ve tarih damgalatmayı sakın ihmal etmeyin özellikle sabah saatinde hem metro girişi hem çıkışı kontrol vardı her yerde polis bekliyordu. Otobüs içi metro içi alırız demeyin muhakkak dışarıdan alın ve öyle binin. Ulaşım konum anlamında çok iyi. Giriş çıkış çok kolay iletişimde problem yaşamadık. Ödemeden sonra gelen şifre ile kendiniz girebiliyorsunuz. Bir kez daha gelsem yine burada kalırım. Mutfak eşyaları yeterli tabak tava vb. Fakat en azından çok temel bazı şeylerin olmasını beklerdim en azından baharat tuz ve şeker. Kahve ve makinesi de yoktu mesela bence bu da eksik.Belki sıvı yağ. Biz aldıklarımızı bitiremediğimiz için sıvı yağ salça vb bıraktık bizden sonra gelecek kişilerin işine yarar belki. Temizlik genel olarak iyi ama ayrıntıya inersek iyileştirilebilir.

MELICOLI (8/5): - Tolle Lage und ein sehr guter Ausgangsort um Prag zu erkunden. Restaurants und kleine Backstuben für ein Frühstück befinden sich in der. Nähe. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist genial, egal ob Straßenbahn, zu Fuß, oder mit Uber. Abends kann es durch die direkte Gastronomie im Haus etwas lauter sein. Die Küche kann Gerüche nicht vermeiden.

Charming (ancient) facilities. Plenty of toilet paper. Good showers. Easy check in. Able to arrange airport transfer and remote check in. No shampoo in showers. Some odd smells from plumbing from time to time (old building). I reached out to airport transfer contact the day of to reconfirm and was initially told there was none. They eventually figured it out, we were picked up on time and the person who did the pick up was great.
Jil (8/5): great value for money - The property had an amazing location; everything was in a walkable distance. The self check-in and out were very simple and we had no complications. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage at the reception (which is 5min away). The room itself was rather clean the main bed was comfortable and the sofa bed was slightly hard but still fine. We were very happy with what we received for the price we paid. The only problem that might bother some people, is that the walls are rather thin. You can hear everything from the hallway and also from the restaurant under the appartements. For us it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Durante la notte si sentivano tutti i rumori e il letto era scomodo, abbiamo dormito malissimo.

Σταυρος (9/5): I defined recommend this apt - The apartment was big and cosy. The location was perfect! Close to tram and metro stations although we preferred to walk more instead so as to explore the city of Prague. The staff was very friendly and helped us immediately when we faced a small problem with the heating. I recommend this apt to any traveler. I think it would have been better if there was another toilette or WC at the down floor (we had a duplex) so as it would have been more convenient for many guests. The bathroom tho at the upper floor was huge!

Lucia (10/5): Visitare Praga a piedi e low cost - Posizione ottima per visitare Praga. A 100 m dal Quartiere "Mala Strana", vicinissimo a Ponte Carlo. Dotato di angolo cottura e di tutto il necessario. Bagno con dispenser per doccia e sapone mani, phon e teli da bagno. Presenti anche asse e ferro da stiro, lavatrice con detersivo ed uno stendino. Insomma tutto ciò che può servire anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Comodissimo da raggiungere dall'aeroporto con bus e metro. "Supermercato" ottimo e comodo nelle vicinanze, di fronte all'ufficio turistico. Che dire esperienza ottima. Grazie Il faro che illumina a giorno la camera, proprio fuori dalla finestra. Le tende oscuranti hanno aiutato in parte a mitigare la luce. Mancano delle tovagliette per il tavolo in cucina. Non è dotato di aria condizionata, ma sono presenti 2 ventilatori. Che comunque a noi per fortuna non sono serviti. Anche se in pieno Agosto, sono stati giorni freschi.

Water was very difficult to keep a consistent temperature, it was either like warm or burning hot. We needed to ask to have the heating and towel racks on which was bizarre.

And unfortunately we got the room nr 1 wich was close the street and the restaurant kitchen- and the noise from street was too loud, the smell from kitchen (frying) disgusting and the street light was on the wall next to our window- so even the curtains didn’t help much - was quite bright in the room nr 1. For 1 night i still recommend- depending on price. Smell from kitchen, street lights, noisy from street/ entrance.

Reiziger100 (9/5): Heerlijk ruim appartement op super locatie - Het was een ruim appartement op een super locatie. Uitzicht op de Karelsbrug. Met een APART zitgedeelte om te chillen, NAAST 3 slaapkamers. Heerlijk voor 5 a 6 personen. Dat hebben niet veel accommodaties in Praag. Daarnaast alle voorzieningen (bv supermarkt en tram) om de hoek. Echt heel fijn! De verlichting is niet bepaald sfeervol en waren erg weinig pannen. En ook niet onbelangrijk: er is geen koffiemachine :-( Die hebben we zelf maar meegenomen.
